Curtis–Champa Streets Historic District

The John Elsner House is an Italianate-style house located at 2810 Arapahoe Street in Denver, Colorado. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 17, 1979.The house was commissioned in 1872 by Denver physician John Elsner. Elsner was an important early figure in the Denver medical community, having arrived in the city in 1866 when it had a population of only about 4,000 people. In 1870, he was appointed Denver's first county physician and created the first county hospital, which operated out of a small shelter. He played a vital role in organizing the Denver Medical Society in 1871 and assisted in the establishment of the National Jewish Hospital. He was also known to work with local Native American tribes.

Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom is an independent live music venue in Denver, Colorado, with two rooms (Cervantes’ Ballroom and Cervantes’ Other Side) that offer live music and events simultaneously. It is located in Denvers' historic Five Points neighborhood. It was originally a live jazz venue by Benny Hooper called the Ex-Servicemen's Club.

Originally operating as part of the D Line, the station was opened on October 8, 1994, and is operated by the Regional Transportation District. Located in the Five Points neighborhood, it is the stop closest to the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library. The January 14, 2018 service changes introduced the L Line, which now serves this station in place of the D Line.

27th & Welton station (sometimes styled as 27th•Welton) is a RTD light rail station in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, United States. Originally operating as part of the D Line, the station was opened on December 19, 1995, and is operated by the Regional Transportation District. The stop was opened over a year after the rest of light rail line after support from the neighborhood. The January 14, 2018, service changes introduced the L Line, which now serves this station in place of the D Line.

It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places since in 1995, for ethnic heritage and social history. It has also been known as the Baxter Building and as the Baxter Hotel.

29th & Welton station was an RTD light rail station in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, United States. Formerly operating as part of the D Line, the station was opened on October 8, 1994, and was operated by the Regional Transportation District.The station closed on January 6, 2013, as part of RTD's January Service Changes to help with keeping trains running on time and improving bus connections at the 30th & Downing station. The RTD Board of Directors voted in October 2013 to not demolish the station in light of ongoing studies of the Welton Street corridor. The January 14, 2018 service changes introduced the L Line, which now passes through this station in place of the D Line.

30th & Downing station (sometimes styled as 30th•Downing) is a RTD light rail station in the Five Points neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, United States. Originally operating as part of the D Line, the station was opened on October 8, 1994, and is operated by the Regional Transportation District. It is the current northern terminus for Five Points trains. Currently there is only one track on Welton Street for light rail trains, necessitating track sharing for trains in both directions between here and 20th & Welton. Therefore, only one line serves this station and all stations on the Five Points branch.

The Christ Methodist Episcopal Church in Denver, Colorado, also known as Scott Methodist Episcopal Church is a historic church at 2201 Ogden Street. It was built in 1889 and was added to the National Register in 1976.It is a two-story 74 by 90 feet (23 m × 27 m) plan building.It was purchased by an African American congregation in 1927 and renamed for a pioneer black Methodist bishop. After this congregation moved to a different location, the church was rehabilitated as Sanctuary Lofts in 1995.

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church is an Anglo-catholic church in Denver, Colorado, United States. It is a Gothic style church built c.1907-1909 that was designed by architect Ralph Adams Cram. It was dedicated January 17, 1909 as Trinity Memorial Church and was renamed to St. Andrews in 1917.The distinguished architect Cram, of Cram and Ferguson in Boston, Massachusetts, was commissioned to design the building for Alexis Dupont Parker as a memorial to his wife. Parker was a magnate of the Colorado and Southern Railway who was educated in the Episcopal ministry, and was president of the board of the Colorado diocese of the Episcopal Church.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.Expanded in 2008 to a design in keeping with Cram's original plans for a larger church, St. Andrew's now seats 175 in a sanctuary that includes works by Denver artists Marion Buchan and Albert Byron Olson. The parish house is by Denver architect Jacques Benedict.
