St Mary's Greek Orthodox Church is a Greek Orthodox church in Trinity Road, Wood Green, London. It was built as Trinity Methodist Church in 1871 to the design of the reverend R.N. Johnson and became Greek Orthodox in 1970. It was greatly rebuilt after a fire in 1986 with the help of the Greek community and fundraising events notably a Dinner & Dance arranged by a pupil of the Greek school Nick Efthymiou. It is also sometimes known as St Mary's Cathedral or The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Dormition of the Mother of God.

The London Borough of Haringey (pronounced (listen) HARR-ing-gay, same as Harringay) is a London borough in North London, classified by some definitions as part of Inner London, and by others as part of Outer London. It was created in 1965 by the amalgamation of three former boroughs. It shares borders with six other London boroughs. The borough includes large areas of green space, which make up more than 25% of its total area.

The Fishmongers Arms is a former public house in Wood Green in the London Borough of Haringey. Built in 1855 on the site of the former Wood Green Farm, Its name derived from the adjacent Fishmongers' and Poulterers' Almshouses, which were demolished in 1956 for the construction of the Haringey Civic Centre.At the rear of the building was Bourne Hall, a dance hall built in the 1920s, which in the 1940s became the venue for the Wood Green Jazz Club. The Club was captured in the 1956 BFI-funded documentary film Momma Don't Allow. In the 1950s, two of the pub's upstairs rooms hosted "The Deb-On-Air Charm School", while a third was used for jazz band practice by musicians including Humphrey Lyttleton and Wally "Trog" Fawkes.During the 1960s the pub was a rock music venue, and hosted early performances by musicians and bands including John Mayall's Blues Breakers, Cream, Zoot Money, Graham Bond, Brian Auger, Julie Driscoll, Long John Baldry, Joe Cocker, Rod Stewart, Fleetwood Mac, Ten Years After, The Groundhogs, The Kinks, Led Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, and Pink Floyd. The pub and club later became The Barracuda, and in 1971 Fagans. It was known as O'Rafferty's at the time of its closure in the 2000s. The building was subsequently converted into flats. On the High Road side is a Grade II listed cattle trough and drinking fountain constructed for the Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association in 1901.

Saint Barnabas Greek Orthodox Church is a Greek Orthodox church in Finsbury Road, Wood Green, London.

7 and 9 Bounds Green Road are grade II listed buildings in Wood Green, London. The houses form a group with numbers 7 to 25 (odd) in Bounds Green Road. Number 7 is an early nineteenth century two storey villa with a patterned radial fan-light above the front door. It has been extended on the right with a one bay coachhouse that joins it to number 9, now known as The Limes, which is of similar design. Both are of yellow brick.The houses are some of the oldest in Wood Green, which has few listed buildings. Opposite is St Michael and All Angels Church, which is also grade II listed but slightly later (1843).

St Michael and All Angels is a Church of England parish church that stands on Bounds Green Road in Wood Green within the London Borough of Haringey. This church is not to be confused with the original St Michael at Bowes that used to stand in Palmerston Road before it was demolished and restored to a much smaller church and hall in the 1980s.The church was designed by George Gilbert Scott and built in 1843. Alterations designed by H Curzon were made in 1865. The chancel and tower were added in 1874. The building is grade II listed.

Wood Green lies directly to the east of Alexandra Palace. It is 6.5 miles (10.5 km) from Charing Cross in central London.

The Wood Green War Memorial is located on the High Road, Wood Green, in the London Borough of Haringey. It was erected in 1920 and paid for by public subscription of the people of Wood Green to remember the men of the area who died during the First World War. It was subsequently adapted to include the dead of the Second World War. It is grade II listed with Historic England.
