Beare is a village in the civil parish of Broadclyst in Devon, England.

Bradninch Guildhall is a municipal building in Fore Street, Bradninch, Devon, England. The structure, which is now used as a community events venue, is a Grade II listed building.

Bradninch is a small town, civil parish and manor in Devon, England, lying about 3 mi (5 km) south of Cullompton. Much of the surrounding farmland belongs to the Duchy of Cornwall. There is an electoral ward with the same name, which since May 2023 comprises the entire parish. The population was 2,165 in 2021.In 2012, in research of 2,400 postcodes in England and Wales which took into account 60 separate factors of interest to young families, Bradninch was found to be the fifteenth most family friendly location in the country.The town is twinned with Landunvez in Brittany.

The manor of Silverton was an historic manor in the parish of Silverton in Devon. The last version of the manor house was Silverton Park (also called Egremont House), a large neoclassical mansion house built in 1839–45 by George Wyndham, 4th Earl of Egremont (1786-1845) and demolished in 1901. It was according to Pevsner and Cherry (1991) "an extraordinary design, entirely clothed in colonnades", but was "a monstrous Italian house" in the opinion of Bernard Coleridge, 2nd Baron Coleridge (1851-1927). It comprised as its core the former early Georgian manor house of Combe Satchfield.

Silverton Park, also known locally as Egremont House, was a large neoclassical mansion in the parish of Silverton, Devon, England.

Killerton is an 18th-century house in Broadclyst, Exeter, Devon, England, which, with its hillside garden and estate, has been owned by the National Trust since 1944 and is open to the public. The National Trust displays the house as a comfortable home. On display in the house is a collection of 18th- to 20th-century costumes, originally known as the Paulise de Bush collection, shown in period rooms. The estate covers some 2590 hectares (25.9 km2, 6400 acres). Included in the estate is a steep wooded hillside with the remains of an Iron Age hill fort on top of it, known as Dolbury, which has also yielded evidence of Roman occupation, namely a triple-ditched Roman fort or marching camp which is still visible in aerial photographs, despite heavy ploughing within the hill fort.Killerton House itself and the Bear's Hut summerhouse in the grounds are Grade II* listed buildings. The gardens are Grade II* listed in the National Register of Historic Parks and Gardens.

Dolbury is another local name for the Iron Age hill fort or enclosure at Killerton Park in Devon, England. It is referred to as such in several books and websites on Iron Age sites. The hill fort is situated on a hilltop some 128 metres above sea level, the hilltop has a flat promontory jutting out northwards, still some 100 metres above sea level, around which the River Culm bends. The situation of the hill in the Culm Valley makes it very significant, although that can be hard to appreciate from the views afforded of it from the M5 motorway. Grid Ref: SS 975 005

Broadclyst is a village and civil parish in the East Devon local government district. It lies approximately 5 miles northeast of the city of Exeter, Devon, England, on the B3181. In 2001 its population was 2,830, reducing at the 2011 Census to 1,467. An electoral ward with the same name exists whose population at the above census was 4,842.

Hillersdon House in the parish of Cullompton in Devon, is a grade II* listed late Georgian style manor house overlooking that town. It was built in 1848 by William Charles Grant (1817-1877), to the design of Samuel Beazley, the notable theatre architect.

Cullompton Community College is a coeducational foundation secondary school located in Cullompton in the county of Devon.First established in 1872, the school relocated to its current site in 1964, and became fully comprehensive in 1979. In December 2003 it secured sponsorship of £50,000 from The Co-operative Group to enable it to become a Business and Enterprise College. As a foundation school, Cullompton Community College is administered by Devon County Council, which coordinates the schools admissions. Cullompton Community College offers GCSEs and OCR Nationals as programmes of study for pupils, as well as vocational learning in Animal Care and Land based Learning, Hair and Beauty, Motor Vehicle and Construction.

Cullompton () is a town and civil parish in the district of Mid Devon and the county of Devon, England. It is 13 miles (21 km) north-east of Exeter and lies on the River Culm. In 2011 the parish as a whole had a population of 8,499 while the built-up area of the town had a population of 7,439.The earliest evidence of occupation is from the Roman period – there was a fort on the hill above the town and occupation in the current town centre. Columtune was mentioned in Alfred the Great's will which left it to his youngest son Æthelweard (c. 880–922). In the past the town's economy had a large component of wool and cloth manufacture, then later leather working and paper manufacture. A large proportion of town's inhabitants are commuters but there is some local manufacturing, including flour and paper mills. It has a monthly farmers' market held on the second Saturday of every month which is the oldest event of its kind in the South West. It is home to two grade I listed buildings: the fifteenth-century St Andrew's parish church and the seventeenth-century house known as The Walronds. The centre of the town is a conservation area and there are seven grade II* listed buildings and ninety grade II listed buildings in the parish.
