Henbury High School

Parkside Hospital was a mental health facility at Victoria Road in Macclesfield, Cheshire, England. The administration block survives and is a Grade II listed building.

The Fallibroome Academy is a mixed secondary academy school in Macclesfield, Cheshire, England. It has approximately 1567 students, including around 365 in the sixth form. The school is a specialist performing arts college, leading edge, national training school and a national teaching school, equivalent to a teaching hospital. Fallibroome was opened as a purpose-built comprehensive school on the present site in September 1979. An OFSTED inspection report in 2022 rated the school as "Good"Although only officially opened at its present location in 1980, during the academic year 1978-9 it operated from the old premises of the Wycliffe Avenue Secondary Modern School for Girls in Wilmslow as a 'stop gap' for a grammar school intake of 72 boys who were unable to be taken by King's School, Macclesfield.In 2014 a new building was opened, housing a new sixth form centre and new canteen. The school attracted headlines for its innovative "welcome video", which featured all students and staff in elaborate choreographed sequences.

Henbury is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire East and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. According to the 2001 census, the entire civil parish had a population of 594. The village is 3.8 miles (6.1 km) west of Macclesfield on the A537. Henbury became a civil parish in 1845. It has an Anglican church, the Church of St Thomas, two pubs, and a grocery.The village hall hosts a number of functions throughout the year with an active social committee. There is also a Millennium Green in Henbury.

Macclesfield Cricket Club Ground is a cricket ground in Victoria Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire, England. A small ground, it is bordered to the east by Macclesfield District General Hospital and to the south and west by housing. The ground is used by Macclesfield Cricket Club. Field hockey and lawn bowls are also played at the ground.

All Hallows' Catholic College is a Roman Catholic co-educational secondary school and sixth form in Macclesfield in Cheshire, England. It educates approximately 1200 children between 11 and 18 years of age. The college became a voluntary academy on 1 January 2013 replacing the former voluntary aided status, and is supported by its trustees, the Catholic Diocese of Shrewsbury. The school opened as All Hallows' Catholic High School in 1962 and the first head teacher was Mr. William Blackledge, who was followed by Mr. Richard K. Weremczyk. The current principal is Mr. T Beesley. The school was renamed a college following designation as a specialist college for business and enterprise with ethics in 2006. The additional specialism of languages was added in 2010 and the college is now a faith school specialising in Business, Ethical Enterprise and Languages. All Hallows is a National Support School. It is also the National Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme (TEEP) Champion Centre, and is a partner in three Teaching School Alliances. The college now offers language specialisms in French, Spanish, German, Latin, and Mandarin.

Normans Hall is a Tudor house which stands to the southwest of the village of Prestbury, Cheshire, England. It is an L-shaped house, the south range dating from the 16th century. Additions were made in the 17th century, and repairs were carried out in the early 18th century. The east range was built in 1921 for H. B. Crook, and was designed by Henry Boddington. The south range is partly timber-framed, and partly brick, standing on a stone plinth. The east wing is in brick, with a timber-framed gabled bay dated 1921 at the junction of the ranges. The roofs are in Kerridge stone slate. The hall is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building.

Macclesfield Cemetery, is a Victorian cemetery located on Prestbury Road, Macclesfield, Cheshire. It was opened on 17 May 1866 and consists of 68 acres (28 ha) of land including gardens of remembrance, cemetery walks take place three times a year. The site contains three chapels, terrace walks overlooking a stream and examples of monumental stone masonry. Macclesfield Crematorium is located within the grounds, the cemetery lodge is on Prestbury Road.

Whirley Hall is a country house standing to the north of the village of Henbury, Cheshire, England. The house dates from about 1670. Additions and alterations were made during the 18th century and in the 1950s, when the house was restored and wings were added at the sides. The house is constructed in brick with buff sandstone dressings, and has a Kerridge stone-slate roof with stone ridges. It has three storeys and symmetrical five-bay front. Between the storeys, and above the top storey, are brick bands. The lower two storeys contain 20th-century wooden-framed mullioned and transomed windows. In the top storey are two-light casement windows. Above these are two shaped gables, each surmounted by an obelisk finial, and containing an elliptical window. There are single-storey, two-bay extensions on each side of the house. In the roof of the house is a stone inscribed with the date 1599, which is considered to have been removed from an earlier timber-framed house. The house is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II* listed building. The gate pier in front of the house is a Grade II listed building.

Macclesfield College is a Further Education College in Macclesfield, Cheshire which primarily offers BTEC and NVQ qualifications. The college is noted within the local area as an aerospace engineering college as it used to possess a Jetstream Super 31 for its aerospace engineering students. The college principal is Rachel Kay with Lucy Reed as the assistant principal. The college currently has an Ofsted rating of Good. Macclesfield College is situated on the Learning Zone campus, other establishments on the site include The Macclesfield Academy Park Lane School and Macclesfield Tennis Club. The Learning Zone campus is situated on the A536 in Macclesfield providing good links to Congleton, Poynton and the M6. The campus is also a 20 minute walk from the town centre and Macclesfield railway station There is also 2 bus stops outside the campus with a hourly bus service to Congleton, Sandbach and Crewe. The bus are operated by D&G Bus.
