The Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre is a private hospital located in Bandra, Mumbai, India. The hospital was established in 1978 by the Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust.

Mumbai Suburban district (Marathi: Mumbai Upanagar Jilhā; previously Bombay Suburban district) is the second most populous district of Maharashtra in the Konkan Division. With its administrative headquarters in Bandra, the district consists of three subdivisions or tehsils (townships): Kurla, Andheri, and Borivali. Mehboob Studio is an Indian film studio and recording studio in Bandra (W), Mumbai, founded in 1954 by director and producer Mehboob Khan, who previously owned Mehboob Productions (founded 1942), and is most known for films such as Mother India (1957), which won the Filmfare Awards for Best Film and Best Director and was a nominee for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. It is spread over 20,000 square yards and includes five shooting stages. It soon become popular with directors such as Guru Dutt, Chetan Anand and Dev Anand. In the following decades it was used by Manmohan Desai extensively. A recording studio was added in the 1970s and both remain in use.The studio was used from November 2010 to January 2011 for the first-ever exhibition of sculptor Anish Kapoor in India; the other part was held at the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi.

St. Stanislaus High School is a private primary and secondary school for boys located in Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Founded in 1863 by German Jesuit priests as an orphanage, the institution later grew to be a full-fledged school for day-scholars as well as boarders and now has more than 2,300 students from KG-10. The school is spread over a campus of approximately seven acres (three hectares), making it one of the largest schools (by area) in Mumbai.

Holy Family Hospital founded in 1942, is a private hospital in India. It is located in Bandra, Mumbai on Hill Road. The hospital has 268 beds, and is administered by The Bandra Holy Family Hospital Society, a non-proft charitable trust. Holy Family Hospital is Mumbai's first hospital with a hybrid cath lab and in October 2010, one of the three centres in India with such facilities.

Hill Road (officially renamed as Ramdas Nayak Road) is an arterial road in Bandra (West), Mumbai, India. It starts from the intersection of Bandra railway station road and Swami Vivekanand Road (SV Road) and goes west up to Mehboob Studio, leading to the Bandstand Promenade, the Bandra Fort, and Mount Mary Church, Bandra. Hill Road houses a number of old and new brands. The 165-year-old St. Stanislaus High School, and its adjoining St. Peter's church, St. Joseph's girls' school, the Apostolic Carmel convent school and St. Andrew's Church (Mumbai) all lie on Hill road. Two hospitals, Bhabha hospital and Holy Family Hospital also lie on Hill road. The Tata Parsi agiary built in 1873 is a prominent landmark on Hill road.

Vandre West Assembly constituency is one of the 288 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of Maharashtra state in western India, since 2008. Vandre, also known as Bandra, is a suburb of Mumbai. Before the 2008 delimitation of assembly seats, this seat's area was covered under Vandre Assembly constituency, represented by Ramdas Nayak among others.

St. Andrew's Church is one of the oldest churches in Mumbai. It was originally built by Portuguese Jesuits in 1575. It stands on the sea-shore of the Bandra suburb of Mumbai, and was the only church there till the first quarter of the 17th century.

Kherwadi is a middle class, developing neighborhood, situated on the eastern side of Bandra railway station, Mumbai. Its name is derived from the first chief minister of Bombay State, B. G. Kher. It also consists of the affluent upper-middle-class neighborhood of New MIG Colony consisting of 14 Buildings, Having 2 BHK flat system. The Naupada or Behrampada slums are situated behind the New MIG Colony.

The Basilica of Our Lady of the Mount Bandra, colloquially known as Mount Mary Church, is a basilica of the Latin Church in India, located in the Bandra neighbourhood of Bombay (Mumbai). The feast of the nativity of Mother Mary (Marymas) is celebrated here on the 8th day of September, on the occasion of the birth of the virgin-mother of Jesus Christ. The feast is followed by a week-long fair or carnival known in the Konkan region as the Bandra Fair and is visited by thousands of people every year.Pope Pius XII granted a decree of Pontifical coronation to its venerated Marian image on 21 October 1954, both signed and notarised by Cardinal Giovanni Battista Montini of the Sacred Congregation of Rites. Many pilgrims visit the basilica during the annual Bandra Fest.

St. Andrew's College is a Roman Catholic college in the Bandra suburb of Mumbai, India. The college was inaugurated on 9 July 1983 by Simon Pimenta, Archbishop of Bombay (1978–1996), with 194 students. It is an under-graduate college offering junior and degree courses with a student strength of over 4,000.

St. Andrew's High School is a high school located in the western suburbs of Bandra, in Mumbai, India. The school is in the process of receiving its heritage status from BMC heritage committee.
