Burgate (divided into Upper Burgate and Lower Burgate) is a hamlet situated on the western edge of the New Forest National Park in Hampshire, England. The hamlet is situated on the A338 road. The nearest town is Fordingbridge, which lies approximately 0.5 miles (1 km) to the southwest.

Fordingbridge is a town and broader civil parish with a population of 6,000 on the River Avon in the New Forest District of Hampshire, England, near the Dorset and Wiltshire borders and on the edge of the New Forest, famed for its late medieval seven-arch bridge.It is 81 miles (130 km) southwest of London, and 10 miles (16 km) south of the city of Salisbury. Fordingbridge is a former market town. The Avon Valley Path passes through the town. The town excluding linear settlement Sandleheath (included in its headline population with other outlying houses, totalling 1,526 residents) has a density of 30.2 persons per hectare (7820 per sq. mi.). Since 1982 Fordingbridge has been twinned with Vimoutiers in Normandy, France.

Fordingbridge Hospital is a small community hospital in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, England. The hospital is on the same site as the previous Fordingbridge Infirmary and prior to that the Fordingbridge Workhouse. The buildings are largely original Victorian with a modern ward for inpatients. It is managed by Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust based in Calmore, Southampton.

Fordingbridge Town Hall is a municipal building in the High Street in Fordingbridge, Hampshire, England. The structure, which is the meeting place of Fordingbridge Town Council, is a Grade II listed building.

St Mary's Church, Fordingbridge is a 12th–13th-century church in Hampshire, England. A Grade I listed building, it was restored in the 19th century.

Stuckton is a hamlet in the New Forest National Park of Hampshire, England. Its nearest town is Fordingbridge, which lies approximately 1 mile (1.7 km) north-west from the village. Stuckton is a hamlet in the civil parish of Hyde. It is located in the Avon valley and is situated around Ditchend Brook. The western side of the hamlet is outside the New Forest National Park. The hamlet contains several Victorian buildings, and also has a small chapel, sited behind the old post office. Stuckton is known locally for the hotel and restaurant called The Three Lions.Stuckton was once home to the "Stuckton Iron Works" which came into existence around 1770 as an iron foundry and farm machinery works. A Cornish engine provided power for the works, forge and pattern shop. It is said, but not verified, that the first portable steam traction engines were made here in the early 19th century. The Stuckton foundry closed down in 1908, but agricultural machinery side of the business continued as the Armfields Engineering Company.

Fordingbridge was a railway station serving Fordingbridge, a small town in Hampshire. It was one of many casualties of the mass closure of British railway lines in the 1960s and 1970s. The line was officially closed on 4 May 1964, but as there was no Sunday service the last trains ran on the 2nd. It was served by the Salisbury and Dorset Junction Railway, a line running north–south, along the River Avon just to the west of the New Forest, connecting Salisbury to the North and Poole to the south, meeting the Southampton and Dorchester Railway at West Moors. Today, the road leading out of Fordingbridge to Sandleheath village is still called Station Road; however, the spot where the station once stood is now occupied by a large mill and industrial park. Ashford Road is where the railway cottages are, the road joins onto Station Road.

Frankenbury Camp is the site of an Iron Age univallate hillfort located in Hampshire. The site is on a very slight promontory overlooking the Avon Valley on the north-western edge of the New Forest. The fort encloses approximately 11 acres. It has very steep natural slopes on the west and south sides. The northeast sides are defended by a simple rampart and ditch. The original entrance on the southeast corner has since been widened. It is listed as a scheduled ancient monument no.122. The site is currently pasture, and part of Folds Farm, for the most part, although the earthworks themselves are lined with trees and the south and western parts are now encroached by woodland. Bickton is a hamlet in the New Forest District of Hampshire, England. It is within the civil parish of Fordingbridge and is situated by the River Avon.

Breamore railway station was a railway station in the Avon Valley at the village of Breamore, Hampshire, England. The station was built for the Salisbury and Dorset Junction Railway and opened in 1866. It was served by trains between Salisbury in Wiltshire and West Moors in Hampshire. British Railways closed the station and the line on 2 May 1964. The station has survived intact, and in recent years has been refurbished. Five affordable homes were built for the Hampshire Alliance for Rural Affordable Housing (HARAH) on one of the disused platforms, being completed in December 2012.A 2-mile section of the disused railway line which passes through the station has been converted into a footpath

Breamore ( BREM-ər) is a village and civil parish near Fordingbridge in Hampshire, England. The parish includes a notable Elizabethan country house, Breamore House, built with an E-shaped ground plan. The Church of England parish church of Saint Mary has an Anglo-Saxon rood.

Godshill is a village and civil parish and in New Forest National Park in Hampshire, England. It is about 1+1⁄2 miles (2.4 km) east of the town of Fordingbridge and 10 miles (16 km) south of the city of Salisbury.
