Cable Bridge, Surat or Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge over the Tapti River that connects the Athwa and Adajan areas of Surat, Gujarat, India. The bridge is named after Indian politician and thinker Deendayal Upadhyaya. A connected 3-way interchange flyover bridge was constructed on the Athwalines side to facilitate easy flow of the traffic.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat (IIIT Surat) is one of the Indian Institutes of Information Technology established by MHRD in PPP mode located in Surat, Gujarat.The Institute has been conferred as Institute of National Importance (INI) on Feb 5 , 2020. IIIT Surat is operating from its temporary premises at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT). The institute is mentored by SVNIT for an initial period of 2–3 years till the construction of the new campus. The IIIT Surat is built on a public-private partnership (PPP) model, jointly funded by State Government and industry partners Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilisers & Chemicals, Gujarat Gas and Gujarat Informatics.

J.J. Training College was formerly an English school established in 1827 from the donation by Seth Sorabji Jamshedji Jijibhai. Later this school was known as "Sorabji Jamshedji Jijibhai High School". In 1939 the high school was closed by the government to begin a college for training primary school teachers.The collage is located in front of Surat Castle, in Surat in the western Indian state of Gujarat.

C B Patel International Cricket Stadium is cricket stadium in Surat, Gujarat, India. The stadium is named as CB Patel. The ground is constructed by Bharthana's leading farmer Raju G Patel & C B Patel Group in the year and half period on the 3.75 sq. ft land of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat. The ground is developed with 2 lakh sq. ft according to the standards of international stadium. The stadium can accommodate 35,000 people.Then Gujarat Chief Minister and Gujarat Cricket Association head Narendra Modi laid the foundation of the stadium in November 2009. The ground received a donation from a cricket lover Kamlesh Patel. He donated Rs. 5 crore. In February 2011, Narendra Modi then Chief Minister of Gujarat and Gujarat Cricket Association Chief inaugurated the stadium.
