Juanda Station (Indonesian: Stasiun Juanda, station code: JUA) is a railway station located in Kebon Kelapa, Gambir, Central Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia. Since Gambir station stopped serving Commuterline trains, Juanda, along, with Gondangdia station, has become the alternative for passengers going to Merdeka Square and the surrounding areas. The station got its name from the nearby road, which in turn is named after Djuanda Kartawidjaja, the 11th and final Prime Minister of Indonesia.KAI Commuter, a subsidiary of Kereta Api Indonesia, has their main office in the northern part of the station. Juanda station is connected to a TransJakarta bus station and the Istiqlal Mosque by a pedestrian bridge.

This current cathedral was consecrated in 1901 and built in the neo-Gothic style, a common architectural style to build churches at that time. The Jakarta Cathedral is located in Central Jakarta near Merdeka Square and Merdeka Palace, right in-front of the cathedral stands the Istiqlal Mosque.

Istiqlal Mosque (Indonesian: Masjid Istiqlal, lit. 'Independence Mosque') in Jakarta, Indonesia is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia and the sixth largest mosque in the world in terms of worshipper capacity. Built to commemorate Indonesian independence, this national mosque of Indonesia was named "Istiqlal", an Arabic word for "independence". The mosque was opened to the public on 22 February 1978. St. Ursula Catholic School or Sekolah Menengah Katolik Santa Ursula is an all-female Catholic school located in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is located next to Jakarta Cathedral and Filateli Post Office. The school has a branch in BSD, Tangerang. After its initial establishment as an Ursuline Convent in 1859, the Ursulines established the Prinses Juliana School in Batavia in 1912. At present, the school is known as St. Ursula Catholic School.

The Citadel Prins Frederik, also called Fort Prins Frederik, was a fortification built in 1837 by the Dutch in Batavia (now Jakarta), in the Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia). It was located at Wilhelmina Park, which demolished around 1961 and replaced by the Istiqlal Mosque. The local people often referred to the fort as Gedung Tanah (The Ground Building).

Toko Kompak is a historic landmark in Pasar Baru, Jakarta, Indonesia. It was the residence of Tio Tek Ho, Majoor der Chinezen (1896-1908), who was the penultimate head of the Chinese community in colonial Jakarta. The building was probably built in the first half of the nineteenth century in a combination of Chinese, European and native Indonesian styles of architecture. At some point in the late colonial era, the residence was leased out and converted into a commercial store, called Sin Siong Bouw. After Independence in 1945, the name of the store was changed to Kompak.

West Irian Liberation Monument (Indonesian: Monumen Pembebasan Irian Barat) is a postwar modernist monument located in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is located in the center of Lapangan Banteng (formerly Waterloo Square) in Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta. Sukarno, then President of Indonesia, commissioned the monument in 1963 following the West New Guinea dispute in which Indonesia received the territory of Western New Guinea from the Netherlands.

Hotel Borobudur is a five star hotel and serviced apartment located in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Conceived in the 1960s by President Sukarno, it was meant to be the second international-standard hotel to be built in the newly independent country (the first was Hotel Indonesia). The hotel is located near Lapangan Banteng, which during the colonial times was the center of what was the military-European colonial neighborhood of Weltevreden. At its opening in 1974, as the Hotel Borobudur Inter-Continental, it was the largest hotel in Jakarta.
