The United Kingdom's National Tennis Centre at Roehampton in south-west London is the high-performance training facility of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). It was officially opened by Queen Elizabeth II on 29 March 2007. The Chief Executive of the centre is Roger Draper. The centre has 16 outdoor courts, covering all the Grand Slam surfaces, six indoor courts, a gymnasium and sports science and medical facilities. It also houses the administration of the LTA, which was previously based at the Queen's Club in West Kensington.

Bank of England Ground is a cricket ground in Roehampton, London (formerly Surrey). The ground is owned by the Bank of England, and is part of the Bank of England Sports Centre. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1949, when South Women Second XI played the Women's Cricket Association.The ground hosted its only first-class match in 1967, when Oxford University played the touring South African Universities team.The ground also hosted a number of Second XI matches for both the Surrey Second XI and the Middlesex Second XI in the Second XI Championship between 1971 and 1982.During the 1993 Women's Cricket World Cup, the ground held a single Women's One Day International between Ireland women and Australia women.In local domestic cricket, the ground is the home venue of Bank of England Cricket Club. Football is also played the ground in between cricket seasons.

The International Tennis Federation (ITF) is the governing body of world tennis, wheelchair tennis, and beach tennis. It was founded in 1913 as the International Lawn Tennis Federation by twelve national tennis associations. As of 2016, there are 211 national and six regional associations that make up the ITF's membership. The ITF's governance responsibilities include maintaining and enforcing the rules of tennis, regulating international team competitions, promoting the game, and preserving the sport's integrity via anti-doping and anti-corruption programs. The ITF partners with the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) and the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) to govern professional tennis. The ITF organizes annual team competitions for men (Davis Cup), women (Billie Jean King Cup), and mixed teams (Hopman Cup), as well as tennis and wheelchair tennis events at the Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games on behalf of the International Olympic Committee. The ITF sanctions circuits that span age ranges (junior, professional men and women, and seniors) as well as disciplines (wheelchair tennis; beach tennis). In addition to these circuits, the ITF also maintains rankings for juniors, seniors, wheelchair and beach tennis.

The Roehampton Club is a private members’ sports club in Roehampton in southwest London, England. It is set in 100 acres (400,000 m2) of parkland, close to Richmond Park. Originally established in 1901 as an officers’ polo club, the Roehampton Club has sporting and leisure facilities including an 18-hole golf course, 28 tennis courts, 6 squash courts (one for doubles), 4 croquet lawns, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a fitness studio, a health and beauty clinic and a bridge room.

Barnes Hospital, on South Worple Way, East Sheen, in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, is a hospital managed by South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust. It provides community and inpatient mental health services.The hospital was opened in 1889 as The Barnes Isolation Hospital. Its original purpose was to treat and care for patients with infectious diseases such as diphtheria and scarlet fever. The existing buildings were extensively renovated in 2001 when a new extension was added.Half of the hospital's site was sold to a residential developer in 2019. In September 2020, plans were approved for a health centre and a Special Educational Needs school on the rest of the site: they are due to open in late 2023.

Parkside Christian Centre, East Sheen, previously known as Elim Pentecostal Church, East Sheen, is a Pentecostal church in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames at 173 Upper Richmond Road (West), in East Sheen.

Richmond Park Academy is a secondary school with an academy status in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The school is part of the Academies Enterprise Trust academy chain. Richmond Park Academy was formed in 2010 when academy status was granted to the predecessor Shene School. The academy is led by Nabila Jiwa, and is managed by the Academies Enterprise Trust. In 2011 the academy secured almost £10 million of government funding for building improvements. Renovation and new building work was finished in 2015, with an official opening by Dame Jacqueline Wilson.

Admiral Lord William FitzRoy (1 June 1782 – 13 May 1857), was an officer of the British Royal Navy who served during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars, and also as a Member of Parliament.

Old Mortlake Burial Ground, also known as Old Mortlake Cemetery, is a cemetery in Mortlake in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, at Avenue Gardens, London SW14 8BP. Established in 1854, and enlarged in 1877, it is now managed by Richmond upon Thames Borough Council. The cemetery contains Commonwealth war graves of 21 British service personnel, 19 from World War I and two from World War II.

Fairacres is a Grade II listed four-storey apartment block at Roehampton Lane, Roehampton, London.It was built in 1936 by the architects Anthony Minoprio (1900–1988) and Hugh Spencely (1900–1983), for the property developer Charles Kearley. The block of 64 flats in a semi-elliptical arc is modern in style with 1930s curved walls, but traditional in construction. It is very little altered since being built.There are six acres of private gardens, overlooking the Roehampton Club grounds (and with a secure private entrance) and Richmond Park beyond. Each flat was built with 3–5 bedrooms, 2–3 bathrooms, drawing room, dining room and servant's quarters.
