Regent's University London

European Business School London (EBS London) was a private Business School in Regent's Park in Central London. It was a constituent school of Regent's College London, which became Regent's University London in 2013.EBS London offered courses in the field of International Business Management and had a strong focus on Banking and Finance, reflected by the fact that a third of its graduates pursued a career in that field. Besides its focus on teaching, the university had a long-standing commitment to research, offering MPhil and PhD degrees.Around 900 students from over 85 nationalities made the School highly international. It also had as strong focus on languages, with 70% of its graduates being fluent in at least four languages. EBS has a strong representation of all nations especially Russian, Spanish, Italian and French.

Regent's Business School London (informally Regent's Business School, RBS London or RBSL) is a private business school located in London, United Kingdom. The school is a part of Regent's University London the campus of which was originally built in 1913 in the midst of Regent's Park in central London. Founded in 1997, it has grown rapidly from 10 students to more than 450. The student body is primarily international, with a large population of students from the Persian Gulf region, Asia, Northern and Eastern Europe.

Regent's American College London, (commonly abbreviated to "RACL"), is a part of Regent's University London, the campus of which was originally built in 1913 in the midst of Regent's Park in central London, UK. Until 2007 the college was known as British American College London. RACL was the official London campus of Webster University, St. Louis, USA but the arrangement ended in 2015. As of September 2015 RACL will offer its own Liberal Arts undergraduate programmes based on the U.S. curriculum. The student body is primarily international, with large populations from the Middle East, USA, South Asia and Eastern Europe. The college offers a wide choice of majors in management, media, international relations, politics, psychology and the liberal arts. The college brings the Liberal Arts curriculum of American higher education to the UK. Regent's American College London registers around 400 students a year, from 65 different countries. Students come from affiliated schools, study abroad programs, as well as full-time degree seeking students.

George Bishop's Observatory (code: 969) was an astronomical observatory erected in 1836 by the astronomer George Bishop near his residence at the South Villa of Regent's Park, London. It was equipped with a 7-inch (180 mm) Dollond refractor.

The Holme (Saxon: "river island") is a mansion located on Inner Circle by Regent's Park in the City of Westminster, London, England. It was designed by Decimus Burton, as a residence for the Burton family, and built in 1818, by the company of James Burton, who subsequently lived there. It has been described as 'one of the most desirable private homes in London' by architectural scholar Guy Williams. Architectural critic Ian Nairn wrote of the house, "If you want a definition of western civilization in a single view, then here it is".The Holme was the second villa to be built in Regent's Park, and the first of those to be designed or constructed by the Burton family. The house consists of two storeys above ground, as well as offices contained in a basement. The entrance is under an Ionic-style portico and pediments. It has a bow or rotunda decorated by four columns; the bow is surmounted by an attic, and is covered with a well-proportioned cupola. Renovations occurred in 1911 with the addition of wings by Bertie Crewe and again in 1935 when a balustrade replaced an existing dome.

The Royal Botanic Society was a learned society founded in 1839 by James de Carle Sowerby under a royal charter to the Duke of Norfolk and others. Its purpose was to promote "botany in all its branches, and its applications." Soon after it was established, it leased the grounds within the Inner Circle in Regent's Park, London, about 18 acres (7.3 ha), for use as an experimental garden. Sowerby remained as secretary for some 30 years, and J. B. Sowerby and W. Sowerby later also served as secretaries. The garden was open to members and their guests and also to the general public for a fee on certain days of the week. It included large palm-houses and a water-lily house. In the summer, flowershows, fetes, and other entertainments were held there.In 1932 it failed to secure a renewal of the lease, and the Society was dissolved. Its surviving record were deposited in the St. Marylebone Public Library.The site became Queen Mary's Gardens, which is run by the Royal Parks Agency, and is fully open to the general public without charge as part of Regent's Park.

Cornwall Terrace (also 1-21 Cornwall Terrace) is a Grade I listed building of consecutive terraced mansions overlooking Regent's Park in the City of Westminster, London. It is situated at the park's southwest corner, near Baker Street, between York Terrace and Clarence Terrace, within the park's Crown Estate development. Cornwall Terrace was part of the scheme of the Prince Regent, later King George IV, to develop grand housing in Regent's Park. The buildings are Grade I listed buildings.

Madame Tussauds (UK: , US: ) is a wax museum in London; it has smaller museums in other major cities. It was founded by wax sculptor Marie Tussaud in 1835. It used to be spelled as "Madame Tussaud's"; the apostrophe is no longer used. Madame Tussauds is a major tourist attraction in London, displaying the waxworks of famous and historical figures, as well as popular film and television characters. The nearest station to the museum is Baker Street which is at the walking distance of 120 metres (390 ft).

York Terrace overlooks the south side of Regent's Park in Marylebone, City of Westminster, London, England. York Terrace West is a Grade I listed building. York Terrace East contains Grade II listed buildings. 1–18 York Terrace East is listed at Grade I.

The building known as the London Planetarium is in Marylebone Road, London. It is adjacent to Madame Tussauds and is owned by the same company. It previously housed a planetarium, offering shows relating to space and astronomy. In 2006, it closed as a separate attraction and is now part of Madame Tussauds. From 2010, the building that once housed the London Planetarium houses the Marvel Super Heroes 4D attraction. The only planetarium in London is now the Peter Harrison Planetarium in Greenwich, south east London, which opened in 2007.

York Gate is an entrance to Regent's Park, London, designed by John Nash in 1822. It separates the east and west parts of York Terrace. It was designed as five separate houses.
