Alternate uses: Regent Park (disambiguation) Regent Park is the new name given to a portion the former Heritage USA property in Fort Mill, South Carolina, just south of Charlotte, North Carolina that was originally developed by evangelist Jim Bakker and his then wife Tammy Faye Bakker Messner, founders of the PTL Ministry. The property was purchased out of bankruptcy by MUI Corporation (Malayan United Industries-Berhad) and redeveloped largely as a residential community. MUI's subsidiary, Regent Carolina Corporation added a golf course and golf academy and subdivided much of the undeveloped property for single-family homes and townhouses. In late 2004 Regent Carolina Corporation sold the remaining properties to area builders and developers and in February 2007 they sold their interest in the golf course and academy to a private corporation. In the year 2016, the golf course was sold and planned to be residentially developed in the future.

Springfield Plantation House is the oldest wood-frame house in Fort Mill, South Carolina and was the site of one of the last meetings of the Confederate cabinet. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The CSA OrthoCarolina Sportsplex is a soccer complex containing two stadiums located in Pineville, North Carolina near the South Carolina state line. The complex is owned by the Charlotte Soccer Academy and sponsored by OrthoCarolina, a regional orthopedic practice.

The Anne Springs Close Greenway is an extensive protected natural area in Fort Mill, South Carolina consisting of approximately 2,100 acres (9.3 km2) of lakes, forests, and pastures that include trails for hiking, biking, kayaking, and horseback riding. The land for the greenway was donated in 1995 by the family of Anne Springs Close, a lifelong supporter of recreation and the environment. It is run by Leroy Springs & Company.The greenway presents summer concerts and also provides facilities for picnicking, camping, and mountain biking.

Pineville Mill Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Pineville, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 77 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site in a residential section of Pineville. It was developed after 1894 and in the 1920s and consists of frame, textile mill houses. The mill village was originally developed by the Dover Yarn Mills and later expanded by the Chadwick-Hoskins Company.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Pineville Commercial Historic District is a national historic district located at Pineville, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. The district encompasses 15 contributing buildings in the central business district of Pineville. It was developed between about 1873 and 1960 and consists of contiguous rows of one-story and two-story, brick commercial buildings. Notable buildings include Younts General Store (c. 1873), Pineville Loan and Savings Bank (c. 1910), Yandell Hotel and Grocery Building (1925), and McCoy Barbershop/Pineville Post Office (1955).It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

The President James K. Polk Historic Site is a museum and historic location in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and a historic site managed by the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources' Historic Sites division. The property was the location of property owned by the parents of President James K. Polk, and exhibits at the historic site serve to tell the story of the President's political career, as well as provide a look into life in North Carolina in the early 19th century.

The 1,200,000-square-foot (110,000 m2) GLA mall, in the shape of a curve, is anchored by Belk, a Dick's Sporting Goods and Golf Galaxy combo store, Dillard's, and JCPenney.

Knights Stadium was a baseball stadium which served as the home of the International League's Charlotte Knights from 1990 to 2013 and had a capacity of 10,002. The park was located across the state line from Charlotte, North Carolina, in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The stadium closed at the end of the 2013 season and the Knights moved to Truist Field in uptown Charlotte for the 2014 season. Knights Stadium was easily accessible from Interstate 77. Exit 88 (Gold Hill Road) connects the expressway with the stadium. Near the stadium is a water tower painted to resemble a baseball on a tee, which can be seen from Interstate 77 and remains painted in that pattern as of the summer of 2023.
