Bergen (Dutch: [ˈbɛrɣə(n)] ; Limburgish: Baerge [ˈbɛːʀ(ə)ɣə]) is a municipality and a village in the south-eastern Netherlands.

Aijen (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈaːi.ə(n)]; Limburgish: Äöje [ˈœːjə]) is a hamlet in the municipality of Bergen in the province of Limburg, the Netherlands. The village was first mentioned in 1336 as Oyen, and means "land on a stream". Aijen was home to 257 people in 1840.Between 1533 until 1965, there was a pedestrian ferry across the Maas to Maashees. Aijen does not have a church, but has a chapel from the 16th or 17th century, and it was the religious building in the municipality of Bergen which survived undamaged.

Heukelom is a hamlet in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is located in the municipality of Bergen, about 2 km south of the village of Afferden.Heukelom is not a statistical entity, and the postal authorities have placed it under Afferden. Heukelom has one monument, the St Antonius Chapel which dates from the 17th century.

Bleijenbeek (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈblɛi.ə(m)beːk]) is a small hamlet in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is located in the municipality of Bergen, about 2 km east of Afferden. The main building in the hamlet is the ruin of Castle Bleijenbeek. According to the 19th-century historian A.J. van der Aa, the castle is known for the numerous sieges by the armies of Guelders and Spain. In 1580, the castle was besieged by the forces of Guelders, but it was defended bravely by the lord of the castle, Marten Schenk, when the Duke of Parma sent cavalry, the besieging army had to retreat. In 1589, Schenk had changed sides, and the castle was besieged by Marcus van Rije, the stadtholder of Guelders appointed by the Spanish king; this time, the castle was conquered.

De Maasduinen National Park (duinen = dunes) is a national park in the Dutch province of Limburg, founded in 1996 and covering approximately 4500 ha. The landscape consists of forests and heathlands on a sandy plateau along the river Meuse close to the German border. The estate 'de Hamert' is the heart of the park. Until 1998 the national park was called 'De Hamert' after this estate. The present name is derived from the parabolic dunes which date from the last glaciation.

Vierlingsbeek (Dutch pronunciation: [ˌviːrlɪŋzˈbeːk]) is a village in the former municipality of Boxmeer in North Brabant province of the Netherlands. Until it was included in Boxmeer in 1998, it was a municipality of its own. Since 2022 it has been part of the new municipality of Land van Cuijk. The UN/LOCODE is NLVIE.

Afferden (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈɑfərdə(n)]; Limburgish: Offere [ˈɔfəʀə]) is a village in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is a part of the municipality of Bergen (L.), and lies about 25 km southeast of Nijmegen.

Well (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈʋɛl]; Limburgish: Wel [ˈwæl]) is a village of about 2500 residents in the municipality of Bergen in the province of Limburg in the southeastern part of the Netherlands. The town is located between Nijmegen and Venlo, it's east to the town of Venray. The village of Well can be reached via public transport by using bus line 83 or 81.

Holthees is a village in the former municipality of Boxmeer on the border of the Dutch provinces North Brabant and Limburg. Since 2022 it has been part of the new municipality of Land van Cuijk.

Siebengewald is a village in the municipality of Bergen, in the upper northern part of the province of Limburg, the Netherlands. It is located 27 km southeast of Nijmegen, near the German border. The village was mentioned in 1326 as "zeuenghe waet", and means "seven parties who can use a common forest". Siebengewald developed in the Late Middle Ages, and became part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in 1818. Siebengewald was home to 293 people in 1840. In 1863, a parish was established.Siebengewald was severely damaged in 1945. The Catholic St Josephkerk was built between 1955 and 1956 and has a free standing tower. The village did not have street names until 1955, and the houses were marked with a number starting with the letter C.
