The Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a Roman Catholic parish church belonging to the Bielawa deanery of the Diocese of Świdnica.

Bielawy [bjɛˈlavɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lututów, within Wieruszów County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

Dzierżoniów (Polish: [d͡ʑɛrˈʐɔɲuf] ; Silesian: Rychbach; German: Reichenbach im Eulengebirge [ˈʁaɪçn̩bax]) is a town located at the foot of the Owl Mountains in southwestern Poland, within the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (from 1975 to 1998 in the former Wałbrzych Voivodeship). It is the seat of Dzierżoniów County, and of Gmina Dzierżoniów (although it is not part of the territory of the latter, since the town forms a separate urban gmina). Established in the 13th century, Dzierżoniów is a historical Lower Silesian town that covers an area of 20.1 square kilometres (7.8 sq mi), and as of December 2021 it has a population of 32,346. It is named after Polish priest and scientist Jan Dzierżon.Unique and architecturally rich, Dzierżoniów features a central market square with elegant tenements and a town hall as well as few museums and restaurants. The Old Town is a venue for several annual events and fairs.

Nowizna [nɔˈvizna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dzierżoniów, within Dzierżoniów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Dzierżoniów and 51 km (32 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

Myśliszów [mɨˈɕliʂuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dzierżoniów, within Dzierżoniów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Dzierżoniów and 56 km (35 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

Dzierżoniów County (Polish: powiat dzierżoniowski) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, south-western Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat is the town of Dzierżoniów, and it also contains four other towns: Bielawa, Niemcza, Pieszyce and Piława Górna. The county covers an area of 478.3 square kilometres (184.7 sq mi). As at 2019 the total population of the county is 101,118. This figure breaks down as follows: Dzierżoniów 33,239, Bielawa 29,971, Pieszyce 7,123, Piława Górna 6,412, Niemcza 2,965, rural areas 21,408.

Its seat is the town of Dzierżoniów, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina. The gmina covers an area of 142.05 square kilometres (54.85 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 9,114.

Stachowice [staxɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Świdnica, within Świdnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.It lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Świdnica, and 55 kilometres (34 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Dzierżoniów and 50 km (31 mi) south-west of the regional capital Wrocław. Prior to the border changes of 1945 it was in Germany.
