Lovisenlund is a multi-purpose stadium in Larvik, Norway. It is the home ground of Larvik Turn. The record attendance is about 17,000, from a 1956 match between Larvik Turn and Fredrikstad FK. It was used for the Norwegian football cup final of 1931, when Odd played Mjøndalen IF. The venue hosted the Norwegian Athletics Championships in 1979.

Larvik District Court (Norwegian: Larvik tingrett) was a district court in western Vestfold county, Norway. The court was based in Larvik. The court existed until 2019. It had jurisdiction over Larvik Municipality. Cases from this court could be appealed to Agder Court of Appeal. The court was a court of first instance. Its judicial duties were mainly to settle criminal cases and to resolve civil litigation as well as bankruptcy. The administration and registration tasks of the court included death registration, issuing certain certificates, performing duties of a notary public, and officiating civil wedding ceremonies. Cases from this court were heard by a combination of professional judges and lay judges.

Farriseidet is a moraine located in the northwestern part of the town center of Larvik, Norway. It separates Larvikfjorden from the lake of Farris.

Larvik Station (Norwegian: Larvik stasjon) is a railway station at Larvik in Vestfold, Norway. The station is served with regional trains operated by Vy. The station operated as part of the Vestfold Line (Vestfoldbanen). The station building was designed by Balthazar Lange and was opened on 13 October 1881.

is a town/city in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The town is the administrative centre of the large municipality which stretches inland for over 50 kilometres (31 mi) from the coast. The town is located near the Skaggerak coast, wedged between the Larviksfjorden to the south, the lake Farris to the north, and the river Lågen along the east side of the town. The town was established in 1671. The town became a self-governing municipality on 1 January 1838 under the formannskapsdistrikt law. The town remained self-governing until 1 January 1988 when it was merged with the neighboring town of Stavern and three neighboring rural municipalities to form a much larger Larvik Municipality.The 15-square-kilometre (3,700-acre) town has a population (2022) of 26,821 and a population density of 1,791 inhabitants per square kilometre (4,640/sq mi). This means over half of the population of Larvik Municipality lives in the city, the rest live in the much more rural areas of the municipality. The town originally was built in the Tollerodden area where the Larvik Church is located.The town is one of the largest ports in Vestfold. It has car ferry connections across the Skaggerak to Hirtshals in Denmark. The Vestfoldbanen railway line runs through the town, stopping at Larvik Station. The European route E18 highway passes through the north side of the town, connecting the capital of Oslo with Southern Norway.

The Farrisbrua (Farris Bridge) is a major road bridge crossing the Farris lake just north of Larvik, Norway. The bridge is part of the expansion of the E18 motorway from the antiquated single carriageway to modern dual carriageway standards, enabling increased speeds and traffic volumes between the eastern and southern parts of the country. It was built between 2013 and 2018, to a cost of 718 million NOK (excl. VAT).

Tollerodden, spelt Tolderodden until 1917, is a peninsula located in the bottom of the Larvik fjord and a part of Larvik town located on the southeast coast of Norway. The Larvik fjord is open in the southeast, so Tollerodden was the safest place in Larvik harbour, and thus the town started at Tollerodden and the nearby surroundings. As Larvik grew, the commercial harbour was moved further out the fjord, and Tollerodden is preserved near to as it was in the town's early years. Tollerodden has become world known by the naval architect Colin Archer who was born here and had his boatyard here. He became world famous for his seaworthy pilot and rescue boats and the polar ship FRAM.

Langestrand Church (Norwegian: Langestrand kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. It is located on the western edge of the town of Larvik. It is one of the churches for the Larvik parish which is part of the Larvik prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Tunsberg. The white, wooden church was built in a octagonal design in 1818 using plans drawn up by the architect Hans Christian Lind. The church seats about 180 people.

Larvik Church (Norwegian: Larvik kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Larvik Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. It is located in the town of Larvik, right along the shore of the Larviksfjorden. It is one of the churches for the Larvik parish amd the seat of the Larvik prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Tunsberg. The yellow, brick church was built in a long church design in 1677 using plans drawn up by an unknown architect. The church seats about 450 people.

Norsk Soyamelfabrikk ('Norwegian Soy Flour Factory') was a soy flour manufacturing company in Larvik, Norway. It was the first soy flour plant in Norway. The factory was in operation between 1933 and 1977. It was locally nicknamed 'Soyaen' ("The Soy").

Larvik (Urban East Norwegian: [ˈlɑ̂rviːk] (listen)) is a town and municipality in Vestfold in Vestfold og Telemark county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the city of Larvik. The municipality of Larvik has about 46,364 inhabitants. The municipality has a 110 km coastline, only shorter than that of neighbouring Sandefjord.The city achieved market town status in 1671. Larvik was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt). The city of Stavern, and the rural municipalities of Brunlanes, Hedrum, and Tjølling were forcefully merged into the municipality of Larvik on 1 January 1988. On 1 January 2018, neighboring Lardal was merged into Larvik as part of a nationwide municipal reform. After the merge, Larvik is the largest municipality in Vestfold by area, and the second-most populous municipality in the Vestfold district.Larvik is known as the hometown of Thor Heyerdahl. It is also home to Bøkeskogen, the northernmost beech tree forest in the world. It is also home of Norway's only natural mineral water spring, Farriskilden. Farris Bad has been described as one of the best spas in Europe. It has the largest spa department in Scandinavia.Larvik has a daily ferry connection to Hirtshals, Denmark.

The Kleiver Tunnell (Norwegian: Kleivertunnelen) is a 3.670-kilometer (2.280 mi) railway tunnel in Larvik, Norway. The tunnel carries for the most part two tracks of the Vestfold Line and is dimensioned for speeds up to 250 km/h (160 mph). Construction started in 2013 and the tunnel opened on 24 September 2018 as part of the Farriseidet–Porsgrunn project. The tunnel is designed so it can be extended towards Larvik when a new railway route through Larvik has been designed upon. The eastern 800 meters (2,600 ft) of the tunnel are therefore single track and lack a high-speed profile, while the rest of the tunnel is double track. Once the tunnel has been extended, the single-track section will then be converted to an emergency exit.
