Lycée Gustave Flaubert is a French international school in La Marsa, Tunisia. It serves levels sixième of collège (junior high school/middle school) until terminale, the final year of lycée (senior high school/sixth form college).The Société du Collège Maurice Cailloux, founded on October 1, 1948, by French officials and farmers, established the school, initially a private boarding school for French children. It was named the Collège Maurice Cailloux in 1952. The school was developed by the architect Tissot. The French government purchased the facility in 1957. It was originally established as a collège only and was an annex of the Lycée Français de Carthage, which at the time was newly built. Collège Cailloux was extended to the lycée level when the former Lycée Français de Carthage was given to the Tunisian government in 1961 as part of the independence of Tunisia. The school was officially renamed Lycée Gustave Flaubert, but is still popularly known as "lycée Cailloux" even after it adopted its current official name on May 27, 1998.As of 2015-2016 it had 1,571 students and 220 staff.

Ennejma Ezzahra ("Star of Venus"), sometimes spelled Nejma Ezzohara, also The Palace of the Baron d'Erlanger is a historical palace at Sidi Bou Said, in northern Tunisia, built from 1912 - 1922 by Baron Rodolphe d'Erlanger (1872–1932) as his home in Tunisia. It is considered to be an outstanding example of Arab-Islamic architecture in Tunisia and was built historic elements by craftsmen from Tunisia. After the independence of Tunisia in 19, it was the first museum to be opened in the country.

Sidi Bou Said (Arabic: سيدي بو سعيد Sīdi Bū Sɛīd) is a town in northern Tunisia located about 20 km from the capital, Tunis. Named for a religious figure who lived there, Abu Said al-Baji, it was previously called Jabal el-Menar. The town itself is a tourist attraction and is known for its extensive use of blue and white. It can be reached by a TGM train, which runs from Tunis to La Marsa.

La Marsa (Tunisian Arabic: المرسى Il Marṣā) is a coastal town in far north eastern Tunisia near the capital Tunis. The population is estimated as 92,987, as of 2014. The old summer capital of pre-colonial Tunisia, it is today a popular vacation spot for many wealthy Tunisians. It is connected to Tunis by the TGM railway. Gammarth is adjacent to El Marsa further up the coast.

Abdellia Palace (Arabic: قصر العبدلية) is a palace located in La Marsa, a town in the northern suburbs of the capital of Tunisia, Tunis. It is built in 1500 (905 AH) by Abu Abdallah Muhammad IV al-Mutawakkil when he was in power. In the 17th and 18th century it became a summer residence for the Muradids and Husainids and a fortified shelter from external threats.Among personalities who inhabited the palace, Mahmud ibn Muhammad (1814-1824), his son Al-Husayn II ibn Mahmud and the British consuls Richard Wood and Thomas Reade can be cited.

The Basilica of Saint-Cyprien, also known as Basilica near Sainte-Monique, is a ruined Christian temple located on the edge of the Tunisian archaeological site of Carthage, on the Bordj Djedid plateau and the seafront. The Christian basilicas of Carthage were excavated by the White Fathers from the 1880s onwards. The largest is the Basilica of Damous El Karita, discovered in 1878 by Father Alfred Louis Delattre. The Basilica of Saint-Cyprien, mostly attributed to Saint Cyprian, was found in 1915 by Father Delattre during his last excavation campaign. The site was explored according to the practices in use at the time. The current remains are meager and difficult to interpret, due to untimely interventions at the 1930 Carthage Eucharistic congress. The building enjoys a panoramic view over the Gulf of Tunis and the Djebel Boukornine and has been identified by literary sources as the edifice dedicated to Saint Cyprian, who died on September 14, 258 during the persecution of Valerian. This identification, proposed at the time of the excavations, has been confirmed by most researchers, including Charles Saumagne, based on ancient texts. However, the absence of epigraphic sources to formally confirm the identification raises questions. The building whose ruins were excavated in the 20th century was the successor to a construction dating from the end of the 4th century, and was in use throughout Late antiquity, including the Vandal period and into the 6th century. The building and adjacent cemetery were probably in use until the Arab-Muslim conquest of 698.

North Africa American Cemetery and Memorial is a Second World War military war grave cemetery, located in the town of Carthage in Tunisia. The cemetery, the only American one in North Africa and dedicated in 1960, contains 2,841 American war dead and covers 27 acres (11 ha). It is administered by the American Battle Monuments Commission.

Stade Abdelaziz Chtioui is a football stadium in La Marsa, Tunisia. It is currently used by football team Avenir Sportif de La Marsa. The stadium holds 6,500 people.

The basilica of Damous El Karita is a Tunisian basilica, located in Carthage, dating from the Late antiquity and the Byzantine epoch. It is situated nearby the Odeon hills within the archeological site of Carthage. Most important and known Christian architectural complex within the capital of the Roman province of Africa, it is according to Noël Duval "one of the most important Christian monuments" but also "most abused and poorly known". The architectural complex, indeed was one of the most important architectural Christian cultural ensembles of North Africa from the late antiquity up to the late middle-ages. The entire ensemble was composed of 2 churches, at least one martyrium, several Hypogeums as well as a subterran rotunda with a complex interpretation.The importance of the complex suggests that the place was not only a funerary center but also a major pilgrimage site linked to the cults of the saints buried in this place as well as of important religious festivals. The identification of the basilica is complex but, following recent works, some authors accept the identification with a basilica known by literary sources as the basilica Fausti .
