Kyselka Spa

Kyselka (German: Gießhübl-Sauerbrunn) is a municipality and village in Karlovy Vary District in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 800 inhabitants. It is known for its former spa – Kyselka Spa.

Doupov Mountains (Czech: Doupovské hory, German: Duppauer Gebirge) is a cenozoic volcanic mountain range with the typical structure of stratovolcano. The centre of the stratovolcano was in the place of a former town of Doupov. The highest mountain is Hradiště (934 metres), the lowest point is by the river Ohře near Kadaň (cca 275 metres). In 1945, most of the German population was expelled so that Doupov Mountains became almost completely unpopulated. It became an Army Training Area in 1953, and currently serves this purpose for NATO forces.

Andělská Hora, originally called Engelsburg, is a castle above the village of Andělská Hora, about 7 kilometres (4 mi) southeast of Karlovy Vary, in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. The ruins of the Andělská Hora castle stands upon a rock overlooking the village of Andělská Hora which lies just below. It was founded at the turn of the 14th to the 15th century by Boreš z Rýznburk, a noblemen from the Rýznburk family, as protection for their estates. The castle was destroyed by fire during the Thirty Years' War and abandoned in the 17th century.

Ostrov (also called Ostrov nad Ohří; Czech pronunciation: [ˈostrof]; German: Schlackenwerth) is a town in Karlovy Vary District in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 16,000 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone.

Andělská Hora (German: Engelhaus, earlier also Engelsberg) is a municipality and village in Karlovy Vary District in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.

Ostrov Castle (Czech: zámek Ostrov, German: Schloss Schlackenwerth) is a castle in Ostrov in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. It dates back to the 15th century, but has been reconstructed into baroque palace with gardens under the Saxe-Lauenburg and Baden-Baden families. In the 19th century, it belonged to the Tuscan branch of Habsburg family. Nowadays, it houses municipal offices, a library, a gallery and museum. Its gardens were once considered the most famous of Bohemia.
