The Superior Court of California, County of Napa, also known as the Napa County Superior Court or Napa Superior Court, is the branch of the California superior court with jurisdiction over Napa County.

The Goodman Library is a historic library located at 1219 1st St. in Napa, California. Built in 1901, the library was paid for by George E. Goodman and built on land donated by Goodman. Architect Luther M. Turton designed the building in the Richardson Romanesque style, which can be seen in its use of rusticated stone, round arch windows, and massive scale. The design represented a shift in Napa architecture, which was mainly Victorian prior to the library's construction.

The Napa County Courthouse Plaza is a complex in Napa, California, which consists of the Napa County Courthouse and the Hall of Records. The two buildings occupy an entire city block, which includes open areas and landscaping to create the site's plaza setting. The High Victorian Italianate courthouse was built in 1878 to replace the original 1856 courthouse. The courthouse continues to serve as the seat of Napa County government. The 1916 Hall of Records is a federally sponsored records building designed by William H. Corlett. The Renaissance Revival building represents an early use of reinforced concrete as a building material; the material became popular nationwide in the 1920s.The plaza was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 18, 1992. The courthouse was damaged by the 2014 South Napa earthquake. A $11.6M contract for restoration of the courthouse was awarded by Napa County in August 2017.

The George E. Goodman Jr. House, at 492 Randolph St. in Napa, California, was built in 1891. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.It is a two-and-a-half-story Queen Anne-style building built upon a raised basement. It has a corner tower.Its National Register nomination calls it "one of Napa's most successfully executed examples of late nineteenth-century residential architecture. It embodies the aesthetic ideals of the Queen Anne style through its design and detailing and shows the type of house that attracted prosperous Napans at the end of the Victorian era. It also indicates the growing importance of family rather than personal wealth. When compared with the hundreds of other residences from the period in Napa, the Goodman House emerges as one of the ten or twelve most significant."

The Gordon Building, at 1130 1st St. in Napa, California, was built in two sections, in 1929 and 1935. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. The 1929 section absorbed an earlier 1904 building.The building has "Spanish Colonial Revival styling with strong Spanish Renaissance details are evident in the glazed terra cotta siding and cast molded and applied floral detailing."

The Old Napa Register Building, at 1202 1st St. in Napa, California, was built in 1905. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.The Napa Register, founded in 1863 as a weekly, is Napa County's largest newspaper. It began daily publication in 1872. George Milton Francis became sole owner and publisher in 1876 and ran it until the 1920s when his son, George R. Francis, took over.To erect the building, Francis bought the property at Coombs and First Streets in 1904, when it was relatively far from the downtown, and was reportedly advised that was a poor idea. However other businesses followed and the direction of Napa's commercial development switched from north–south along Main St. to east–west along First. It was designed by architect L.M. Turton.In early years, the second floor was leased as a dance studio.

Napa River Inn, in Napa Valley, California, is a historic hotel dating from 1884. It is located on the Napa River within part of the historic Napa Mill, which is now also a commercial establishment with dining, shopping, spa treatments, and entertainment.In 1884 or 1886 Captain Albert Hatt used the mill as a warehouse for serving local vineyards. The Napa River Inn was built inside the historic Napa mill building in the 1990s, "with interior design inspiration coming from the renowned Sandra Blake."It has been alleged the inn is haunted by the ghost of Albert Hatt, Jr., who died by hanging himself in the warehouse in 1912. It was featured in a 2002 episode of Haunted Hotels as a place where spectral lovers search for each other from beyond. The inn was listed on the National Registry of the Historic Hotels of America in 2004.In 2012, approval to expand the hotel by 26 rooms, adding a third floor, was received.After a seven-year hiatus, expansion of the hotel finally began in 2019.

The Alexandria Hotel and Annex, also known as Plaza Hotel and Annex, is located at 840-844 Brown St. in Napa, California. Built in 1910, the hotel was a work of architect William H. Corlett. The hotel's design exemplifies the Mission Revival and Mediterranean Revival styles, which were both popular in California in the early 20th century. The design features three square towers on the street facing corners, overhanging eaves, and both slanted bay and rounded windows. The hotel's annex is older than the hotel and was redesigned to match the hotel's architecture when the hotel was built.The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The listing included two contributing buildings, the hotel and its annex.

The U.S. Post Office, also known as the Napa Franklin Station, served the 94559 zip code area of Napa, California. The post office was built in 1933 with funding from the Public Works Administration. Architect William H. Corlett designed the Art Deco building. The front facade of the building has three sections; the central section has six bays divided by piers with terra cotta capitals. A terra cotta cornice adorned with ram and cow heads tops the central section. The side sections, which contain the building's two entrances, feature panels with decorative eagle designs above the doorways and urn-shaped bronze light fixtures on either side. The post office's lobby features a painted bas-relief plastic ceiling, unusual in federally constructed post offices, and a terrazzo floor.The post office was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 11, 1985. The building was damaged by the 2014 South Napa earthquake.Both this building and the main Napa Post Office at 1625 Trancas Street were heavily damaged and red-tagged (not able to be occupied) after the earthquake. The United States Postal Service determined that repairing this building would be too costly. They tried to tear it down to rebuild another Post Office, but after neighborhood outcry, sold it to a developer for $2M. The developer plans to turn the building into a hotel.

The Bank of Napa, at 903 Main St. and 908 Brown St. in Napa, California was built in 1923. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.It is a two-story building stretching for a block, consisting of an original Classical Revival-style commercial building built in 1923 plus a large stuccoed Art Deco annex added in 1934.

The Winship-Smernes Building, at 948 Main St. in Napa, California, was built in 1888. It was designed by Napa architect Luther Turton in Italianate style. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.It has also been known as the Hennessey Building.The National Register nomination document from 1977 should be available online, but in 2019 only the accompanying photo is found.

The Semorile Building, at 975 1st St. in Napa, California, was built in 1888. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.It is a two-story commercial building built in 1888 of red brick and cut stone. It has an ornamental iron balcony on its second story and it has a parapet. It was designed by Napa architect Luther M. Turton in Italianate style.The secretary of the Napa Historic Preservation Society wrote that this building is a landmark in downtown Napa and "easily the most refined example of Italianate commercial architecture in Napa".It was built for the Semorile family which came in 1855 from Portofino, Italy to Mariposa, California, in Gold Rush country, and later moved to the Napa Valley. Bartholomew Semorile and his sons operated a grocery business in the building.
