The Synagogue Don Isaac Abravanel, also known as the Synagogue de la Roquette, is a historic synagogue in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, France. It was built in 1962 for Jews who emigrated to France from Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia as a result of decolonization. It was designed by architects Alexandre Persitz and Arthur-Georges Héaume in the Modernist style. It was named in memory of Isaac Abravanel.

Alongside with a programming dedicated each year at elements like his demountable houses by Jean Prouvé and which she has now the largest collection, the gallery Patrick Seguin leads a political of invitation close to the major international contemporary art galleries. In October 2015, the Galerie Patrick Seguin has opened a second space in London, in the heart of prestigious area of Mayfair - 45-47 Brook Street, alternating exhibitions architectural of design, history and contemporary art, it's a place mainly dedicated to demountable architectures Jean Prouvé.

The Cimetière Sainte-Marguerite was a cemetery in a common ditch located between Paris and the village of Charonne during the French Revolution. It was level with 36 rue Saint-Bernard and beside église Sainte-Marguerite in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It received 73 guillotined prisoners from place de la Bastille between 9 and 12 June 1794 then the first victims from place du Trône Renversé (now place de la Nation) before bodies from there started being sent to the cimetière de Picpus. In November 1846, during the July Monarchy, abbé Haumet, parish priest of Sainte-Marguerite, planned building work on the church and checked its foundations, finding several burials, including the remains of an anthropomorphic lead coffin containing bones. The skull from among these bones was identified as Louis XVII. Re-exhumed in 1894, they were identified as those of a teenager aged between 14 and 18 or possibly older, whereas Louis died aged only 10.

Ledru-Rollin (French pronunciation: ​[lədʁy ʁɔlɛ̃]) is a station on Line 8 of the Paris Métro. It is located at the intersection of the Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Antoine and Avenue Ledru-Rollin (after which it is named), on the border between the 11th arrondissement and 12th arrondissement.

Sainte-Marguerite, Paris is a Roman Catholic church located at 36 Rue Saint-Bernard in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It was founded in 1625, and constructed in a neoclassical style. A notable feature of the interior is the Chapel of the Souls in Purgatory, a chapel created by the architect Victor Louis between 1760 and 1764, using trompe-l'oeil murals to illustrate the values of antiquity and the Counter-Reform. The church was classified as a national historic monument by the French Government in 2017.

Artistic Athévains is a theatre in Paris, located at 45 bis rue Richard-Lenoir in the 11th arrondissement. It was originally a café-concert, dating from the beginning of the 20th century.

The Faubourg Saint-Antoine was one of the traditional suburbs of Paris, France. It grew up to the east of the Bastille around the abbey of Saint-Antoine-des-Champs, and ran along the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine.

Voltaire (French pronunciation: [vɔltɛːʁ] (listen)) is a station on line 9 of the Paris Métro. The station is located in the Place Léon Blum (formerly called the Place Voltaire) along with the town hall of the 11th arrondissement, which serves a lively district. The station was opened on 10 December 1933 with the extension of the line from Richelieu – Drouot to Porte de Montreuil. It is named after the Rue Voltaire, which is named after François-Marie Arouet (1694–1778), better known under the pen name Voltaire, a French Enlightenment writer and philosopher.

Boulevard Voltaire is a well-known boulevard in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. It was created by Baron Georges-Eugène Haussmann during the reign of French emperor Napoleon III. Originally named Boulevard du Prince-Eugène, it was renamed Boulevard Voltaire on 25 October 1870 in honour of the French Enlightenment writer, historian, and philosopher Voltaire. The boulevard is a great axis joining two historical squares associated with the French revolution, the Place de la République and Place de la Nation and the boulevard is a main hub for left wing demonstrations with the Republic and Nation squares as the focal points. The boulevard is lined with platanus trees. Important establishments on the boulevard include the municipality of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, the Church of Saint-Ambroise and Place Léon-Blum (formerly called Place Voltaire). It includes a bust of the French politician and three-time prime minister of France in whose name the square is named. The boulevard also has the Bataclan Theatre, built in 1864 by the architect Charles Duval. The boulevard, particularly between its cross-sections with boulevard Richard-Lenoir and Place Léon-Blum is host to great textile firms. The unpaired side of the boulevard also has a great number of entertainment and video stores. During the November 2015 Paris attacks, one suicide bomber blew himself up on the Boulevard Voltaire near the Bataclan.
