Prices Corner is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Prices Corner is located at the intersection of Delaware Route 2 and Delaware Route 141, west of Wilmington. The Prices Corner Shopping Center is located in Prices Corner.

New Castle County Vocational-Technical School District (NCCVTSD or NCC Vo-Tech) is a public vocational-technical school district serving New Castle County, Delaware. Its headquarters are located at Delcastle Technical High School, in an unincorporated area in the county.Each year, one-fourth of all eighth-grade students attending New Castle County public schools apply for admission to a vo-tech high school. Students who are accepted begin in a ninth grade exploratory program, which exposes them to career options before they elect a specific course of study. They are able to choose to study one of 42 different careers in one of six clusters: Business, Communications, and Computers; Construction Technologies; Health Services; Public and Consumer Services; Science, Energy, and Drafting Technologies; and Transportation.

Belvedere is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Belvedere is at the junction of state routes 62 and 141, north of Newport and south of Prices Corner, 7 miles (11 km) from downtown Wilmington. The community is served by the Belvedere Volunteer Fire Company. Police service in Belvedere is provided by the New Castle County Police Department. Belvedere is near a Delaware Army National Guard armory and the former Wilmington Assembly plant used by General Motors. The community has five churches. The Belvedere State Service Center is located in the community, and is home to the Belvedere Senior Center, an art studio, gymnasium, and a state service center that offers social services.Belvedere was founded in 1908 as a community that housed African Americans who worked in nearby factories. In recent years, the community has seen issues with drugs and crime.DART First State provides bus service to Belvedere, with the Route 9 bus running through the community on its route between Prices Corner and Wilmington. The Wilmington train station is nearby in Wilmington and is served by Amtrak and SEPTA Regional Rail's Wilmington/Newark Line.

Delcastle Technical High School is a public vocational-technical high school in unincorporated New Castle County, Delaware, near Wilmington, and is the largest of four high schools within the New Castle County Vocational-Technical School District, which includes Howard High School of Technology in Wilmington, Hodgson Vo-Tech High School in Glasgow, and St. Georges Technical High School in St. Georges. It houses the administrative offices of its respective school district.

William Julius "Judy" Johnson House is a historic home located at Marshallton, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1925, and is a two-story, three bay, rectangular frame dwelling with a one-story front porch. It has a hipped and gable roof with dormer and is reflective of the American Craftsman style. Wavy asbestos siding was added to the home in 1939. Also on the property is a contributing two car garage. It was the home of Hall of Fame baseball player Judy Johnson (ca. 1900–1989), who played in the Negro leagues between 1921 and 1937. Johnson purchased the home in 1934, and resided in it until shortly before his death.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

Hershey Run is a 2.9-mile-long (4.7 km) stream located in New Castle County, Delaware. It is a tributary of White Clay Creek. It rises on the edge of the Belvedere subdivision on the outskirts of Newport, Delaware and flows southward along the western edge of that town. To the west of the run lies Bread and Cheese Island, cut off by a partly filled back channel between Hershey Run and Red Clay Creek. New Castle County's Pleasant Hills Park lies along the run in the vicinity of the junction with the back channel. At the southern end of the park, the run enters a tidal marsh which extends to its mouth, near the end of the White Clay. The nearby Koppers railroad tie treatment plant heavily contaminated the run with creosote.

Greenbank Historic Area is a historic grist mill located at Marshallton, New Castle County, Delaware. The property includes the Greenbank Mill, Robert Philips House, and the W. G. Philips House. The mill was built in 1790 and expanded in 1812. It is a 2+1⁄2 story, frame structure with a stone wing. The mill measures 50 feet (15 m) by 39 feet (12 m). The Robert Philips House was built in 1783, and is a 2+1⁄2 story, five bay, stone dwelling with a gable roof. The front facade features a long verandah. The W. G. Philips House, also known as the mill owner's house, dates to the mid-19th century. It consists of a two-story, three bay front section with a three-story, hipped roof rear section. Oliver Evans, a native of nearby Newport, installed his automatic mill machinery in the 1790 building.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973 and expanded in 1979 to include the W. G. Philips House.The site is now operated as Greenbank Mill, a living history museum that includes the restored mill, an early 19th-century farm barn housing heritage sheep, the miller's house (Philips House), the textile factory and an herb garden.

Joseph Killgore House was a historic home located at Newport, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in the second quarter of the 19th century, and was a two-story, three bay, frame dwelling with a gable roof in the saltbox style. It began as a 1+1⁄2-story, hall-parlor plan dwelling and later expanded. It was located next to the Killgore Hall commercial development. The house was demolished about 2000. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

Silview is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Silview is located along Delaware Route 4, west of Newport.

Killgore Hall, also known as Wroten's Hardware, was a historic commercial building located at Newport, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1883, and was a three-story, three bay by six bay, brick building with a flat roof and overhanging cornice. It has a one-story, one bay extension. A three-story porch spanned the east facade, with Colonial Revival columns and square balusters. It was located next to the Joseph Killgore House. The building was demolished about 2000. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

Lewis Weldin House was a historic home located at Newport, New Castle County, Delaware. It was a two-story gable-roofed brick building, seven bays wide. It was built in the late 18th century as a residential/commercial building, and renovated in 1863 by Lewis Weldin to serve as his residence. The building was demolished between 2007 and 2009. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.

Greenbank is an unincorporated community located west of Wilmington in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. It is located at the intersection of Delaware Route 41 and Greenbank Road. There are several historical landmarks in Greenbank, such as the Wilmington and Western Railroad that operates tourist trains over the former Baltimore and Ohio Railroad line between Greenbank and Hockessin. The Greenbank Historic Area includes the Greenbank Mill, Robert Phillips House, and W.G. Phillips House. The mill was constructed in 1790 and then expanded in 1812. The Robert Phillips House was erected sometime around 1783. The W.G. Phillips House, the former mill owner's house, was built in the early 1820s.
