Bristol Arms Hotel is a heritage-listed pub located at 81 Sussex Street, in the Sydney central business district, in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It is also known as the Welcome Inn Hotel. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

Hawken and Vance Produce Exchange is a heritage-listed commercial building facade at 95–99 Sussex Street, Sydney, City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was built in 1883, with the remainder of the building apart from the facade being demolished in 1989. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

The City of Sydney is the local government area covering the Sydney central business district and surrounding inner city suburbs of the greater metropolitan area of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The leader of the City of Sydney is known as the Lord Mayor of Sydney, currently held since 27 March 2004 by Clover Moore, who also served concurrently as the state Member of Parliament for Sydney and Bligh from 1988 to 2012.

SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium (formerly Sydney Aquarium) is a public aquarium that features a large variety of Australian aquatic life, displaying more than 700 species comprising more than 13,000 individual fish and other sea and water creatures from most of Australia's water habitats. Opened in 1988, it is regarded as one of Sydney's premier tourist attractions with over 55% of its visitors each year coming from overseas. The aquarium features 14 themed zones including Jurassic Seas, Discovery Rockpool, Shark Walk, and the world's largest Great Barrier Reef display. Along the way, visitors encounter animals unique to each habitat, including one of only four dugongs on display in the world, sharks, stingrays, penguins and tropical fish, among others. It is a public aquarium located in the city of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It is located on the eastern (city) side of Darling Harbour to the north of the Pyrmont Bridge. It is a full institutional member of the Zoo and Aquarium Association (ZAA) and the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA).

Royal George Hotel is a heritage-listed pub located at 115–117 Sussex Street, in the Sydney central business district, in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was built in 1903. The adjoining former Cuthbert's Patent Slip building, assumed to date from 1869 and also heritage-listed, has also been incorporated into the hotel complex in recent decades. The hotel now operates as the Slip Inn. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

The MV Krait is a wooden-hulled vessel famous for its use during World War II by the Z Special Unit (Z Force) of Australia during the raid against Japanese ships anchored in Singapore Harbour. The raid was known as Operation Jaywick. The MV Krait is on display at the Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) in Sydney.

Madame Tussauds Sydney is a wax museum located in Darling Harbour in Sydney, Australia and is situated on the Aquarium Wharf. Madame Tussauds is part of Merlin Entertainments which owns and operates attractions globally.

Aquarium ferry wharf (also known as Darling Harbour Aquarium ferry wharf) is a commuter wharf that serves the Darling Harbour precinct as well as the Sea Life Sydney Aquarium, which is right next to the wharf. The wharf, built in the 1980s as part of an initiative to deliver transport services to the then-newly redeveloped Darling Harbour, was originally part of the Sydney Ferries network. The wharf served as the terminus of Darling Harbour ferry services, until the wharf was decommissioned by Sydney Ferries in October 2010, when services to the wharf were rerouted to King Street Wharf 3 instead. My Fast Ferry currently handles services to the wharf, which acts as a terminus for their Manly - Darling Harbour Harbour loop service.

121-127 Sussex Street is a heritage-listed former warehouse and now commercial office building located at 121-127 Sussex Street, in the Sydney central business district, in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was built during 1850. The property is owned by Property NSW, an agency of the Government of New South Wales. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.

HMAS Advance (P 83) was an Attack-class patrol boat of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). Constructed during 1967 and commissioned into the RAN in 1968, Advance operated from Darwin and patrolled northern Australian waters. During her career, the patrol boat shadowed a Soviet trawler, survived Cyclone Tracy, was used for filming of the television series Patrol Boat, and participated in the RAN's first anti-terrorism patrol of the North West Shelf. Advance was replaced in 1980, but continued to operate as a training ship until she was decommissioned in 1988. Advance was donated to the Australian National Maritime Museum, which has maintained her in an operational condition.

HMAS Vampire was the third of three Australian-built Daring class destroyers serving in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). One of the first all-welded ships built in Australia, she was constructed at Cockatoo Island Dockyard between 1952 and 1959, and was commissioned into the RAN a day after completion. Vampire was regularly deployed to South East Asia during her career: she was attached to the Far East Strategic Reserve on five occasions, including during the Indonesia-Malaysia Confrontation, and escorted the troop transport HMAS Sydney on six of the latter's twenty-five transport voyages to Vietnam. In 1977, the destroyer was assigned to escort the Royal Yacht Britannia during Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip's visit to Australia. In 1980, Vampire was reclassified as a training ship. The warship remained in service until 1986, when she was decommissioned and presented to the Australian National Maritime Museum for preservation as a museum ship; the largest museum-owned object on display in Australia.
