FestSpielHaus is a theatre in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

Michaelibad is an underground station of the Munich U-Bahn. The station is located at Heinrich-Wieland-Straße and is named after the nearby natatorium and water park Michaelibad, which used to be a training location for the 1972 Summer Olympics. Today the U5 line runs here and the U7 reinforcement line since 12 December 2011, which only runs during rush hours. Until the opening of the U2 to the Munich trade fair, the station was a junction for the development of the Munich East. The bus station was closed in 2005. The station looks similar to the other stations of the line with green wall panels and columns, covered with green ceramic tiles. A special feature is the ramp leading to the east to the barricade floor. The ceiling is covered with aluminium slats. Formerly four, today two light bands run along the platform.

St Michael in Berg am Laim is a church in Munich, Bavaria, built from 1738 to 1751 by Johann Michael Fischer as Court Church for Elector and Archbishop Clemens August of Cologne, a brother of Emperor Charles. Clemens August owned Berg am Laim as a manor. It was also served by the Military Order of Saint Michael until 1837 and by the Archbrotherhood of Saint Michaeluntil today. The Catholic church is one of the chief works of the Bavarian rococo period.

The Einkaufs-Center Neuperlach – pep (also Perlacher Einkaufspassagen) is a shopping mall in Munich's Neuperlach borough operated by ECE. With a floor space of 60,000 square meters and about 135 specialty shops, it was according to a survey for the year 2002, the most profitable shopping center in Germany, the average revenue per square meter was twice as high as the national average. In designing the state capital, it is recognized as an integrated site with the function of a district center, and through its size has an important role for the entire southeast of the metropolitan Munich.

Ramersdorf-Perlach is a borough of Munich. It is located south-east of the city center and is the most populous of Munich's boroughs with a population of about 116,000. It consists of the five districts Ramersdorf, Balanstraße West, Altperlach, Neuperlach and Waldperlach.

Neuperlach (Central Bavarian: Neiperlach) is a borough in the southeast of the Bavarian capital, Munich. and is part of the city district no. 16, Ramersdorf-Perlach. It was built starting in 1967 east of the former village of Perlach on the ground of the former Perlacher Haid. Neuperlach is located east of the boroughs Ramersdorf and Perlach, south of the city districts no. 14 (Berg am Laim) and no. 15 (Trudering-Riem), west of the borough Waldperlach and north of Unterbiberg (which is part of the municipality of Neubiberg). The borough encompasses multiplehousing estates, including several high-rise estates, and is one of Germany's biggest satellite towns. In the center of Neuperlach the large pep shopping mall is located, one of the most profitable shopping centers in Germany. The Hachinger Bach runs through the western part of Neuperlach from north to south. The stream also passes through the western part of the Ostpark.

Therese-Giehse-Allee is a station on the U5 line of the Munich U-Bahn, named after the German actress Therese Giehse.
