The Princedom Cabin is a historic cabin on the south side of Lookout Drive in Bella Vista, Arkansas. It is a wood-frame structure with one story facing the road, and two at the back of its steeply sloping lot. It is finished in board-and-batten siding, and has a low pitch roof, with a fieldstone chimney prominently placed at the front facade. Built c. 1923, this typical cabin of the period has been modified by enclosing its car port as a sleeping porch and building an open deck between it and the main cabin. It is one of a small number of surviving little-altered 1920s cabins built in the area.The cabin was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Bogan Cabin is a historic summer cabin on a private spur road off Cedar Crest Drive, near Bella Vista, Arkansas. Built c. 1925, it is one of a small number of surviving cabins (out of about 500 originally built) in this hill resort area. It is a single-story wood-frame structure, with a gable roof that extends over a narrow open porch with a balustrade fashioned out of tree branches. A gabled wing extending to the east includes a covered carport and a porch, and a similar wing to the west shelters a deck. The cabin is surrounded on three sides by screened areas. The cabin represents a particularly creative use of outside spaces of the surviving cabins in the area.The cabin was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, at which time it was painted white, also a departure from nearby cabins.

The Hagler-Cole Cabin is a historic summer cabin on Mt. Pisgah Loop in Bella Vista, Arkansas. It is a two-story wood-frame structure with a wide overhanging front gable roof, which presents a single story to the front because of a steeply sloping lot. The front has a fieldstone chimney near the center, with a corner entry to the right, and a projecting gable-roofed screen porch to the left. Built c. 1920, it is one of a few relatively unaltered cabins (of some 500 originally built) in the Bella Vista area.The cabin was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Blackwell-Paisley Cabin is a historic summer cabin on Suits-Us Drive in Bella Vista, Arkansas. It is a 1+1⁄2-storey wood-frame structure, facing west, with a front gable roof. A carport is attached to the south facade of the main cabin, and projects forward of it, with its own gable roof. The rear of the carport is screened to provide a sitting area. Bedrooms on two levels are sheltered only by screens on three sides. The cabin was built in 1924 by Roy Cunningham, who built many summer retreat cabins in Bella Vista. This cabin is one of the few surviving and relatively unaltered cabins in the area from the period.The cabin was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Deaton Cabin is a historic summer cabin on Suits Us Road in Bella Vista, Arkansas.

The Sutherlin Cabin is a historic summer cabin at 4 North Mountain in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Built c. 1924, it is the simplest of the handful of summer cabins in Bella Vista to survive from that period. It presents a single story at the front, but sits on a steeply sloping lot that provides a full second story at the rear. Unlike its contemporaries, it lacks projecting deck and porch sections, having only a narrow porch across its front, underneath the main hip roof. The cabin has bands of sash windows on all sides, interrupted only on the east side by the fieldstone chimney. The two levels of the cabin are not connected by an interior staircase.The cabin was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Pharr Cabin is a historic summer cabin at 2 North Mountain in Bella Vista, Arkansas. It is a wood-frame structure with a gable roof, presenting a single story to the front, and two to the rear on its steeply sloping lot. A porch extends across the front (south-facing) facade, with a lower-pitch gable roof. A large fieldstone chimney rises through both of these roofs. An open deck runs along the eastern facade. The sleeping areas on the lower level are enclosed only by screening. The cabin was built c. 1920 and is one of a small number of little-altered cabins built in that period in Bella Vista.The cabin was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Lamberton Cabin is a historic summer cabin at 8 North Mountain in Bella Vista, Arkansas. It is a roughly square single-story wood-frame structure with a low-pitch gable roof. The roof is extended to the west by a shed-roofed sleeping porch, and there is an open deck to the east. The roof extends significantly beyond the walls, much of which consist of screened sections (there are no windows). The interior of the cabin, partitioned into living spaces, is further sheltered from the elements by the use of canvas shades. Built c. 1920, this is one a handful of period cabins to survive in Bella Vista, and one of its least-altered.The cabin was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Wonderland Cave is the largest cave in northwestern Arkansas. It is located on Dartmoor Road in Bella Vista, northeast of Bella Vista Lake and east of United States Route 71. The published report of the cave dates to 1868. Purchased in 1917, the cave was developed by Clarence A. Linebarger in 1929, opening it as a nightclub on March 1, 1930. Located 300 feet into the cave was a cavernous space hosting a stage for musicians, a bar, and wood/stone booths. The Arkansas State General Assembly met in the cave in 1931. In 1935, Linebarger started the Linebarger winery in the cave, sold under the brand "Belle of Bella Vista and Wonderland".Portions of the facility have also been used historically for the aging of locally produced wine, and at least one session of the Arkansas General Assembly has been held in the cave. The cave ceased operations as a nightclub in 1960, remaining open for tours. In 1965 the cave was leased to Cooper Communities. The cave was used as a bomb shelter at the peak of the cold war in 1968. In 1988 the cave was shortly reopened as a rock-n-roll nightclub, but closed in 1995. Ownership of the cave has changed hands several times since 1995, with the acquisition by the Walton Enterprise group in 2019 being the most recent.The cave was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Bella Vista Water Tank is a historic water tank at the junction of Cedar Crest and Cunningham Drives in Bella Vista, Arkansas. This native stone tank was built in 1927 by the Linebarger Brothers, under the supervision of Wallard Braithwaite, to store water for summer cottages on the west side of Lake Bella Vista and later the Sunset Hotel. It is significant as the only known water tank of its type in Benton County, Arkansas, and for its association with the early development of Bella Vista.From 1927 to 1952, water from the Big Spring east of the lake, 1.5 miles away and 310 feet lower, was pumped by hydraulic rams to the tank and then flowed by gravity to the cottages and hotel. The tank was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, and is now owned by the Bella Vista Historical Society. A new roof was constructed in 2016 by the Benton County Sheriff's Work Detail Team, supervised by Deputy Mark Wibert, with funding supplied by a Benton County Historic Preservation Commission Grant.

The Braithwaite House is a historic house at Bella Vista Drive and Braithwaite Street in Bentonville, Arkansas. Built c. 1855, this single-story brick house may be the oldest house in Benton County, and is the only one of its type in the city. Its form is similar to a saltbox with a side gable roof that has a short front slope and an extended rear slope. An open porch with a shed roof extends across the front. The house was by James Haney, an Irish brick mason, for the Braithwaites, who were major local landowners.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Benton County Poor Farm Cemetery is a historic cemetery in Bentonville, Arkansas. It is located off NE Young Avenue in a residential subdivision northeast of the city's center. It was established c. 1860, around the time Benton County's poor farm was established, and it was in active use until the poor farm was closed c. 1930. It has a small number of marked graves, and an unknown number of unmarked graves, some of which are distinguishable by the presence of depressions in the ground.The cemetery, which is the only tangible remnant of the poor farm, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
