The Department of Primary Industries Building (now known as National Trust House) is a heritage-listed former public service building at 99 William Street, Brisbane City, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Prior to its adaptation for public service offices, it operated as the William Street Immigration Depot. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 4 July 1995.

It was designed by Alexander Robertson McKellar and built in 1917 by George Varley Boyce. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

Old State Library Building is a heritage-listed former library building at 159 William Street, Brisbane City, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It is also known as the former Queensland Museum. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.Originally constructed for the Queensland Museum opposite Queens Gardens, the building contained the State Library of Queensland from 1902 to 1988, when the State Library was relocated to the Queensland Cultural Centre at South Bank.

The casino is operated by Star Entertainment Group. One percent of the casino's gross gaming revenue is deposited in the Jupiters Casino Community Benefit Fund. This fund supports non-profit community-based groups and is administered by the Government of Queensland.

In November 1917 during World War I, the Australian Government conducted a raid on the Queensland Government Printing Office in Brisbane. The aim of the raid was to confiscate any copies of the Hansard, the official parliamentary transcript, which documented anti-conscription sentiments that had been aired in the state's parliament.

It was designed by John James Clark, Francis Drummond Greville Stanley, and Edwin Evan Smith and built from 1884 to 1887 by John Petrie and Thomas Hiron. It is also known as The Printing Building, Sciencentre, Public Services Club, and Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

Queens Gardens is a heritage-listed park located on a city block between George Street, Elizabeth Street and William Street in the Brisbane CBD, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was built from c. 1905 to 1990s. It is also known as Executive Gardens and St Johns Church Reserve. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.Queens Gardens are adjacent to the former Land Administration Building (now the Heritage Hotel of the Treasury Casino). On the opposite side of William Street is the Old State Library Building and on the opposite side of Elizabeth Street is the former Treasury Building (now the Treasury Casino).

It was built from 1825 onwards. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 16 July 2010.

111 George Street is a building on George Street in the Brisbane CBD, Queensland, Australia which was completed in 1993. The building is owned, managed and occupied by the Queensland Government. With its repetitive grill pattern, it is sometimes colloquially referred to as the 'cheese grater'. The site covers 1,299 m2. A sister project known as 33 Charlotte Street was later built on the adjoining site, and has a very similar façade. This smaller building is 75 m high and was completed in September 2004.As with all Queensland Government assets, the Department of Housing and Public Works manages the building on a day-to-day basis.

Queen's Wharf is a multipurpose entertainment and hotel precinct under construction on either side of William Street in the central business district of Brisbane, Australia. As of 2021, the megaproject is the largest development undertaken in Queensland. In July 2015, the Queensland Government announced the Destination Brisbane Consortium of Star Entertainment Group, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and Far East Consortium, as the successful tenderer for the redevelopment. The development will feature 2,000 apartments, 1,100 new hotel rooms and a casino. The project also includes a 1,500 seat-ballroom and a sky-deck observation platform with 360 degree views. The redevelopment will include the construction of four high-rise buildings and the Neville Bonner Bridge connecting the precinct to South Bank, as well as the repurposing of existing heritage-listed structures within the site. Treasury Casino will close and be converted into a department store. Work commenced in March 2018 with a scheduled 2022 completion date.The project's location was criticized for its proximity to the historical heart of the city and government seat of power.

It is also known as William Street & Queens Wharf Road retaining walls and North Quay porphry wall. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.
