Rokkosan Pasture

Tōri Tenjō-ji (忉利天上寺), officially Mayazan Tenjō-ji (仏母摩耶山天上寺) or Mayazan Tenjō-ji (摩耶山天上寺), is a Shingon Buddhist temple in eastern Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. The temple is located on Mount Maya (699 metres (2,293 ft)) in the Nada ward of Kobe.

Mount Nagamine (長峰山, Nagamine-san) is a 687.8 m (2,257 ft) mountain in Nada, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan. This mountain is one of the major mountains of Rokko Mountains. Mount Nagamine literally means, long ridge mountain.

Kikuseidai (掬星台) is a view point and a park just aside of the top of Maya-san in Kobe, Japan. It has one of the Three Major Night Views of Japan called ten million dollar night views.

Mount Maya (摩耶山, Maya-san) is a 698.6-metre-high (2,292 ft) mountain in Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. This mountain is one of the major peaks of the Rokkō Mountains, and is the most popular peak for visitors on the West-Rokkō Mountains.

The Maya Cablecar, officially the Maya Cable Line (摩耶ケーブル線, Maya Kēburu-sen) is a Japanese funicular line in Kobe, Hyōgo, operated by the public company Kōbe City Urban Development. The line opened in 1925, originally as a route to Tōri Tenjō-ji temple on Mount Maya. Now the line is used to see the scenic view of Kobe. Together with Maya Ropeway, the line has an official nickname Maya View Line Yume-Sanpo (まやビューライン夢散歩, Maya Byū Rain Yume-Sanpo, "Maya View Line Dreamy Stroll").

The Skylator (スカイレーター, Sukairētā) is a facility that traverses a steep incline in a residential area of Kobe, Japan. It can be considered as a sort of small funicular or incline elevator. In Japan, however, it is legally classified as an incline elevator (斜行エレベーター, shakō erebētā), not a funicular railway. There are many other similar facilities in the country, although they are relatively unknown.Residents of Hanayama use this funicular to quickly reach the nearby train station. It is reliable and convenient. It's of the functional type and doesn't tend to attract tourism; save the odd visitor unfamiliar with funiculars.

The Rokkō Cable Line (六甲ケーブル線, Rokkō Kēburu-sen) is a Japanese funicular line on Mount Rokkō in Kobe, Hyōgo. It is the only railway line Rokkō Maya Railway (六甲摩耶鉄道, Rokkō Maya Tetsudō) operates, while it also operates bus lines. The line opened in 1932. The line's two stations differ in elevation by 493 m (1,617 ft).

Hanayama Station (花山駅, Hanayama-eki) is a passenger railway station located in Kita-ku Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the private transportation company, Kobe Electric Railway (Shintetsu).

Rokko Tunnel (六甲トンネル, ろっこうトンネル, Rokko tonneru) is a tunnel on the Sanyo Shinkansen in Japan that runs (through Rokko mountain) from Nishinomiya City to Chuo-ku, Kobe City in Hyogo prefecture with approximate length of 16.250 km. It was completed and opened in 1972, and became the longest railway tunnel in Japan and the third longest in the world (after Gotthard Base Tunnel and Wushaoling Tunnel). Up to 2023, the longest railway tunnel in Japan (the second in the world) was Seikan Tunnel with total length of 53.85 km that connects Hokkaido island and Honshu island (undersea).

Rokko Junior and Senior High School is a private Catholic secondary school for boys located in Kobe City, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. Founded by the Jesuits in 1937, it was the first Jesuit secondary school in Japan. The school offers an integrated middle and high school education for boys and does not recruit at the high school level.

The Kobe Golf Club (神戸ゴルフ倶楽部, Kōbe Golf Club) is Japan's first golf course, built on Mount Rokko in 1903 by English expatriate Arthur Hasketh Groom. The club began as a nine-hole course on May 24, 1903, but quickly expanded to eighteen the following year. Strict rules are enforced to maintain the course's pristine condition such as a prohibition of golf carts and a limit of eight clubs per player. As the course was literally carved out of a mountain, it can be quite demanding and clubs are carried in canvas bags to reduce the strain on caddies.
