The National Police Memorial in India commemorates the 34,844 police personnel from all of the central and state police forces in India who have died in the line of duty since the nation's Independence in 1947. Located in New Delhi's Chanakyapuri area, the 6.12 acres (2.48 hectares) memorial consists of a 30-foot (9.1-metre) tall and 238-tonne (234-long-ton; 262-short-ton) heavy black granite central sculpture, a museum and a 'Wall of Valour' bearing the names of all 34,844 police personnel who have died in the line of duty. The underground museum is the first police museum of its kind in India, and showcases over 2000 years of policing in the region, since the time of Kautilya's system of law and order in 310 BCE.The renovated and refurbished memorial and museum was inaugurated by the prime minister, Narendra Modi, on 21 October 2018, which is also the Police Commemoration Day (Police Martyr's Day) in India.

Narendra Modi, parliamentary leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, started the first tenure of his prime ministership, after his swearing-in as the 14th Prime Minister of India on 26 May 2014. 45 other ministers were also sworn in along with Modi. The ceremony was noted by media for being the first ever swearing-in of an Indian Prime Minister to have been attended by the heads of all SAARC countries.

Narendra Modi was inaugurated for the third term as Prime Minister of India on 9 June 2024. The ceremony was held in the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan. Along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, 72 other members of the Third Modi ministry took the oath of office.

The Second Modi ministry, was the Council of Ministers headed by Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi that was formed after the 2019 general election which was held in seven phases from 11 April to 19 May 2019. The results of the election were announced on 23 May 2019 and this led to the formation of the 17th Lok Sabha. The oath ceremony was arranged in the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan at Raisina Hill. The heads of the states of BIMSTEC countries were invited as guests of honor for this ceremony. On 7 July 2021, the government went through a ministry expansion with several big names dropped and new faces sworn in. Many current ministers were also given promotion for their good work. Following the victory of the National Democratic Alliance in the 2024 general election, Prime Minister Modi and the council of ministers tendered their resignation to the President of India on 5 June 2024. However, they remained in office on caretaker basis until a new cabinet assumed office. On 9 June 2024, the new Cabinet of Third Modi ministry was sworn in with Modi again as Prime Minister.

The Third Modi ministry, also called Modi 3.0, is the union council of ministers of India headed by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, which was formed after the 2024 Indian general election held in seven phases from 19 April to 1 June 2024. The results of the election were announced on 4 June 2024, leading to the formation of the 18th Lok Sabha. The union council of ministers was sworn in along with the Prime Minister on 9 June 2024. The oath ceremony was arranged in the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan at Raisina Hill. This ministry marks the second-largest Union Council of Ministers in Indian history, after the Third Vajpayee ministry.

Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum (ISO: Rāṣṭrapati Bhavana Saṁgrahālaya lit. 'Presidential Palace Museum') is a public biographical museum located on the Raisina hill of New Delhi dedicated to the presidents of India from its establishment as a republic to present day. It was established on 25 July 2014 by Pranab Mukherjee, who served as the president of India at the time. As the first underground museum of India, it was opened for the public on 24 July 2016. The museum contains artifacts and information surrounding the position of the president of India as well as the people who held the office. Aside from the presidents, it also displays information about the prime ministers of India, the establishment of New Delhi during the colonial rule, Delhi Durbar, the Indian independence movement, the partition of India and drafting of the Indian constitution. The museum uses tools like virtual and augmented reality, interactive digital cascading tables, video walls, three-dimensional stereoscopic projections, holographic projections, and sound-light-video synchronized stage settings to display information.

The Rashtrapati Bhavan (pronunciation , rāsh-truh-puh-ti bha-vun; lit. 'Presidential Palace'; originally Viceroy's House and later Government House) is the official residence of the President of India at the western end of Rajpath, Raisina Hill, New Delhi, India. Rashtrapati Bhavan may refer to only the 340-room main building that has the president's official residence, including reception halls, guest rooms and offices, also called the mansion; it may also refer to the entire 130-hectare (320-acre) Presidential Estate that additionally includes the presidential gardens, large open spaces, residences of bodyguards and staff, stables, other offices and utilities within its perimeter walls. In terms of area, it is the largest residence of any head of state in India. The other presidential homes are the Rashtrapati Nilayam in Hyderabad, Telangana and The Retreat Building in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

The Delhi School of Music, established by the Delhi Music Society, teaches Western classical music. It is the only institution of its kind in northern India. It has around 1300 students annually, and provides musical tuitions in instrumental (piano, guitar, violin, cello, clarinet, flute, recorder, saxophone, keyboard, drums) vocal and dance sections. The school is a center for the examinations of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, England, as well as the Trinity College of Music, London. There is growing emphasis not just on individual performance but on ensemble playing, aural development and musical appreciation. The staff and students of the School hone their skills through workshops conducted by both visiting artistes and other musicians, which also provide musical interaction. There are periodic pupils concerts and other events, which help to develop the performance skills of the students.

The Teen Murti Bhavan (Teen Murti House; formerly known as Flagstaff House) was built by British as the residence New Delhi of the Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru. However, He stayed there for 16 years until his death on 27 May 1964. It was designed by Robert Tor Russell, the British architect of Connaught Place and of the Eastern and Western Courts on Janpath during the British Raj. Teen Murti Bhavan was built in 1930 as part of the new imperial capital of India, New Delhi as the residence of the Commander-in-Chief of the British Indian Army.Indira Gandhi then convertrd the residence to museum. Today, Teen Murti houses various institutions including the Nehru Memorial Museum and Library (NMML), which runs under the Indian Ministry of Culture, and has Karan Singh as the chairman of its executive council, and the Pradhan Mantri Sangrahalaya, the newly built memorial and museum to honor the contribution of all the Prime Ministers of India. The complex also houses the offices of the 'Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund', established in 1964 under the chairmanship of S. Radhakrishnan, then President of India. Teen Murti Bhavan also contains a number of mementos from various nations including England, Nepal, Somalia, China, etc. Each memento represents a notable resource of each nation. The foundation also awards the 'Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fellowship', established in 1968.Also contained within the complex are the ‘Centre for Contemporary Studies’ and the Nehru Planetarium which opened in 1984.

Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya is a museum built as a tribute to every Prime Minister of India since Independence, and a narrative record of how each one has contributed to the development of the nation. The museum is located at the Teen Murti Avenue earlier known as Nehru Memorial Museum and Library with renovated buildings and newly redeveloped new galleries. The Museum has two main buildings and each building has a reception at entrance. Each building of the museum houses galleries dedicated to each Prime Minister of India showcasing their major and significant contributions towards building of a nation. The museum also houses galleries of Constitution and its making, memorable debates.

The Apostolic Nunciature of the Holy See to India is the diplomatic mission of the Holy See to India, similar to an embassy. Archbishop Leopoldo Girelli was named Apostolic Nuncio by Pope Francis on 13 March 2021. He was formerly Apostolic Nuncio to Israel and Cyprus. The Apostolic Nunciature to India is an ecclesiastical office of the Catholic Church in India, with the rank of ambassador. The nuncio serves both as the ambassador of the Pope (as head of State of Vatican City) to the President of India, and as delegate and point-of-contact between the Catholic hierarchy in India and the Pope (as head of the Church). The Apostolic Nuncio to India is usually also the Apostolic Nuncio to Nepal.
