Fordingbridge Town Hall is a municipal building in the High Street in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, England. The structure, which is the meeting place of Fordingbridge Town Council, is a Grade II listed building.

Fordingbridge is a town and broader civil parish with a population of 6,000 on the River Avon in the New Forest District of Hampshire, England, near the Dorset and Wiltshire borders and on the edge of the New Forest, famed for its late medieval seven-arch bridge.It is 81 miles (130 km) southwest of London, and 10 miles (16 km) south of the city of Salisbury. Fordingbridge is a former market town. The Avon Valley Path passes through the town. The town excluding linear settlement Sandleheath (included in its headline population with other outlying houses, totalling 1,526 residents) has a density of 30.2 persons per hectare (7820 per sq. mi.). Since 1982 Fordingbridge has been twinned with Vimoutiers in Normandy, France.

St Mary's Church, Fordingbridge is a 12th–13th-century church in Hampshire, England. A Grade I listed building, it was restored in the 19th century.

The Burgate School and Sixth Form (opened in 1957) is an 11–18 academy school. The school is situated in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, and at the current time has approximately 1000 students. The school achieves results above the national average at all levels. GCSE results in 2018 were significantly improved on previous years with a Progress 8 score which ranked the school third in Hampshire.

Fordingbridge was a railway station serving Fordingbridge, a small town in Hampshire. It was one of many casualties of the mass closure of British railway lines in the 1960s and 1970s. The line was officially closed on 4 May 1964, but as there was no Sunday service the last trains ran on the 2nd. It was served by the Salisbury and Dorset Junction Railway, a line running north–south, along the River Avon just to the west of the New Forest, connecting Salisbury to the North and Poole to the south, meeting the Southampton and Dorchester Railway at West Moors. Today, the road leading out of Fordingbridge to Sandleheath village is still called Station Road; however, the spot where the station once stood is now occupied by a large mill and industrial park. Ashford Road is where the railway cottages are, the road joins onto Station Road.

Stuckton is a hamlet in the New Forest National Park of Hampshire, England. Its nearest town is Fordingbridge, which lies approximately 1 mile (1.7 km) north-west from the village. Stuckton is a hamlet in the civil parish of Hyde. It is located in the Avon valley and is situated around Ditchend Brook. The western side of the hamlet is outside the New Forest National Park. The hamlet contains several Victorian buildings, and also has a small chapel, sited behind the old post office. Stuckton is known locally for the hotel and restaurant called The Three Lions.Stuckton was once home to the "Stuckton Iron Works" which came into existence around 1770 as an iron foundry and farm machinery works. A Cornish engine provided power for the works, forge and pattern shop. It is said, but not verified, that the first portable steam traction engines were made here in the early 19th century. The Stuckton foundry closed down in 1908, but agricultural machinery side of the business continued as the Armfields Engineering Company.

Sandleheath is a village and civil parish about 1.8 miles (2.9 km) west of Fordingbridge in the New Forest District of Hampshire, England. It has a population of 663, increasing to 680 at the 2011 Census. It lies immediately north-east of the traditional (i.e. real) tripoint between Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.

Frankenbury Camp is the site of an Iron Age univallate hillfort located in Hampshire. The site is on a very slight promontory overlooking the Avon Valley on the north-western edge of the New Forest. The fort encloses approximately 11 acres. It has very steep natural slopes on the west and south sides. The northeast sides are defended by a simple rampart and ditch. The original entrance on the southeast corner has since been widened. It is listed as a scheduled ancient monument no.122. The site is currently pasture, and part of Folds Farm, for the most part, although the earthworks themselves are lined with trees and the south and western parts are now encroached by woodland. North Gorley is a hamlet in the New Forest National Park of Hampshire, England. Its nearest town is Fordingbridge, which lies approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) north of the hamlet.

The Latchmore Brook is a significant stream in the New Forest, Hampshire, England. It rises from the elevated gravel plateaus in the north of the Forest, north of Fritham, and drains into the River Avon north of Ibsley. The stream's catchment is open heathland, deciduous woodland, silvicultural inclosures and, in its lower reaches, small scale pastoral farmland; as such there are no consistent sources of pollution and the stream's course and character has largely remained free from artificial modification. Historically, the greatest human impact on the brook was connected to the Schultze Gunpowder Factory which was established in the 1860s at Eyeworth Lodge near Fritham. The factory required large volumes of water and this demand was met by damming the brook to create a reservoir (which still survives as Eyeworth Pond). The problem of sulphuric and nitric acid discharges contaminating the river, killing fish, only ended when the factory closed in the 1920s.
