Talbot Hall is a historic house at the western end of Talbot Hall Road in Norfolk, Virginia. It is a two-story masonry structure, built out of brick finished with stucco, and covered by a gable roof. It was built c. 1799-1802 by Samuel Butt Talbot as a summer retreat, and the property features views similar to those it would have had in the 19th century, including two 19th-century magnolia trees that grace the waterfront on the Lafayette River.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.

Granby High School (originally Granby Street High School) is a public high school in Norfolk, Virginia. The school is part of the Norfolk Public Schools system. It is the only high school in the school division that offers an International Baccalaureate program. The school building is located on historic Granby Street where the south end is at Downtown Norfolk and the north end where the beaches of Ocean View lie. Granby is also less than a mile away from the historic Wards Corner, a local shopping and eating center. In 2010, Newsweek placed Granby in the top 1300 of "America's Top Public High Schools". Granby was the only school in Norfolk, VA to place on the list. Granby's mascot is the comet.

It developed primarily during the first quarter of the 20th century, as a suburban community north of the growing downtown area of Norfolk. The neighborhood includes notable examples of a variety of Late Victorian and Late 19th And 20th Century Revival styles.Itlisted on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

Lambert's Point Knitting Mill, also known as The Knitting Mill and Old Dominion Paper Company, is a historic mill building located at Norfolk, Virginia. It was built in 1895, and consists of the central two-story original mill building highlighted by a tall four-story tower. It was augmented in the 1950s by a one-story addition on the south elevation, and by additional one-story additions on the north and west sides of the building. The masonry structure is clad with smooth-finished concrete stucco.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Larchmont-Edgewater is a residential neighborhood in Norfolk, Virginia, located approximately five miles north of downtown. Saint Mary's Catholic Cemetery is a historic cemetery and national historic district located at Norfolk, Virginia. It encompasses six contributing structures and one contributing object in cemetery established in 1854 to serve the Roman Catholic communities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake. The cemetery was established by the pastor of St. Mary's Church of Norfolk. Notable features include the large bronze crucifix erected around 1922 in honor of Catholic servicemen who served in World War I and six family mausoleums.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
