Three Rivers Academy Sixth Form College

Three Rivers Academy is a mixed, secondary school situated on Hersham Road, between Hersham and Walton-on-Thames in Surrey, England. The school has been awarded Specialist Business and Enterprise College status.

The Hundred of Elmbridge or Elmbridge/Emley Hundred was a geographic subdivision (called a "hundred") in the north of the county of Surrey, England. The majority of its area forms the modern Borough of Elmbridge, with the remainder forming part of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames in Greater London.

Hersham is a village in Surrey, within the M25. Its housing is relatively low-rise and diverse and it has four technology/trading estates. The only contiguous settlement is Walton-on-Thames, its post town. Hersham is served by Hersham and Walton-on-Thames railway stations with a minimum of two trains per hour and differing types of services on the South West Main Line. Two golf courses are within its bounds, Burhill Golf Club and Hersham Village Golf Club; considerable other land is wooded, used for mixed farming or Esher Rugby Club, much of which is Metropolitan Green Belt.

Walton-on-Thames railway station is at the southern edge of the town of Walton-on-Thames in Surrey, England and borders Burwood Park, Hersham. It is 17 miles 6 chains (27.5 km) from London Waterloo and is situated between Hersham and Weybridge. The station's main entrance borders the Ashley Park area of the largely residential town and features a taxi rank and pick-up apron. The station opened as Walton for Hersham in 1838 and today has rush hour services two stops from central London. Only the two outer platforms on the slow lines are currently used. The central island platform is disused.

The Sports Ground, Stompond Lane (also called Stompond Lane Sports Ground, but often just shortened to Stompond Lane) was a stadium located in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. It was where Walton & Hersham F.C. played their home matches and it was also used by the Walton Athletic Club.

Opened on 28 September 1936, Hersham railway station is on the London to Woking line and operated by South Western Railway. The station is 0.7 miles (1.1 km) north of Hersham village centre, adjoined to one side by housing and the other by fields and a golf course. It is 15 miles 73 chains (25.6 km) from London Waterloo and is situated between Esher and Walton-on-Thames.

Molesey Road is a rugby union stadium in Hersham, Surrey, that is home to Esher RFC. The stadium contains a 1,200 seater main stand to the west of the pitch and a clubhouse in the south-east corner. The grounds also contain two practice pitches. The ground also held a Rugby League Super League match on Thursday 28 March 2013, when the London Broncos were forced to move their game against Catalans Dragons there due to their usual home stadium Twickenham Stoop being damaged during their 18–18 draw with Hull F.C. the previous Saturday. The match ended in a 30–24 victory to Catalans.RFU Championship side London Scottish planned to move to Molesey Road for at least two seasons from the 2021–22 season. However they later announced they would remain at Richmond Athletic Ground for the 2021–22 season and the deal was put on hold.

Walton and Weybridge Urban District was a local government district in Surrey, England from 1933 to 1974.

Walton-on-Thames, known locally as Walton, is a market town on the south bank of the Thames in northwest Surrey, England. It is in the Borough of Elmbridge, about 15 mi (24 km) southwest of central London. Walton forms part of the Greater London built-up area, within the KT postcode and is served by a wide range of transport links. According to the 2011 Census, the town has a total population of 22,834. The town itself consists mostly of affluent suburban streets, with a historic town centre of Celtic origin. It is one of the largest towns in the Elmbridge borough, alongside Weybridge.

Ashley Park is a private residential neighbourhood at Walton-on-Thames in Surrey. Its central feature was a grandiose English country house, at times enjoying associated medieval manorial rights, which stood on the site, with alterations, between 1605 and the early 1920s. Its owners included Charles Sackville, 2nd Duke of Dorset, in the 18th century and members of the Sassoon family around the turn of the 20th century. The bulk of the estate was developed into detached houses in the inter-war period, often rebuilt since in a modernist style with American influences; older examples tend to be in the Arts and Crafts style, its principal local exponent being Walter George Tarrant. Houses sold by its development company are more strictly subject to covenants mandating low density residential development.

The Queen Elizabeth II Reservoir lies to the south of the River Thames and to the west of the Island Barn Reservoir. To the north are the Bessborough and Knight reservoirs. The A3050 runs to the north of the reservoir and it is situated in Walton on Thames. It is managed by Thames Water.

West End Common is a 70.3-hectare (174-acre) Local Nature Reserve on the north-western outskirts of Esher in Surrey. It is owned and managed by Elmbridge Borough Council. It is part of Esher Commons, which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.The common has wet areas, which have the rare flowering marsh plant starfruit, woodland with ancient oak and beech trees, and grassland. More than 2,000 species of insects have been recorded.There is access from West End Lane.
