The old Berlin Ostbahnhof, sometimes also named Küstriner Bahnhof, was a short-lived passenger railway terminus in Berlin, Germany, opened on 1 October 1867 as the terminus of the Prussian Eastern Railway (Ostbahn) to Küstrin (now Kostrzyn) and Königsberg (Kaliningrad).

Berlin Wriezener Bahnhof was a passenger railway terminus in Berlin, Germany. The station was situated close to the modern Ostbahnhof, and its goods station (Wriezener Güterbahnhof) was extended between it and Warschauer Straße station. From 1867 to 1882, nearby the Wriezener Bahnhof, Old Ostbahnhof functioned as a passenger terminal.

The Hochhaus an der Weberwiese (literally "high house on the weaver's meadow") is a residential building in Berlin, located in the district of Friedrichshain. Built as part of the plan for post-war reconstruction, it was the first example of socialist classicism in the German Democratic Republic. Above the main doorway is a quotation from Bertolt Brecht:

The Straße der Pariser Kommune is a street in Friedrichshain, Berlin, Germany. It was known as Fruchtstraße until March 17, 1971, when it was renamed to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Paris Commune. The road begins at the meeting point of Mühlenstrasse and Straulauer Platz, which run parallel to the River Spree, and continues north along the rails of the Ostbahnhof to the Karl-Marx-Allee. It becomes the Friedenstraße just beyond this, where it meets the Palisadenstraße and the Weidenweg. North of the Ostbahnhof, it is almost entirely lined with communist-era apartment buildings, though some older buildings have been preserved at the intersection with the Karl-Marx-Allee. One may also find along it the Pegasus youth hostel, the DDR-style Ostel, the offices of the Neues Deutschland publishing house, and some clubs and shops.

The Mercedes-Benz Arena (German: [mɛʁˌtseːdəsˈbɛnts ʔaˌʁeːnaː]) is a multipurpose indoor arena in the Friedrichshain neighborhood of Berlin, Germany, which opened in 2008.With a capacity of 17,000 people, it is home to the Eisbären Berlin ice hockey club and the Alba Berlin basketball team, and is used for other ice hockey, basketball and handball matches as well as concerts.The arena hosted the 2008–09 Euroleague Final Four, European professional basketball club competition. The arena was one of the most prominent elements of the Mediaspree urban redevelopment project, quickly gaining emblematic status in the debates surrounding the project's impact. The arena will host the 2022 Premier League Darts final on 13th June 2022

The Verti Music Hall is a music hall located on Mercedes-Platz in Berlin. Since it opened in 2018, up to 4,500 spectators have been able to attend concerts, shows and corporate events there. In January 2024, it was announced that the ride-hailing company Uber had secured the naming rights and that the hall would be renamed Uber Eats Music Hall from 22 March 2024.

Weberwiese is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the line, which currently runs from Berlin Central Station to Hönow. The station is located under Karl-Marx-Allee directly east of Straße der Pariser Kommune. Although the next station on the line is called Frankfurter Tor, the historical city gate Frankfurter Tor actually stood at the location of the Weberwiese station. Several of the stations on this line have been recently redeveloped and are now colour-coded. In 2003, Weberwiese station was renovated and now has a very different appearance, with yellow tiles in contrast to its former white ones.

The Computerspielemuseum (English: Computer Game Museum) is a video game museum founded in 1997. From 1997 to 2000, it had a permanent exhibition in Berlin. Afterwards, it became an online only museum. In 2011 the museum reopened its permanent exhibition in Berlin's neighborhood of Friedrichshain, on Karl-Marx-Allee. During the first month of its permanent exhibition, it had 12,000 visitors.

Edge East Side Tower is a 36-storey, 142 metres (466 ft) skyscraper in the Friedrichshain district of Berlin, Germany. It is currently the tallest multistory building in the city, until the completion of the Estrel Tower. It was completed at the end of 2023 and was designed by Bjarke Ingels Group.

Warschauer Straße station is an S-Bahn and U-Bahn station on Warschauer Straße on the northern bank of the river Spree in the Friedrichshain neighborhood of Berlin, Germany. The two train stations as well as the trams that terminate adjacent to the U-Bahn station together accommodate over 85,000 passengers daily.

Berlin Ostbahnhof (German for Berlin East railway station) is a main line railway station in Berlin, Germany. It is located in the Friedrichshain quarter, now part of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg borough, and has undergone several name changes in its history. It was known as Berlin Hauptbahnhof from 1987 to 1998, a name now applied to Berlin's new central station at the former Lehrter station. Alongside Berlin Zoologischer Garten station it was one of the city's two main stations; however, it has declined in significance since the opening of the new Hauptbahnhof on 26 May 2006, and many mainline trains have been re-routed on the North–South mainline through the new Tiergarten tunnel, bypassing Ostbahnhof.

Warschauer Straße is the eastern terminus station of lines U1 and U3 of the Berlin U-Bahn.
