Hikawa Maru (氷川丸) is a Japanese ocean liner that Yokohama Dock Company built for Nippon Yūsen Kabushiki Kaisha ("NYK Line"). She was launched on 30 September 1929 and made her maiden voyage from Kobe to Seattle on 13 May 1930. She is permanently berthed as a museum ship at Yamashita Park, Naka-ku, Yokohama. Hikawa Maru was one of three Hikawa Maru-class motor ships, all named after major Shinto shrines. The Hikawa Shrine is in Saitama in central Honshu. Her two sister ships, both lost in the Second World War, were Heian Maru and Hie Maru.

Harbor View Hill Park (Japanese: 港の見える丘公園 = Minato no mieru oka koen), or Harbor View Park as it is usually called in English, is a public park on the Bluff, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Japan, looking over the Port of Yokohama.

Hama Wing (ハマウィング, Hama wingu) is the nickname for the Yokohama City Wind Power Plant (横浜市風力発電所, Yokohama-shi Fūryoku hatsudensho), an experimental wind power plant established in Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan in April 2007. The wind turbine is a Vestas Wind Systems A/S Model V80-2.0MW with a rotor diameter of 80 metres (260 ft) and a 78 metres (256 ft) tall tower. At the highest point of rotation the turbine is 118 metres (387 ft) tall, higher than the 112.5-metre (369 ft) Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel in Yokohama. The turbine has an output of 1,980 kW (enough power for 860 homes), and its purpose is to publicize environmentally friendly alternative energy sources while providing electricity to the Minato Mirai 21 district.

The Tsurumi River (鶴見川, Tsurumi-gawa) is a river in Kanagawa and Tokyo Prefectures on Honshū, Japan. It begins at the confluence of the Onda and Yamoto rivers in Yokohama and flows 22 kilometers before emptying into Tokyo Bay.

Yokohama Marine Tower (横浜マリンタワー, Yokohama Marin Tawā) is a 106 metres (348 feet) high lattice tower with an observation deck at a height of 100 metres in Naka Ward, Yokohama, Japan. The light characteristic is marked by a flash every twenty seconds, whereby the light's colour is alternating red and green. Originally, at night, the tower shaft itself was lit green and red according to its markings, but now, after the reopening in May 2009, the lights are white.

Museum of Tin Toys (ブリキのおもちゃ博物館, Buriki no Omocha Hakubutsukan) is a museum in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.

The Hotel New Grand (ホテルニューグランド) (JASDAQ: 9720) is a historic hotel in Yokohama, Japan, overlooking Yamashita Park. It opened in 1927, four years after the Great Kantō earthquake devastated much of the city. The hotel was used as accommodation by American troops during the occupation of Japan following World War II; one of the hotel suites is set aside and maintained just as it was furnished when General Douglas MacArthur stayed there, his first night in Japan during the occupation. The hotel is believed to be the place where the famous yoshoku dish naporitan was invented by a head chef. In 1991, an eighteen-story tower was built as an expansion of the hotel.

Yamate (山手) is the name of a historic neighbourhood in Naka-ku, Yokohama often referred to in English as The Bluff. The neighbourhood is famous as having been a foreigners' residential area in the Bakumatsu, Meiji and Taishō periods. While still dominantly residential in character, with views over downtown Yokohama, historic residential properties, ornamental gardens and public parks, the area is also a popular visitor destination.

Motomachi-Chukagai Station (元町・中華街駅, Motomachi-Chūkagai-eki) is an underground railway station on the Minatomirai Line subway in Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, operated by the third-sector railway operating company Yokohama Minatomirai Railway Company. It is numbered "MM06", and its official name, as shown on signage in the station, is "Motomachi-Chūkagai Station (Yamashita-kōen)" (元町・中華街駅（山下公園）, Motomachi-Chūkagai-eki Yamashitakōen) with the sub-name (Yamashita-kōen, referring to Yamashita Park) in parentheses, although the use of this full name is limited.

Yokohama International School (横浜インターナショナルスクール) is a co-educational international school located in Naka-ku, Yokohama, Japan. The school consists of a pre-school (Early Learning Centre), a kindergarten/ elementary school (grades K-5), a middle school (6-8) and a high school (9-12), covering a total of 13 academic years. The language of instruction is English although Japanese, French, Spanish, and German language options are also offered to interested students according to language proficiency. The school offers a wide variety of curricula; it offers the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program, the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (MYP) in its first two years of high school, and then the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IB DP) in the latter 2 years of high school. The SAT is another external exam offered at the school.

Christ Church, Yokohama (横浜山手聖公会 Yokohama Yamate Seikokai), is a historic Anglican church located in Yamate, Yokohama, Japan. Providing a center of worship for both Japanese and English-language congregations the church traces its foundation to shortly after the formal opening of the treaty port of Yokohama in 1859. The church building has been rebuilt and refurbished on several occasions as a result of fires, earthquakes and the incendiary bombing experienced during the later stages of the Second World War. Christ Church has been located on its current site in Yamate since 1901 and is part of the Yokohama Diocese of the Nippon Sei Ko Kai, the Anglican Church in Japan.

The Port of Yokohama (横浜港, Yokohama-kō) is operated by the Port and Harbor Bureau of the City of Yokohama in Japan. It opens onto Tokyo Bay. The port is located at a latitude of 35.27–00°N and a longitude of 139.38–46°E. To the south lies the Port of Yokosuka; to the north, the ports of Kawasaki and Tokyo.
