Osaka Tower

City Tower Nishi-Umeda (Japanese:シティタワー西梅田) is a high rise apartment building, situated at 7-20 Fukushima, Fukushima-ku, Osaka, Japan. This building is the highest in Fukushima ward, and the highest apartment block in the Umeda area. The glass curtain wall facade, an external wall made with glass, is a notable characteristic of this building.

The Umeda Sky Building (梅田スカイビル, Umeda Sukai Biru) is the nineteenth-tallest building in Osaka Prefecture, Japan, and one of the city's most recognizable landmarks. It consists of two 40-story towers that connect at their two uppermost stories, with bridges and an escalator crossing the wide atrium-like space in the center. It is located in Umeda district of Kita-ku, Osaka. The building was originally conceived in 1988 as the "City of Air" project, which planned to create four interconnected towers in northern Osaka. Eventually, the Japan economic bubble of the 1980s burst and brought the number of towers down to two. The 170 m (568 ft) building was designed by Hiroshi Hara. It was constructed by Takenaka Corporation and was completed in 1993.The building features a rooftop observatory, The Floating Garden Observatory, as well as an underground market that attempts to recreate the atmosphere of Osaka in the early 20th century. At the base of the towers is an urban garden with walking trails and water features.

The Gate Tower Building (ゲートタワービル, gēto tawā biru) is a 16-floor office building in Fukushima-ku, Osaka, Japan. It is notable for the highway offramp of the Ikeda Route that passes through the building.

Osaka YMCA International School (大阪YMCAインターナショナルスクール, Ōsaka YMCA Intānashonaru Sukūru, OYIS) is an international school in Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan. Osaka YMCA International School (OYIS) is an English-based, private international school, offering preschool to grade 12. The school year starts at the beginning of September and goes to the beginning of July–a fall-spring calendar. OYIS began operations in 2001 and received gakko hojin (private school) status from the Osaka prefectural government in 2012. OYIS has a high school program that includes the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program (DP) which leads to grade 12 graduation. OYIS is currently accredited by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB) and by the US-based Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Grand Green Osaka (グラングリーン大阪) /Umekita Park is a 24-hectare (59-acre) civic project being developed in Osaka. Most of the park opened on September 6, 2024. The park is near Ōsaka Station, nicknamed Umekita. The Seattle firm GGN was responsible for landscape architecture.

Until March 31, 2018, it was a unified radio and television broadcaster serving in the Kansai region. On April 1, 2018, its radio and television broadcasting divisions were spun off into two subsidiaries, with Asahi Radio Broadcasting Corporation taking over the radio broadcasting business, and Asahi Television Broadcasting Corporation took over television broadcasting.

Nishi-Umeda Station (西梅田駅, Nishi-Umeda-eki, Y11) is the terminus railway station of the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line in Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan, close to Herbis OSAKA and Herbis ENT operated by Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd. and the two Hilton Plazas.

Ōsaka Station (大阪駅, Ōsaka-eki) is a major railway station in the Umeda district of Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan, operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West). It forms as one of the city's main railway terminals to the north, the other being Shin-Ōsaka. Although it is officially served by only the JR Kobe/Kyoto Lines (Tōkaidō Main Line) and the Osaka Loop Line, Ōsaka is the starting point of JR Takarazuka Line service, and serves as the terminal for trains bound for the San'in region via JR Takarazuka Line and the Hokuriku region via JR Kyoto Line, while offering connections to trains bound for Nara, Wakayama and Kansai International Airport via the Osaka Loop Line. Umeda Station (Hankyu, Hanshin, and Osaka Metro Midosuji Line), Nishi-Umeda Station (Subway Yotsubashi Line) and Higashi-Umeda Station (Subway Tanimachi Line) are directly connected to Ōsaka Station, and Kitashinchi Station on the JR Tozai Line is within walking distance. Ōsaka Station and Umeda Station, effectively part of the same complex, together constitute the busiest station in Western Japan, serving 2,343,727 passengers daily in 2005, and the fourth-busiest railway station in the world.Ōsaka Station also houses a large terminal for overnight bus services to other cities in Japan, and until March 2013 also had a nearby freight terminal complex, Umeda Freight Terminal, owned by JR Freight.

Nakatsu Station (中津駅, Nakatsu-eki) is a railway station in Kita-ku, Osaka, Japan on the Hankyu Kobe Line and the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, and is operated by Hankyu Railway. While situated relatively close to the station of the same name on the Midosuji Line, there are no free transfers between the two stations. In past, there was a car stop on the Hanshin Railway Kita-Osaka Line in the west side of this station on the Hankyu Railway lines.
