Garry Point Park (Hun'qumi'num: q̓ʷeyaʔχʷ) is a public coastal park in Richmond, British Columbia. It is located at the southwestern side of Richmond, near Steveston. The park is next to the Salish Sea, providing views of Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. The area was used as a location for filming of the Netflix series Midnight Mass.

The Steveston Fisherman's Memorial is a freestanding memorial commemorating the lives and deaths of fishermen working out of Steveston, British Columbia. It takes the form of a giant fishing net needle and stands a few metres from the sea at Garry Point Park. The memorial contains a large number of names of fishermen who died at sea, and the following words: May 4, 1996 This memorial honours all the fishermen of our community who have lost their lives in the pursuit of their profession. Their courage, dedication and contribution to the development of our community will never be forgotten."

The Gulf of Georgia Cannery is a National Historic Site of Canada located in Steveston village in Richmond, British Columbia.Built in 1894, the cannery echoes the days when it was the leading producer of canned salmon in British Columbia. Today it is a museum with interactive exhibits, film, and tours that demonstrate the Cannery's important role in the history of Canada's West Coast fishing industry. The Gulf of Georgia Cannery Society, a non-profit community organization, operates the site on behalf of Parks Canada.

Steveston Exchange is a transit exchange serving the Steveston village area of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Buses have served the area since the late 1950s but Steveston was not indicated on system maps as an exchange until 2013. It was given an official exchange designation on September 7, 2020. There are 5 routes that connect to various areas of the region, such as Brighouse, Riverport and Vancouver.

Seafair is a neighbourhood in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. It occupies the western edge of Lulu Island along the Strait of Georgia. The residential community is bounded by Granville Avenue to the north, Railway Avenue to the east, Williams Road to the south, and the West Dyke Trail to the west. The neighbourhood is anchored by Seafair Shopping Centre at the intersection of No. 1 Road and Francis Road. This commercial node provides the surrounding low-density residential blocks with grocery options, medical services, banking institutions, and local dining amenities. The area is largely characterized by its extensive single-family housing tracts, quiet residential street networks, and direct proximity to regional waterfront recreational corridors.

Steveston, founded in the 1880s, is a neighbourhood of Richmond in Metro Vancouver. On the southwest tip of Lulu Island, the village is a historic port and salmon canning centre at the mouth of the South Arm of the Fraser River. The early 1900s style architecture attracts both the film and tourism industries.

The Steveston Museum is located at 3811 Moncton Street in the heart of the village of Steveston, British Columbia, Canada. The building is owned by the City of Richmond and is run by the Steveston Historical Society. Erected in 1905 during a cannery boom period, the building housed Steveston's first bank.

Hugh Boyd Secondary School (H.B.S.S. or HBSS), commonly known as Hugh Boyd or Boyd is a public, co-educational secondary school part of School District 38 Richmond (SD38), serving and educating 599 (2022-2023) students from grades 8 to 12. Hugh Boyd Secondary is the only school in Richmond that offers the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme. The school is located on the western side of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, at 9200 No. 1 Road, stretching as far north to Francis Road and as far south to Pendleton Road. Hugh Boyd consists of the main school building, along with 3 parking lots (2 located at the front and back of the school along with 1 located far north on Francis Road), 2 soccer fields (Boyd Oval and Boyd South) and an artificial turf field with 4 sections (white, yellow, red, blue). Boyd also has 2 small extra buildings to the northwest with them being its Scout Hall and the Boyd Oval Field House. To the east, the school is conjoined with the West Richmond Community Centre with the West Richmond Pitch & Putt Golf Course being located just further east. Hugh Boyd Secondary was named after Hugh Boyd, the first reeve of the Township of Richmond (now the City of Richmond). Hugh Boyd Secondary opened in 1960 originally as a junior secondary school serving only Grades 8-10 before it expanded in 1996 switching into a junior-senior secondary school serving students Grades 8–12. As of September 2020, the school had completed its needed near-CAD$11m seismic upgrades; replacing the school's previous tech wing with an addition of a new tech wing, library and other minor upgrades towards the building. Its student population ranges each year, from approximately 500 to 800 students, most of whom come from the surrounding Seafair neighbourhood. Hugh Boyd's school catchment area, as of 2022, consists of the 7 elementary schools of Alfred B. Dixon, James Gilmore, John G. Diefenbaker, Lord Byng, Manoah Steves, Quilchena, and R.M. Grauer. Hugh Boyd's school colours are black and gold, and the school's sports team name are the Hugh Boyd Trojans (commonly known as Trojans) along with the school's mascot being Tommy Trojan. Hugh Boyd offers sports programs such as Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Ultimate (Co-ed), Track & Field, Golf, and Cross-country Running.

École Secondaire Robert A. McMath Secondary School is a high school located on Garry Street in the Steveston neighbourhood of Richmond, British Columbia. Named in honour of Robert Alexander McMath (1915-1996). McMath served with the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada during the Second World War. In 1951, McMath was elected as a school trustee in the city of Richmond, and from 1957 until his retirement in 1993 he served on Richmond's Municipal Council.The school opened in 1998 and serves grades 8 to 12. It is a bilingual school providing a French immersion program. The school is fed into by the nearby elementary schools of Lord Byng Elementary School, Westwind Elementary School, Manoah Steves Elementary School, John G. Diefenbaker Elementary School, Dixon Elementary School and Homma Elementary School as well as all French immersion students from 15 other elementary schools in western Richmond. As of 2023, the current principal is Mr. J Johnstone and the vice principals are Ms. A Naidu and Mr. T Ngo. The school's sports teams are all called the McMath Wildcats. McMath uses the 2 semester system with PLT (Personal Learning Time)

The Steveston Tram Museum is a rail museum in Steveston, BC. The museum houses one of seven remaining interurban streetcars that previously operated as part of the BC Electric Railway.

Baan Lao Fine Thai Cuisine is a restaurant in the Steveston neighbourhood of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. It was opened in February 2021 by chef Nutcha Phanthoupheng. The restaurant was named Canada's Best Restaurant at the World Culinary Awards twice, in 2024 and 2025.

Thompson is a residential neighbourhood located in Richmond, British Columbia. The neighbourhood is bounded by the Strait of Georgia in the west, the Fraser River in the north, No. 2 Road and Gilbert in the east, and Granville Avenue in the south.
