Cabrini University is a private Roman Catholic university in Radnor Township, Pennsylvania. The college was founded by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in 1957, and was named after the first American naturalized citizen saint, Mother Frances Cabrini. It was one of the first universities in the United States to make community service a graduation requirement for all undergraduates; it now has a core curriculum centered on social justice which includes their signature classes, Engagements in the Common Good, also known as ECG.

WYBF, known as Cavalier Radio 89.1-FM, is a college radio station which broadcasts in the Philadelphia area via a 700 watt transmitter that covers a 15-mile radius around Radnor, PA; the station is owned by Cabrini College. WYBF has a freeform type of format, which allows the student DJs to create their own playlists; however most of the music played on WYBF is of the modern rock genre.

Valley Forge Military Academy and College (VFMAC) is a private boarding school (grades 7–12) and military junior college in Wayne, Pennsylvania. It follows in the traditional military school format with Army traditions. Though military in tradition and form, the high school portion of VFMAC, Valley Forge Military Academy, is a college-preparatory boarding institution specializing in student leadership. VFMAC's administration is composed almost entirely of current or retired military, and the board of trustees is almost entirely alumni. Some graduates pursue careers in the armed services, and VFMAC has graduated one Rhodes Scholarship recipient. The school has established a tradition with the British monarchy, and it follows an American military academy model and practices the Army tradition. VFMAC has a British Army Garrison Sergeant Major, with William 'Billy' Mott, OBE MVO, Welsh Guards (organized the British Armed Forces for the Royal Wedding of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, The Diamond Jubilee of Elizabeth II, Ceremonial Funeral of Baroness Thatcher and 13 Trooping the Colours) as the first Garrison Sergeant Major appointed as VFMAC staff. The Valley Forge Corps of Cadets, which is entirely student run, is the only American military organization that maintained British rank, drill, customs and ceremonies. All cadets must pass a board and earn a "Capshield" to be a member of the Corps of Cadets. It is the only Corps of Cadets in the United States to still have a traditional mounted battalion of one cavalry troop and one artillery battery. College cadet uniforms are styled after the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. The VFMAC Regimental Sergeant Major, Drum Major and Field Music Drum Major wear the British Army Foot Guard uniform. Cadet Senior NCOs carry a British Army pace stick. Valley Forge Military College is the only private military junior college in the United States. All students are members of the Corps of Cadets. The academy and college were once fully residential, but in recent years, the academy also offers a day-student program.

Valley Forge Military Academy (VFMA) is an all-male private college-preparatory boarding school and day school (grades 7–12) in Wayne, Pennsylvania. It follows in the traditional military school format with and specializes in student leadership. Until 2023, the Academy and Valley Forge Military College operated jointly as Valley Forge Military Academy and College, before separating into two institutions with independent governance. On September 15, 2025, VFMA announced that it would close after the 2025-2026 academic year, citing rising costs and falling enrollment. The closure does not affect Valley Forge Military College, which will continue operating.

Palmer Theological Seminary is a Baptist seminary in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. It is affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA. It was founded in 1925 as Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Its parent institution is Eastern University.

North Wayne Historic District is a national historic district located at Wayne, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The district includes 190 contributing buildings in a residential area of Wayne. The contributing dwellings were built between 1881 and 1925, and include notable examples of Shingle Style and Colonial Revival architecture. The district also reflects suburban development in the late-19th century as it was a major component of a large, planned, railroad commuter suburb called "Wayne Estate." It is located north of the South Wayne Historic District.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

St. Davids station is a commuter rail station located in the western suburbs of Philadelphia at the intersection of Chamounix Road & Glynn Lane, Wayne, Pennsylvania. Named for the nearby historic Episcopal church, the station is served by most Paoli/Thorndale Line trains. There is no ticket office at this station. There are 107 parking spaces at the station (57 SEPTA spaces, 50 non-SEPTA spaces). There are also 5 bike racks available that can accommodate up to 20 bikes. It is in Radnor Township. St. Davids station is 13.7 track miles from Philadelphia's Suburban Station, and was originally built in 1890 by the Pennsylvania Railroad. The station depot was demolished in 1966 and replaced with the existing structure. In 2017, the average total weekday boardings at this station was 242, and the average total weekday alightings was 278.There is currently an ongoing effort to raise funding for a planned restoration of the station shelters to their original 19th-century condition. This restoration includes replacing later woodwork that utilized simple designs not matching original specifications, return of cast-iron Pennsylvania Railroad station signage, and repainting the station shelters to historically accurate colors.

Downtown Wayne Historic District is a national historic district located at Radnor Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The district includes approximately 100 resources.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

Tredyffrin Township ( Welsh: [trɛ'dɘfrɪn]) is a township located in eastern Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 29,332 at the 2010 census. Originally settled in the late 17th century, Tredyffrin is bounded by Delaware and Montgomery counties. It includes on its northern boundary a small part of Valley Forge National Historical Park, where George Washington encamped during the American War of Independence. Tredyffrin and the entire Great Valley region also have many limestone deposits. Tredyffrin is the most populous township in Chester County. Unincorporated communities within Tredyffrin Township include Chesterbrook, Strafford, a portion of Paoli, and a portion of Wayne, Howellville (the intersection of Swedesford and Howellville Roads) and East Howellville (along Howellville Road, west of the intersection of Howellville Road and the border between Tredyffrin and Easttown Townships). Tredyffrin is bordered by Easttown, East Whiteland, Willistown, Charlestown, Upper Merion, Radnor and Schuylkill townships.

Van Leer Cabin, is a historic cabin and one of the last historical dwellings in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It still stands on the grounds of Conestoga High School. The Cabin is also utilized as part of an American History Course.
