Seville Grove is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia in the City of Armadale. Seville Grove used to be part of Armadale proper but was established as a separate suburb in 2002.It contains a public high school, Cecil Andrews College, as well as a library, a Scout Hall and Swan TAFE's Equine Training Centre. It is served by buses from Armadale and Kelmscott and is close to Sherwood train station. Seville Grove is home to new housing estates.

Champion Lakes Regatta Centre (generally referred to as Champion Lakes) is an aquatic sporting facility south of Perth, Western Australia in the suburb of Champion Lakes. It cost approximately over 30 million dollars to build. It is an international standard facility for rowing, kayaking and dragon boat racing and includes a 2,000-metre (6,600 ft) buoyed course for competition.The facility is owned by VenuesWest and is situated adjacent to Tonkin Highway. It was officially opened on 30 January 2009.The establishment of the Champion Lakes Regatta Centre has provided students from schools like Kelmscott Senior High with opportunities to participate in rowing competitions held most Saturdays during the school year. Not only is it used by schools but it is also open to the public all days of the week.

Camillo is a southeastern suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Its local government area is the City of Armadale and it was part of Kelmscott until 1978. It was named after Camillo Cyrus, the child of Gertrude Seeligson, a local property owner in the area in 1901. Until mid-2008, it was named Westfield, named after a siding on the Jandakot railway line.

The Division of Burt is an Australian electoral division in Perth in the state of Western Australia. Burt contains Perth's growing southeastern suburban corridor and covers 190 square kilometers. Burt is a middle- and working-class electorate with a high rate of Trade Union membership.The current and inaugural MP is Matt Keogh, a member of the Australian Labor Party. Cecil Andrews College is a public co-educational high day school, located on Seville Drive in the suburb of Seville Grove near Armadale, part of the metropolitan area of Perth, Western Australia. Formerly known as West Armadale High School and Cecil Andrews Senior High School, it was established in 1980 and caters to students from Year 7 to Year 12.

Armadale is a Legislative Assembly electorate in the state of Western Australia. The district is named for the southeastern Perth suburb of Armadale, which falls within its borders.

Southern River is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located within the City of Gosnells. It was originally a rural area with farms for egg production, horse breeding properties and boarding kennels for cats and dogs. These farms combined gave the area a population of less than 500 people. The current environment is just undergoing major changes; plans for the next 5 years will see the suburb totally redeveloped into medium-density residential properties with an average block size of 700 m2 (7,500 sq ft). The result will be a population increase to above 15,000; along with this will be the building of all the necessary infrastructure like shops, schools, parks and gardens. The region bounded by Ranford Road, Passmore Street, Matison Street and Holmes Road, is likely to retain its special status and unique lifestyle for the foreseeable future. Most residents are deeply involved in either greyhound racing or the breeding showing and trialling of pedigree dogs and/or cats. Several boarding catteries and kennels are found in the area, servicing a large proportion of the Perth metropolitan area.

John Wollaston Anglican Community School is an independent Anglican co-educational primary and secondary day school, located in Camillo, Perth, Western Australia.The school was founded in 1989 and offers K-12 education. The school contains over 1,000 students with four different house groups, Hale (blue), Charter (green), Scott (yellow), Ramsden (red). In 2014, a new technology centre was opened. The current Head of School is Anne Ford. The school is named in honour of John Ramsden Wollaston.

Challis railway station (officially Challis Station) is a suburban railway station in Kelmscott, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is on the Armadale line which is part of the Transperth network, and is 27.3 kilometres (17.0 mi) southwest of Perth station and 3.1 kilometres (1.9 mi) north of Armadale station. The station opened on 29 October 1973, as did the adjacent Sherwood station, filling the large gap between Armadale station and Kelmscott station. It consists of two side platforms with a pedestrian level crossing. It is not fully accessible due to steep ramps and wide gaps at the pedestrian level crossing. Services are operated by Transperth Train Operations, a division of the state government's Public Transport Authority. Peak services reach seven trains per hour in each direction, whilst off-peak services are four trains per hour. The station is one of the least used ones on the Transperth network, with just 259 boardings per day in October 2017. The City of Armadale rezoned nearby land in the 2010s with the goal of increasing patronage.

Sherwood railway station (officially Sherwood Station and previously known as Kingsley Station) is a suburban railway station in Armadale, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is on the Armadale line which is part of the Transperth network, and is 28.6 kilometres (17.8 mi) southwest of Perth station and 1.8 kilometres (1.1 mi) north of Armadale station. The station opened in 1973 as Kingsley, but was renamed to Sherwood in 1993. It consists of two side platforms with a pedestrian level crossing. It is not fully accessible due to steep ramps, wide gaps at the pedestrian level crossing, and wide gaps between the platform and train. Services are operated by Transperth Train Operations, a division of the state government's Public Transport Authority. Peak services reach seven trains per hour in each direction, whilst off-peak services are four trains per hour.
