The Statue of Menelik II is an equestrian statue located near St. George's Cathedral in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The statue was erected by Empress Zewditu in 1930 in coincidence of coronation of Ras Tafari, later reigned as Emperor Haile Selassie. The monument depicts Emperor Menelik II sitting in the horse, holding flag of Ethiopia and his sword, symbolizing his ultimate patriotism and grace during the Battle of Adwa (1896). It was sculpted by the German architect Carl Haertel.

Saint George's Cathedral (Amharic: የቅዱስ ጊዮርጊስ ካቴድራል) is an Ethiopian Orthodox church in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The cathedral is noted for its distinctive octagonal form. It is located at the northern end of Churchill Road in the city.

The Federal First Instance Court (Amharic: የፌድራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት) is the first-level court division in Ethiopia. The FDRE Constitution delegates judicial jurisdiction to the First Instance Court, along with the High Court and State Courts. The Adwa 00KM Museum (Amharic: አድዋ 00 ሙዚየም) is a public historical museum located in Piasa, Arada district, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Inaugurated on 11 February 2024, the museum is dedicated to the Battle of Adwa, the battle of the First Italo-Ethiopian War where Italian forces defeated by the Ethiopian Army in 1896. Part of Adwa Zero KM Project, the museum lies on 1.5 hectares of land. The museum features peculiar architecture design involving an integrated bridge connecting the building to the Municipality of Addis Ababa Mayor’s Office, entrance with four cardinal gates associated with war motifs, and artistic design of the interior walls. The museum has eleven blocks and five floors.

The Ethiopian Catholic Archeparchy of Addis Abeba, officially the Metropolitan sui iuris Archeparchy of Addis Abeba (Latin: Metropolitana sui iuris archieparchia Neanthopolitana) is the metropolitan see of the Ethiopian Catholic Church, a sui iuris metropolitan Eastern Catholic Church. The cathedral of the see is the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the national capital Addis Ababa.It has three suffragan eparchies. Also in Ethiopia are nine Latin jurisdictions (Apostolic Vicariates and Apostolic Prefectures), which, not being of diocesan rank, are not organized as parts of an ecclesiastical province and are instead immediately subject to the Holy See. The Ethiopian Catholic Church reports to the Congregation for the Oriental Churches, while the Latin jurisdictions depend on the missionary Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples. The Catholics in the Latin jurisdictions are about six times as numerous as those in the Ethiopic jurisdictions.Unlike some other countries, where jurisdictions of the Latin Church and of one or more Eastern Catholic Churches overlap, all ecclesiastical jurisdictions in Ethiopia are geographically distinct and each territory has a single hierarch or ordinary. All the hierarchs and ordinaries are members of the interritual Episcopal Conference, which until the foundation of the Eritrean Catholic Church in 2015 also counted the Eritrean hierarchy as members and, from the 1993 declaration of the independence of Eritrea until 2015, was called the Episcopal Conference of Ethiopia and Eritrea. The Hager Fikir Theatre (Amharic: ሃገር ፍቅር ቲያትር) is a theatre in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It is one of the oldest and foremost theatre in Ethiopian history; hosting as multipurpose artistic venue over half decades.

Itegue Taitu Hotel (Amharic: እቴጌ ጣይቱ ሆቴል) is the oldest hotel in Ethiopia, located in the historic Piazza district of Addis Ababa. Built in 1905, it was founded by Empress Taitu Betul, wife of Emperor Menelik II, to accommodate foreign guests with a place to rest and dine.

The Grand Anwar Mosque (Arabic: مسجد الأنوار الكبير, Amharic: ታላቁ የአንዋር መስጊድ), also called Al-Anwar Mosque or simply Anwar Mosque and sometimes "Jama'a Salat" ("place where people pray"), is the largest and oldest mosque in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia located in a place of Merkato within Arada district. It was built by Italians around 1922 and finished with assistance of Muslim funds after 16,000 birr remained unpaid for contractor.

Istituto Statale Italiano Omnicomprensivo di Addis Abeba or the Scuola Statale Italiana di Addis Abeba is an Italian governmental international school along Belay Zeleke Street in Arada, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Owned by the Italian government, the school has primary, lower secondary, and liceo upper secondary levels. The school shares its campus with the Italian cultural centre, and the school occupies three buildings. As of 2015 there were 570 students, many of whom were Ethiopians and other non-Italians. There were 44 teachers from Italy, 12 local teachers, and 27 auxiliary personnel.
