Cecil Andrews College is a public co-educational high day school, located on Seville Drive in the suburb of Seville Grove near Armadale, part of the metropolitan area of Perth, Western Australia. Formerly known as West Armadale High School and Cecil Andrews Senior High School, it was established in 1980 and caters to students from Year 7 to Year 12.

Champion Lakes is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia in the City of Armadale. The suburb was originally part of Camillo, but was renamed along with the proposal for a large water-based recreation facility that was constructed in the area, Champion Lakes Regatta Centre.

The suburb was named after Walter Alexander Birrell Haynes and his wife Margaret, who moved to the district sometime before 1910 and operated a dairy farm in the area for many years. Members of the Haynes family have made a significant contribution to local community organisations such as sporting clubs for many years, and helped establish many other groups. Walter Haynes was the Chairman of the Armadale-Kelmscott Road Board between 1938 and 1946.The locality was formed from Brookdale on 1 April 2008.The Haynes Shopping Centre is named for the suburb but is located in the adjacent locality of Armadale. The closest train station is Armadale for public transport.

Sherwood railway station (officially Sherwood Station and previously known as Kingsley Station) is a suburban railway station in Armadale, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is on the Armadale line which is part of the Transperth network, and is 28.6 kilometres (17.8 mi) southwest of Perth station and 1.8 kilometres (1.1 mi) north of Armadale station. The station opened in 1973 as Kingsley, but was renamed to Sherwood in 1993. It consists of two side platforms with a pedestrian level crossing. It is not fully accessible due to steep ramps, wide gaps at the pedestrian level crossing, and wide gaps between the platform and train. Services are operated by Transperth Train Operations, a division of the state government's Public Transport Authority. Peak services reach seven trains per hour in each direction, whilst off-peak services are four trains per hour.

Camillo is a southeastern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Its local government area is the City of Armadale and it was part of Kelmscott until 1978. It was named after Camillo Cyrus, the child of Gertrude Seeligson, a local property owner in the area in 1901. Until mid-2008, it was named Westfield, named after a siding on the Jandakot railway line.

Champion Lakes Regatta Centre (generally referred to as Champion Lakes) is an aquatic sporting facility south of Perth, Western Australia in the suburb of Champion Lakes. It cost approximately over 30 million dollars to build. It is an international standard facility for rowing, kayaking and dragon boat racing and includes a 2,000-metre (6,600 ft) buoyed course for competition.The facility is owned by VenuesWest and is situated adjacent to Tonkin Highway. It was officially opened on 30 January 2009.The establishment of the Champion Lakes Regatta Centre has provided students from schools like Kelmscott Senior High with opportunities to participate in rowing competitions held most Saturdays during the school year. Not only is it used by schools but it is also open to the public all days of the week.

The Division of Burt is an Australian electoral division in Perth in the state of Western Australia. Burt contains Perth's growing southeastern suburban corridor and covers 190 square kilometers. Major suburbs include Armadale, Gosnells, Thornlie, Kenwick, Huntingdale, Harrisdale, Piara Waters and Southern River. Burt is a middle- and working-class electorate with a high rate of Trade Union membership.The current and inaugural MP is Matt Keogh, a member of the Australian Labor Party. Challis railway station (officially Challis Station) is a suburban railway station in Kelmscott, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is on the Armadale line which is part of the Transperth network, and is 27.3 kilometres (17.0 mi) southwest of Perth station and 3.1 kilometres (1.9 mi) north of Armadale station. The station opened on 29 October 1973, as did the adjacent Sherwood station, filling the large gap between Armadale station and Kelmscott station. It consists of two side platforms with a pedestrian level crossing. It is not fully accessible due to steep ramps and wide gaps at the pedestrian level crossing. Services are operated by Transperth Train Operations, a division of the state government's Public Transport Authority. Peak services reach seven trains per hour in each direction, whilst off-peak services are four trains per hour. The station is one of the least used ones on the Transperth network, with just 259 boardings per day in October 2017. The City of Armadale rezoned nearby land in the 2010s with the goal of increasing patronage.

Armadale railway station is located on the South Western Railway, 30 kilometres from Perth station serving the suburb of Armadale, Brookdale and Haynes. It is the terminating point for Transperth Armadale line services and a calling point for Transwa Australind services.

Hilbert is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Armadale. This rural and semi-rural suburb is located on the city's fringe, and in the 2010s began to be subdivided for urban purposes. The name was derived from the Hilbert family who were dairy farmers within the area. A road was proposed through Wilhelm Hermann (known as Herman or Harry) Hilbert's property in 1899, and in 1966 the unconstructed road reserve was named "Hilbert Road". There is also a large wetland in the locality generally referred to as the Hilbert Road Swamp.The locality was formed from the suburb of Brookdale on 1 April 2008, and on 4 October 2011 the suburb's western boundary was amended to coincide with the centreline of Tonkin Highway.Hilbert is home to the popular Shipwreck Park, a $4.8million park that spans 6 hectares and features a 30 metre shipwreck-themed playground. The playground was designed in collaboration with the Touched By Olivia Foundation, the City of Armadale, local schools and community groups to ensure children of all abilities can play together, including those with physical disabilities, vision, hearing and mobility impairments, or spectrum disorders such as autism.In May 2023, a Retail Centre Development Application was lodged to bring a town centre to Hilbert, on Weatherly Way within Stockland's Sienna Wood community. In July 2023 Stage 1 Civil Works were completed.
