Shayxontoxur (Uzbek: Shayxontoxur tumani, Russian: Шайхантахурский район, romanized: Shaykhantakhursky rayon) is one of 12 districts (tuman) of Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

Chorsu is a station of the Tashkent Metro on Oʻzbekiston Line. The station was opened on 6 November 1989 as part of the extension of the line between Alisher Navoiy and Chorsu Bazaar. On 30 April 1991 the line was extended to Beruniy.The walls of the vestibule and the platform decorated with white Gazgan marble floor station is covered with gray granite. The station is decorated with bas-reliefs of "Ecology" and Link of Times (painter Kim Yu).

JAR Stadium is a football stadium, located in the capital of Uzbekistan, in Tashkent. It is part of the JAR Sport Complex. The stadium seats 8,500 spectators. JAR Stadium opened in 1998. It was renovated in 2005. At the end of 2008, when the MHSK Stadium was demolished, the Bunyodkor football club temporarily moved to the Jar Stadium, and even after building its new Bunyodkor Stadium (now Milliy Stadium) in 2013, the club held some home matches at this stadium the end of 2015. In 2012, during the renovation of the Pakhtakor Stadium, at this stadium, Pakhtakor played their home games for the floor of the season. In addition, the national, olympic, youth and women teams of Uzbekistan hold some matches at this stadium. From the season of 2016, the stadium has been rented by the club - Obod. Also at the stadium, the women's national football teams of Uzbekistan, different in age, hold their own matches. The JAR Stadium is also one of the bases of the national team of Uzbekistan and the main training stadium for preparations for matches and camps. In 2009, the famous Portuguese football player Cristiano Ronaldo held a master class at the Jar stadium. Ronaldo conducted master class for young football players at the Bunyodkor’s Jar stadium and showed his tricks to fans, who came to stadium this day.

Chorsu Bazaar (Persian: بازار چارسو, Uzbek: Чорсу бозор), also called Charsu Bazaar, is the traditional bazaar located in the center of the old town of Tashkent, the capital city of Uzbekistan. Under its blue-colored domed building and the adjacent areas, all daily necessities are sold.

Kukeldash Madrasah is a medieval madrasa in Tashkent, located close to Chorsu Bazaar and Chorsu Metro station. It was built around 1570 by the Shaybanid ruler Dervish Sultan. The madrasah is built of yellow brick, and has a traditional square shape with a big portal and an inner yard. The walls around the inner yard contain cells inhabited by the students. The portal is 20 metres (66 ft) high and contains two towers at its sides.In 1830-1831 the first floor of the madrasah was demolished, and the bricks were used to build the nearby Beklarbegi Madrasah. It was later restored. The madrasah was damaged by the earthquake in 1868 and subsequently reconstructed in 1902–1903. It was reconstructed again in the 1950s and became one of only several religious buildings which survived the 1966 Tashkent earthquake.The madrasah was converted into a caravanserai in the 18th century, then it served as a fortress. In the 20th century it was a museum, first of atheism, and later of folk music. In the 1990s, the building became a madrasah again.

The Mausoleum of Sheikh Zaynudin Bobo is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Sheikh Zaynudin Bobo was a writer and popularizer of the Sufi order known as Suhrawardiyya. The exact date of his birth is unknown. It is believed that Sheikh Zaynudin died when he was 95. Arguably he was a son of the founder of the Suhrawardiyya order, Diya al-din Abu 'n-Najib as-Surawardi (1097–1168), who sent his son Sheikh Zaynudin to Tashkent to spread the ideas of his order. Sheikh Zaynudin is said to have been conveyed to earth at the graveyard of Orifon village beyond the Kukcha Gate (now within the Tashkent). There is an underground cell (chillahona) dating to the 12th century in the mausoleum, where Sheikh Zaynudin conducted his 40-day meditations (chilla) and chartakdating back to the 14th century.The mausoleum was built in the 16th century and was rebuilt in the late 19th century. The proportions are 18 x 16 meters and it is 20.7 meters high.

Beruniy is a station of the Tashkent Metro, it is the northwestern terminus of the Oʻzbekiston Line. The station was opened on 30 April 1991 as part of the extension of the line from Chorsu to Beruniy. The station is designed in national traditions of Uzbekistan: the platform hall is decorated by a dome covered with marble patterns. The plant has crystal chandeliers, with all - in the lobby, in the walls of the stairs and in the hall are made in the same style (painter S. Jalilov). Interior wall decoration station is made with marble, granite, metal, glass, porcelain.

Qaffol Shoshi mausoleum (Uzbek: Qaffol Shoshiy maqbarasi) is a mausoleum in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, built in honor of Imam Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Ismail al-Kaffal ash-Shashi. The original tomb did not survive in its initial form. In its current state, the mausoleum was constructed in 1542 by the royal architect of that time, Gulyam Husayn. It is an asymmetrical domed portal mausoleum, known as a khanqah. Khanqahs were designed to provide pilgrims shelter in residential places called “khujrahs”. Mausoleum complexes often included a mosque and a kitchen. To the south of the main building in a small courtyard, there are later burial places (saganas).

Tashkent Planetarium is one of the newest constructions in Uzbekistan, and is visited by local people and tourists. Tashkent Planetarium provides visitors with the opportunity to look at outer space, even in the morning, and enlarge their knowledge about the cosmos and the whole universe.

Victory Park (Uzbek: G'alaba bog'i; Russian: Парк Победы), also known as the Victory Park Memorial Complex is a park located in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. It was planned in honor of the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.

National University of Uzbekistan (NUUz) (Uzbek: Mirzo Ulugʻbek nomidagi Oʻzbekiston Milliy Universiteti, OʻzMU) is a public research university located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. NUUz is the oldest and largest university in Uzbekistan.The National University of Uzbekistan is named after Mirzo Ulugbek. NUUz professors and teaching staff work with modern materials and science and have relationships with the world's most distinguished scientific schools.

Gafur Gulom is a station of the Tashkent Metro on Oʻzbekiston Line. The station was opened on 6 November 1989 as part of the extension of the line between Alisher Navoiy and Chorsu. It is named after Gafur Gulom, an Uzbek poet, writer and translator. The station was decorated by artist S. Sultonmuradov. To finish the station used marble, granite, metal, glass, composition of artistic ceramics. Columns supporting a set of stations have many faces, the upper part of the column is thickened. Illuminating station lights hidden in the domes.
