DEKRA is the world’s largest non-listed expert organization in the TIC sector (Testing, Inspection, Certification) founded in Berlin, Germany in 1925 as Deutscher Kraftfahrzeug-Überwachungs-Verein (German Motor Vehicle Inspection Association). At 28 million per year worldwide, DEKRA inspects more vehicles than any other organization. Leinfelden station is located in Leinfelden-Echterdingen at the 20.6 kilometre point of the Stuttgart-Rohr–Filderstadt railway in the German state of Baden-Württemberg and is a station on the Stuttgart S-Bahn network. From 23 June 1928 to 1 October 1971, Leinfelden was at the junction of the Siebenmuehlental Railway (dismantled 1972) and the Rohr–Neuhausen line. Passenger services ended on both lines on 22 May 1955. Freight traffic ran only to Musberg from 1 October 1956.

The German Playing Card Museum (German: Deutsches Spielkartenmuseum) in Leinfelden-Echterdingen is a branch of the Württemberg State Museum and houses one of the largest public playing cards collections in Europe. It is open to all ludologists and those with private interests. Playing cards are systematically collected, archived and researched. The collection includes around 15,000 decks with over 500,000 individual cards, a games library with an archive, a graphics collection, as well as arts and crafts objects, card presses, glasses, gaming tables, etc. One rarity is its Asian-Indian collection. It is considered the most comprehensive museum of its type in the world. The museum is a member of the International Playing Card Society.

Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG (SSB) is the principal public transport operating company in the German city of Stuttgart. The SSB is a member of the Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund Stuttgart (VVS), and operates the Stuttgart Stadtbahn, bus lines, a rack railway, and a funicular railway.

Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Swabian: Laefälda-Ächdordeng) is a town in the district of Esslingen, in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is located approximately 10 km south of Stuttgart, near the Stuttgart Airport and directly adjacent to the newly built Stuttgart Trade Fair. The town was formed on 1 January 1975 by the merging of four former municipalities: Leinfelden, Echterdingen, Musberg and Stetten auf den Fildern. Zeppelin LZ 4 caught fire and burned out in Echterdingen in August 1908.

The Directional Radio Tower Stuttgart-Möhringen is a 93-metre-high (305 ft) lattice steel tower for directional radio services of the EnBW AG on the area of the substation Stuttgart-Möhringen. The Directional Radio Tower Stuttgart-Möhringen was built in 1975 and is not accessible to the public.

Österfeld station is located in the Stuttgart district of Vaihingen in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It was built in 1985 at the junction of the main line of the Stuttgart S-Bahn where it emerges from the Hasenberg tunnel and connects with the Stuttgart–Horb railway, which runs above ground. Attached to the station is a park-and-ride car park with 500 places, which is directly accessible from the A 831 autobahn. The station is otherwise only accessible by foot. Above the station is the STEP business park with numerous offices, including the headquarters of Debitel. Near the station are also the Verein Deutscher Ingenieure building and the Michael Bauer School (a Waldorf school).

Schwaben Quellen (in English, "Swabian Springs") is a large spa/waterpark complex located in Stuttgart, Germany. The Schwaben Quellen is associated with the SI-Centrum (Stuttgart International Centrum), an entertainment complex in Stuttgart.It is a member of the European Waterparks Association (EWA), and provides saunas, steamrooms, and various kinds of baths. There are also what are referred to as "adventure showers". A small room full of snow, kept at −20 °C (−4 °F), is also available, so that participants can roll in the snow naked (this often follows use of a sauna or other type of steam room). Like many German bathing areas, people are expected to be nude throughout the sauna part of the resort.Some of the baths are indoors, and others are outdoors, providing a good mix of different bathing environments. There is an indoor restaurant overlooking some of the baths, where a meal can be purchased using the wristband that also functions as a key and a locator. The wristband is coded for the locker into which the participants place their clothing and personal effects, and the wristband serves as point of contact, with an embedded microchip which tracks the bathers throughout the facility.

Steinenbronn is a town in the district of Böblingen in Baden-Württemberg in Germany. The district has one public school and five kindergartens. The east side is industrial while the west side of the town is rather urban.
