Shiloh Baptist Church (Columbus, Ohio)

The St. Clair Hospital is a historic building in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001. The building was commissioned as a general hospital, built in 1911, and operated until 1940. It subsequently served as a convalescent home from 1940 to 1946. The building became a hotel, known as the Hotel St. Clair in 1948, operating until 1976. In the early 2000s, the building was renovated for senior citizen housing. In 2017, the building was run down and vacant. It was sold to a local developer who renovated it into market rate apartments. The building currently has 32 apartment units for rent, a tenant lounge, and a laundry room. The building is one of eight surviving sites listed in The Green Book in Columbus.

The Plaza Hotel was a building in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was built c. 1895 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.The building was built in a commercial Italianate style, with a brick exterior and three stories. The building was seven bays wide and eleven deep. The hotel faced Long St., with a distinctive facade including carved stone lintels on its upper-floor windows and a decorative metal cornice with a central gable. At the time the building was nominated for the National Register, it was one of few in the area retaining characteristics of the late 19th century.The building originally held apartments on its upper floors, but it was converted to hotel use in 1929. The hotel was open to African Americans who were not welcome in many hotels in Columbus. It also attracted those who frequented the many clubs in the area, including nationally known musicians. In the mid-to-late 20th century, highway construction and deterioration damaged the neighborhood. By 1984, the building was vacant.

The Martin Luther King Jr. Performing and Cultural Arts Complex is a historic building in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was built in 1925 as the Pythian Temple and James Pythian Theater, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places and Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1983. The building was renovated into the King Arts Complex in 1987, and was vacated in 2019. Community leaders restored the building's use as an arts center in 2021.

The Vincent Walters House-Walters Music Academy is a historic house and former music academy in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2023.The music academy was founded in 1942 by Vincent Rodgers Walters, a graduate of Central High School, Virginia State, and the Ohio State University. Walters operated the music academy at the site for decades.The house, in the historic Black neighborhood of King-Lincoln Bronzeville, is currently owned by Jodi Spencer. Spencer spent years working to save the building, and was involved in its nomination to the National Register.

The Lincoln Theatre is a 582-seat performing arts venue located at 769 E. Long Street in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The theater is owned by the City of Columbus under the auspices of the Lincoln Theatre Association. Operation of the facility is managed by CAPA. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The Theresa Building is a historic building in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was built in 1925 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.The building is located on a commercial corridor on Long Street, east of Downtown Columbus. It was built by James Albert Jackson and James Williams. Jackson had noticed a shortage of office space for Black professionals alongside an increasing population as Blacks left the South during the Great Migration.The two-story commercial structure was designed by George W. Abernethy in the Mission and Spanish Colonial Revival styles. It is made of brick with limestone trim, arched window frames and doorways, and an overhanging red Spanish tile roof.

The Hamilton Park Historic District is a historic district in the Near East Side of Columbus, Ohio. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1987. It is one of few remaining examples of an 1880-1930 upper middle class neighborhood in Columbus. The district also contains an unusual street layout, with three parallel streets creating two islands. It is thought to have been one larger island originally, as can be seen on Jefferson Avenue.

The Edna is a historic building in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was built in 1905 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017. The three-story brick building has 8,694 sq ft (807.7 m2). It was associated with the migration of African Americans to northern cities, including then-segregated Columbus. Businesses at the time had to cater to Blacks or whites; this building housed the Fireside Mutual Aid Association, an insurance company for Black residents. The building later housed the African American newspaper the Ohio Sentinel, as well as the Dukes and Duchesses, a private upscale social club for African Americans. The building is now owned by the City of Columbus, which requested proposals for the property from developers in 2009.In 2022, it was announced that the county land bank, the Central Ohio Community Improvement Corporation, will purchase, restore, and move into the building, and use some space in the building to rent to other organizations. The project is estimated to be completed in spring 2023 at a cost of $2.5-3 million.

The Beatty-Moore House is a historic house in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2023. The two and a half-story building was designed in the Arts and Crafts style and was constructed between 1900 and 1903.

Second Baptist Church is a Baptist church in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The church has the oldest African-American Baptist congregation in Columbus. It has been recognized as a historic underground railroad site by The Friends of Freedom Society and the Ohio Underground Railroad Association.

The Jefferson Avenue Historic District is a historic district in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1983. The site includes approximately 12 buildings regarded for their history and architecture. It is one of few remaining residential neighborhoods downtown. It includes the Thurber House, formerly home to cartoonist and author James Thurber, and the headquarters building of the Columbus Landmarks Foundation. The boundaries of the district vary slightly between the two registers the district was entered in.

Thurber House is a literary center for readers and writers located in Columbus, Ohio, in the historic former home of author, humorist, and New Yorker cartoonist James Thurber. Thurber House is dedicated to promoting the literary arts by presenting quality literary programming; increasing the awareness of literature as a significant art form; promoting excellence in writing; providing support for literary artists; and commemorating Thurber's literary and artistic achievements. The house is individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and also as part of the Jefferson Avenue Historic District.
