Yaek Nonthaburi 1 station (Thai: สถานีแยกนนทบุรี 1, RTGS: Sathani Yaek Nonthaburi Nuang) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Purple Line. The station opened on 6 August 2016 and is located on Rattanathibet road in Nonthaburi Province. The station has four entrances.

Bang Krasor station (Thai: สถานีบางกระสอ, RTGS: Sathani Bang Kraso, pronounced [sā.tʰǎː.nīː bāːŋ krā.sɔ̌ː]) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Purple Line. The station opened on 6 August 2016 and is located on Rattanathibet road in Nonthaburi Province. The station has four entrances.

Mueang Nonthaburi (Thai: เมืองนนทบุรี, RTGS: Mueang Nonthaburi, pronounced [mɯ̄aŋ nōn.tʰá(ʔ).bū.rīː]) is the capital district (amphoe mueang) of Nonthaburi province in Thailand. The city of Nonthaburi has 267,001 inhabitants, while the whole district has 348,553.

Nonthaburi Civic Center station (Thai: สถานีศูนย์ราชการนนทบุรี, RTGS: Sathani Sun Ratchakan Nonthaburi) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Purple Line and Pink Line. The station is located on the Rattanathibet road in Nonthaburi Province. The station opened on 6 August 2016 on the Purple Line, while the Pink Line opened on 21 November 2023. The station is above the Rattanathibet road not far from Khae Rai intersection. To the north, the station serves commuters from the Mueang Nonthaburi District Office. To the south, it serves the Samakkhi residential area, Boss Hotel, Provincial Police station, the National Disaster Warning Center and the Thaicom satellite station. To the east, it provides access to the Esplanade shopping and cinema complex Rattanathibet Road branch and the nearby Tesco Lotus hypermarket.

Phra Nang Klao Hospital (Thai: โรงพยาบาลพระนั่งเกล้า) is the main public hospital of Nonthaburi Province, Thailand and is classified under the Ministry of Public Health as a regional hospital. It is capable of initial tertiary-level care. Its closest rapid transit station is Phra Nang Klao Bridge MRT station on the MRT Purple Line. It is the main teaching hospital of the School of Medicine, Siam University and an affiliated teaching hospital of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.

Nonthaburi (Thai: นนทบุรี, pronounced [nōn.tʰá(ʔ).bū.rīː]) is one of the central provinces (changwat) of Thailand, established by the Act Establishing Changwat Samut Prakan, Changwat Nonthaburi, Changwat Samut Sakhon and Changwat Nakhon Nayok, Buddhist Era 2489 (1946), which came into force on 9 May 1946 (Thursday).Neighboring provinces are (from north clockwise) Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, Bangkok, and Nakhon Pathom. Nonthaburi is the most densely populated province after Bangkok. The Bang Kwang Central Prison is in the province.

The station opened on 6 August 2016 and is located on Rattanathibet road on the eastern end of Phra Nang Klao Bridge crossing the Chao Phraya River in Nonthaburi Province. The station has three entrances.

Talat Khwan (Thai: ตลาดขวัญ, pronounced [tā.làːt kʰwǎn]) is a tambon (subdistrict) of Doi Saket district, in Chiang Mai province, Thailand. In 2005 it had a population of 3,418 people. The tambon contains six villages.

Bang Kwang Central Prison (Thai: เรือนจำกลางบางขวาง; RTGS: Rueancham Klang Bang Khwang) is a men's prison in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand, on the Chao Phraya River about 11 km north of Bangkok. It is a part of the Department of Corrections. Bang Kwang is the site of the men's death row and the execution chamber of Thailand. As of 2018 the prison had about 6,000 inmates.

Sanambin Nam station (Thai: สถานีสนามบินน้ำ) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Pink Line. The station is located on Tiwanon Road, near Sanambin Nam intersection in Mueang Nonthaburi district, Nonthaburi province. The station has four exits. It opened on 21 November 2023 as part of trial operations on the entire Pink Line.

Wat Chomphuwek (Thai: วัดชมภูเวก, pronounced [wát t͡ɕʰōm.pʰūː wêːk]; also spelled: Wat Chumpoo Wek) is a civil Thai Buddhist temple in Mahā Nikāya sect, located on Soi Nonthaburi 33, Sanam Bin Nam Road, Tambon Tha Sai, Amphoe Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi Province, central Thailand. It is considered one of the oldest and most prominent temples in Nonthaburi, that it is over 350 years old as well as the murals and architectures are considered very beautiful.

Khlong Om Non (Thai: คลองอ้อมนนท์, pronounced [kʰlɔ̄ːŋ ʔɔ̂ːm nōn]) is a branch of the Chao Phraya River in Nonthaburi Province, part of Greater Bangkok. It is now regarded as a continuation of Khlong Bangkok Noi. The khlong was originally the river's main watercourse, but became reduced when a bypass canal was dug in accordance with the orders of King Prasat Thong in the middle of the late Ayutthaya period to reduce the distance between Ayutthaya and the sea. Its history is similar to Khlong Bangkok Yai and Khlong Bangkok Noi in Bangkok, in that the shortcut route's completion caused the original course of the Chao Phraya River to be reduced to only a khlong.Khlong Om Non is currently a waterway that is separated from the Chao Phraya River at Mueang Nonthaburi District, then enters Bang Yai District to the south, then flows into the Chao Phraya River in Bang Kruai District (where it is referred to as Khlong Bang Kruai), with a total length of 17.5 km (10.9 mi). It is regarded as one of main watercourses of Nonthaburi Province, besides the Chao Phraya River. Originally, the province was called "Ban Talat Khwan" (บ้านตลาดขวัญ) and was a Bangkok's outpost. Later, in 1549–1550 during the reign of King Maha Chakkraphat, many people from Ayutthaya Kingdom to settle here after the war with Hanthawaddy. The king established two new towns together and renamed them "Nonthaburi" for Ban Talat Khwan and "Sakhon Buri" for Ban Tha Chin (now Samut Sakhon Province).In 1665–1666 during the reign of King Narai the Great, the king ordered the construction of twin wooden forts on the khlong mouth, names "Pom Thapthim" (ป้อมทับทิม) on the left side and "Pom Kaeo" (ป้อมแก้ว) on the right side, along with moving of the Nonthaburi capital district to the left side of the khlong (west side of Chao Phraya River) and the construction of a city pillar shrine. The capital district and provincial hall were relocated twice in the Rattanakosin period (at present, it is the Old Nonthaburi Provincial Hall next to Nonthaburi Pier).Its name "Khlong Om Non", means "Nonthaburi roundabout canal", referring to its course. Other names that have been used include Khlong Om (คลองอ้อม), Maenam Om (แม่น้ำอ้อม), and Khlong Maenam Om (คลองแม่น้ำอ้อม) etc. Currently, Khlong Om Non is another cultural tourism route, as well as other nearby khlongs. The two sides are filled with many tourist attractions such as many ancient temples and antique wooden traditional Thai houses or durian estates with eateries.
