Shipley Run Historic District

1001–1011 Jefferson Street is a 155-meter (509 ft) proposed skyscraper in Wilmington, Delaware. It would be Wilmington's first skyscraper above 500 feet (150 m). Its site is located across the street from WSFS Bank Headquarters and is 2 minutes from I-95. The tower would feature 35 stories of mixed-use space. The skyscraper was originally proposed in 2013. The tower will connect to an existing nine-story parking garage and a 10-story vacant office building. If this tower is built, it will become Wilmington and Delaware's new tallest building – surpassing the 110-meter (360 ft), 23-story Chase Manhattan Centre. As of 2016, the tower's site appears to be getting prepared for construction, however, in 2017, site work has paused with the skyscraper now being a vision.

Trinity Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church located at 1108 N. Adams Street in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was designed by architect Theophilus P. Chandler, and built in 1890. It is constructed of grayish white "Avondale" limestone laid in random coursed rock-faced ashlar blocks in the Gothic Revival style. It features pointed arch windows and doors, a high spire, the additional pinnacles on the side of the building, and buttresses. The parish house and rectory were added to the church in 1911 and the chapel was added in 1949. An adjacent brick three story rowhouse, known as Harris House, is attached to the complex by a second story walkway.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.Trinity Parish operates two church buildings in Wilmington, both listed by the NRHP: the main building on North Adams, and Holy Trinity Church (Old Swedes), built in 1699, at East 7th and Church Streets.

Serviam Girls Academy is a private school in Wilmington, Delaware, offering classes in grades 5–8 for girls. Established in 2008 as an Ursuline school, it is modeled after schools in the NativityMiguel Network of Schools. The current enrollment is approximately 60 students, most of whom live in New Castle, Newark, and the City of Wilmington. Woodward Houses are two historic homes located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. The house at 701 West Street was built about 1745, and is a 3+1⁄2-story, three bay, quarried granite dwelling with a gable roof. It has an L-shaped, side-hall plan. The house at 703 West Street was built about 1760, and is a 3+1⁄2-story, three-bay, stuccoed stone dwelling with a gable roof. It is three feet shorter in both length and width than 701. Its interior was altered in the mid-19th century and then in the 1930s to accommodate apartment dwellings. They are excellent examples of the Georgian style. The houses were probably built by Joseph Woodward, a Quaker ropemaker from West Chester, Pennsylvania. There is a legend that the house at 703 contains a hearthstone which was a section of the platform where Thomas Jefferson stood to read the Declaration of Independence to the people of Philadelphia.The houses were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

Grace United Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church located at 9th and West Streets in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was designed by architect Thomas Dixon and built in 1868. It is constructed of serpentine stone of a light pea green color in the Victorian Gothic style. The church building measures approximately 166 feet by 102 feet, 6 inches. It features a needle spire that rises to 186 feet and is topped by a Celtic cross.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It was dedicated in 1868 to the Union victory at Gettysburg, which saved the city from being ransacked by the advancing Confederates.

Wilmington and Brandywine Cemetery is a rural cemetery at 701 Delaware Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware. Founded in 1843, it contains over 21,000 burials on about 25 acres.

Cool Spring Park Historic District is a national historic district located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 316 contributing buildings, 3 contributing structures, and 3 contributing objects in located in and around Cool Spring Park in Wilmington. It developed in the late-19th century as a middle class residential area. They are primarily semi-detached dwellings in a variety of popular styles including Gothic Revival and Queen Anne. Also located in the district is the Cool Spring Pumping Station associated with the Cool Spring Reservoir, Cool Spring Elementary School, and Knights of Pythias Hall.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Wilmington YMCA, also known as Wilmington Central YMCA or just Central YMCA, is a historic YMCA building located in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1929, and is a six-story, red brick and Indiana limestone building in a Spanish Colonial Revival style. It consists of a center six-story, nine-bay main block flanked by five-story, one-bay wings, setback slightly from the main facade.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

The Cathedral of Saint Peter is the mother church of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wilmington. Located on West 6th Street in Wilmington, Delaware. the cathedral is in the Quaker Hill Historic District of the city.

The Quaker Hill Historic District is a national historic district located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 151 contributing buildings in a residential neighborhood west of the central business district of Wilmington. The district includes 19th-century residential structures of all classes, along with several 19th-and 20th-century commercial structures. The predominant structures are three-story rowhouse dwellings in a variety of popular styles including Second Empire, Italianate, and Gothic Revival. Notable non-residential buildings include the Quaker Meetinghouse and Cemetery, St. Peter's Cathedral and Rectory (1816), Union Methodist Church, and New Mount Bethel Baptist Church It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, with a boundary increase in 1985.
