Salem Camp Ground is a historic camp meeting site in Covington, Georgia. It was established in 1828. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 5, 1998. It is located at 3940 Salem Road. The interdenominational camp offers activities for children and adults. The Monastery of the Holy Spirit, officially the Monastery of Our Lady of the Holy Spirit, is a Trappist monastery located near Conyers, Georgia, in the United States. It is part of the Roman Catholic church. As of 2022, the monastery is home to a community of twenty-eight monks who are self-sustaining, running businesses on site. The monastery and grounds are a part of the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area and also serves as the southernmost point on the Arabia Mountain Path.

Rockdale County Jail is a historic building at 967 Milstead Ave. in Conyers, Georgia. It was built in 1897 and served as the jail for Rockdale County, Georgia from then until a new jail was built in 1968. It was entered into the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) on August 26, 1982. It now serves as the headquarters for the Rockdale County Historical Society and is known as the Old Jail Museum.
