Monnikenhuize was a multi-use stadium in Arnhem, Netherlands. It was used mostly for football matches and hosted the home matches of SBV Vitesse. The stadium was able to hold 7,500 people. The stadium was opened in 1915. It was closed in 1950 when Nieuw Monnikenhuize opened. For the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam, it hosted the consolation first round match between Chile and Mexico on 5 June 1928.

The Sint-Jansbeek has always been an open stream, but the part in the inner city is covered since the city moats were filled in the 19th century. The stream from the source in Zijpendaal through the park Sonsbeek is still open.

Arnhem Velperpoort is a railway station located in Arnhem, Netherlands. The station was opened on 1 October 1893, closed on 3 June 1918 and reopened on 5 January 1953. It is located on the Arnhem–Leeuwarden railway and the Oberhausen–Arnhem railway. The train services are operated by Nederlandse Spoorwegen, Arriva and Breng. Previously, the name of the station was just Velperpoort (1893-1918).
