Mount Carmel – Blytheswood Public School is an elementary school in the north end of Leamington, Ontario, Canada. It is part of the Greater Essex County District School Board and serves students from JK to Grade 8 from the communities of Blytheswood and Mount Carmel and surrounding areas. The amalgamated Mount Carmel-Blytheswood Public School first operated in the academic year 2002–2003 with the opening of an addition, completed in the fall of 2002, which more than doubled the size of the school.Enrollment is 302 students. The majority speak English, and 30% are from Mexican-Mennonite backgrounds who speak Low German at home.A Learning Support Program, computer lab and resource library assist teachers in meeting the curricular needs of all students. Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities including school teams, house league programs and various clubs.

The Caldwell First Nation (Ojibwe: Zaaga'iganiniwag, meaning: "people of the Lake") is a First Nations band government whose land base is located in Leamington, Ontario, Canada. They are an Anishinaabe group, part of the Three Fires Confederacy, comprising the bands Potawatomi, Odawa, and Ojibwa, whose members are originally of the Mikinaak (Turtle) and the Makwa (Bear) dodems. The Caldwell First Nation are a distinct and federally recognized Indian band and used to be referred to by such names as the "Chippewas of Pelee", "Point Pelee Indians" and "Caldwell's band of Indians." The Chippewa (also called Ojibwa in Canada) are an Anishinaabe-speaking indigenous nation with people within the borders of present-day Canada and the United States. The Anishinaabe are the largest Native American/First Nation peoples north of Mexico, with nearly 78,000 people among various groups in Canada from western Quebec to British Columbia.

The Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre, formerly known as the Leamington Kinsmen Recreation Complex, is a recreation centre in Leamington, Ontario, Canada. The facility was opened in 1985 as the F.T. Sherk Aquatic and Fitness Centre.The complex was expanded in 2000, providing the community with access to two ice pads, and a fitness and aquatic centre. On May 12, 2020, the Municipality of Leamington announced new sponsorship and naming rights for Leamington’s recreational complex to Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre.
