Trilogy Tower, was a commercial development proposed in Brisbane, Australia located at 480 Queen Street. Trilogy Tower was expected to be Brisbane's second tallest building (255 m) after Vision Brisbane (283 m, also cancelled). The tower was to feature 30,000m² of commercial office space, 192 one and two bedroom hotel apartments, and 109 single and double story residential apartments. The tower's name was derived from these three components. The tower was designed by Cottee Parker Architects, who have also designed many completed and proposed Brisbane buildings such as Aurora Tower, Felix Tower and Evolution. The companies behind Trilogy Tower were APH Capital Partners (APH), a multi-award-winning Brisbane developer along with the Contractor Laing O'Rourke. At the top of the building a large, solar-powered lamp visible from across the city was planned.

Soleil Meriton is a luxurious residential skyscraper located at 495 Adelaide Street, Brisbane, Australia. Construction began in early 2009, with the building officially ready in 2011. At 243 metres (797 ft), it was Queensland's capital city -Brisbane's tallest building until 2013 when Infinity Tower (249 metres (817 ft)) overtook it. A 68 floor building, it contains 25 floors of serviced apartments and 43 floors of private residential apartments. In total there are 464 apartments. There is no penthouse in the building. The serviced apartments, which includes 50 apartments in the top nine levels, are owned by Meriton.It is situated on a relatively small 1,500-square-metre (16,000 sq ft) corner site with rear access from Arch Lane. The slender building houses 10 levels of carpark which required one of the biggest excavations in Brisbane's history. Retail space for cafes and restaurants is provided across three levels.The first building design for the site was rejected by the Brisbane City Council. This design was described as appalling and raised traffic congestion impacts. In late June 2008 a new design was submitted to the council and approved. The building was officially opened by former Queensland Premier, Anna Bligh and Meriton boss, Harry Triguboff on 20 September 2011 but it was completed in early 2012. Starting at the first floor tenants began moving in as floors were completed.

St John's Cathedral is the cathedral of the Anglican Diocese of Brisbane and the metropolitan cathedral of the ecclesiastical province of Queensland, Australia. It is dedicated to St John the Evangelist. The cathedral is situated in Ann Street in the Brisbane central business district, and is the successor to an earlier pro-cathedral, which occupied part of the contemporary Queens Gardens on William Street, from 1854 to 1904. The cathedral is the second-oldest Anglican church in Brisbane, predated only by the extant All Saints church on Wickham Terrace (1862). It is also the only existing building with a stone vaulted ceiling in the southern hemisphere. Macdonald for the Queensland Brewery Company and built from 1940 to 1942. It is also known as Credit Union Australia Building and RACQ Building. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

480 Queen Street is a 153-metre (502 ft) premium grade office tower in Brisbane, Australia located at 480 Queen Street in the Brisbane central business district's golden triangle. The project was designed by BVN Architecture and developed and constructed by Grocon, in partnership with Dexus Property Group. A key design feature is a 1,400-square-metre (15,000 sq ft) area known as Hobbs Park with river views on level four, open to all tenants and the public. As well as adding to the amenity for tenants, it makes a significant community contribution by preserving the river views from the St John's Cathedral grounds. Other building features include 600 bike spaces and 45 showers to complement its proximity to the riverside bikeway, floor plates of up to 2,800 m2 (30,000 sq ft), about twice the size of other premium CBD towers, 1,600 m2 (17,000 sq ft) of retail at ground, second and fourth levels will include high quality food and beverage outlets designed to enhance the broader precinct and a rooftop tree grove at level 31. It is intended to be 6-star Green Star and 5-star NABERS rated. 480 Queen Street has achieved early leasing success with 80 per cent of the building's 55,000 m2 (590,000 sq ft) of office space leased to BHP, HWL Ebsworth, Herbert Smith Freehills, Allens, DLA Piper, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Regus. 480 Queen Street is Grocon's third Brisbane construction project and follows the Common Ground affordable housing project in Hope Street, South Brisbane and an office building for the Australian Tax Office in 55 Elizabeth Street.

Skyline Apartments is a skyscraper in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia located in the CBD residential precinct known as Petrie Bight. Upon completion it was the third tallest residential building in Brisbane.The 2,631 m2 site was formerly home to the 4BC Radio Studios, and is located on the Brisbane River in close proximity to the Story Bridge. The upper levels of the tower boast spectaculars views down both reaches of the Brisbane River. The building contains 192 residential apartments, including two 2-level penthouse apartments. It is designed by Brisbane-based nettletontribe architects. Uniquely for a CBD building, the complex also includes tennis court as well as a gym, steam room and heated pool.
