Regola is the 7th rione of Rome, Italy, identified by the initials R. VII, and belongs to the Municipio I. The name comes from Arenula (the name is recognizable in the modern Via Arenula), which was the name of the soft sand (rena in Italian) that the river Tiber left after the floods, and that built strands on the left bank. The inhabitants of the rione are called Regolanti. They were nicknamed mangiacode ('tail-eaters'), after the typical dish coda alla vaccinara, which was a specialty of the many vaccinari ('butchers') of the rione.The seal of the rione represents a rampant deer with a turquoise background.

The Palazzo Spada is a palace located on Piazza di Capo Ferro #13 in the rione Regola of Rome, Italy. Standing very close to the Palazzo Farnese, it has a garden facing towards the Tiber river. The palace accommodates a large art collection, the Galleria Spada. The collection was originally assembled by Cardinal Bernardino Spada in the 17th century, and by his brother Virgilio Spada, and added to by his grandnephew Cardinal Fabrizio Spada,

The Victory of Sacred Love over Profane Love is a marble relief by Flemish sculptor François Duquesnoy. The patron of the relief is unknown. However, the oeuvre's stucco copy came into the possession of Cardinal Bernardino Spada (1594 – 1661) early on. The original marble relief is currently housed at the Galleria Doria Pamphilj in Rome. A stucco copy is housed at the Galleria Spada in Rome.

The Bacchanal of Putti or Bacchanal of Putti with a Goat is a marble relief by Flemish sculptor François Duquesnoy. The commissioner of this relief is unknown.

The Statue of Giordano Bruno, created by Ettore Ferrari, was erected at Campo de' Fiori in Rome, Italy, in 1889. The inscription on the base recites: A BRUNO - IL SECOLO DA LUI DIVINATO - QUI DOVE IL ROGO ARSE (English: To Bruno - From the Age he Predicted - Here Where the Fire Burned)

The Giardino Montano per la Conservazione della Biodiversità "Ruggero Tomaselli", also known as the Giardino Botanico Alpino "Ruggero Tomaselli" and the Giardino Botanico "Ruggero Tomaselli", is a 70-hectare (170-acre) nature preserve, arboretum and botanical garden in Italy. It is located inside the Cittadella di Scienze della Natura at the summit of the Campo dei Fiori di Varese (elevation 1,226 metres (4,022 ft)), in the Province of Varese, Lombardy. It is open on weekends in the warmer months. The garden was established in 1956 and named in honor of botanist Ruggero Tomaselli.

The Fontane della Piazza Farnese are two identical decorative fountains located in the Piazza Farnese, in front of the Palazzo Farnese in Rome, Italy. They were placed in the Piazza in the 16th century. The granite stone basins of the fountains are believed to come from the ancient Roman Baths of Caracalla. The emblems on the upper part of the fountain are those of the Farnese family, and the builder of the Palazzo, Cardinal Alessandro Farnese, later Pope Paul III.

Palazzo Farnese ([paˈlattso farˈneːse]) or Farnese Palace is one of the most important High Renaissance palaces in Rome. Owned by the Italian Republic, it was given to the French government in 1936 for a period of 99 years, and currently serves as the French embassy in Italy. First designed in 1517 for the Farnese family, the building expanded in size and conception when Alessandro Farnese became Pope Paul III in 1534, to designs by Antonio da Sangallo the Younger. Its building history involved some of the most prominent Italian architects of the 16th century, including Michelangelo, Jacopo Barozzi da Vignola and Giacomo della Porta. At the end of the 16th century, the important fresco cycle of The Loves of the Gods in the Farnese Gallery was carried out by the Bolognese painter Annibale Carracci, marking the beginning of two divergent trends in painting during the 17th century, the Roman High Baroque and Classicism. The famous Farnese sculpture collection, now in the National Archeological Museum of Naples, as well as other Farnese collections, now mostly in Capodimonte Museum in Naples, were accommodated in the palace.

Campo de' Fiori (Italian: [ˈkampo de ˈfjoːri], literally "field of flowers") is a rectangular square south of Piazza Navona in Rome, Italy, at the border between rione Parione and rione Regola. It is diagonally southeast of the Palazzo della Cancelleria and one block northeast of the Palazzo Farnese. Campo de' Fiori, translated literally from Italian, means "field of flowers". The name dates to the Middle Ages when the area was a meadow.

Santa Brigida is a convent church dedicated to St Bridget of Sweden and the Swedish national church in Rome. It was also known as Santa Brigida a Campo de' Fiori since it was built on what was then part of Campo de' Fiori but is now the urbanistically distinct Piazza Farnese.
