41 Hotel or No. 41: A Red Carnation Hotel is a luxury hotel in London, England. It is located just south of Buckingham Palace along 41 Buckingham Palace Road.

1 Palace Street is a 302,377 sq ft (28,091.7 m2) development on Palace Street in Victoria, London, opposite Buckingham Palace. Abu Dhabi Financial Group (ADFG) bought the site for £310 million in 2013, and it is being developed by Northacre, which is 70% owned by ADFG. When completed in 2018, it will comprise 72 apartments and incorporate an existing Grade II listed building.The building facing Buckingham Gate, of which the 1861 facade will be retained was built as the Palace Hotel in the nineteenth century, before becoming offices, as Nobel House. It will be the only residential building to directly overlook the gardens of Buckingham Palace.The architects are Squire & Partners, and the development will "reflect five architectural styles: 1860s Italianate Renaissance, 1880s French Renaissance, 1880s French Beaux Arts, 1890s Queen Anne, and contemporary".In November 2015, it was reported by The Guardian that one of the apartments had been pre-sold for £20 million to an unknown buyer.

Verde is an office building at 10 Bressenden Place, formerly known as Eland House, in Westminster, London. It was originally designed by EPR Architects and built by Mowlem for Landsec, and although finally completed in 1998, staff of the former Department of the Environment had moved in during late 1995/early 1996. In 2014, the building was acquired by Tishman Speyer and redeveloped according to a design created by Aukett Swanke. It was then renamed Verde. The redeveloped building encompasses 282,000 square feet of office space across 10 floors, and includes a number of roof gardens.

The Government Equalities Office (GEO) is the unit of the British government with responsibility for social equality. The office has lead responsibility for gender equality within the UK government, together with a responsibility to provide advice on all other forms of equality (including age, race, sexual orientation and disability) to other UK government departments. Nova Victoria, often simply Nova, is a mixed-use development in Victoria, an area of Westminster, London. It consists of three blocks making up a total of 897,000 square feet (83,300 m2) of floorspace. This is spread across office and residential accommodation, as well as housing the Nova Place food court. In 2017 it won Building Design's Carbuncle Cup, giving it the distinction of the "UK's ugliest building" for that year, and was described by judges as a "crass assault on the senses". It replaced a number of older buildings, including a Grade II listed pawnbroker, the facade of which was relocated. Plans were made in 2016 for an eastern section that would wrap around the Victoria Palace Theatre, but these were indefinitely put on hold.

The Queen's Gallery is the main public art gallery of Buckingham Palace, home of the British monarch, in London.
