Everett City Hall

The Snohomish County Courthouse is a building located in Everett, Washington listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is built in Spanish Mission style on the site of a building destroyed in a fire in 1909. The previous court building was completed in 1897 and the same architect (August F Heide) was available to design the rebuilding. Proposals for extensions and remodeling from the 1940s onwards were generally not implemented, although two wings were added in 1953. A five-story wing was added in 1967, built on the site of the 1908 two-story annex to the north; a similar building was built on the block east of the court complex in 1973. In the early 2000s, grant funding was used to restore the fabric of the original 1911 building to its original appearance, including restoring damaged features. From 2018 to 2021, the 1967 wing underwent a $74.8 million renovation that included the construction of a five-story expansion wing and an additional courtroom.

The U.S. Post Office and Customshouse in Everett, Washington served as the city's main post office from 1917 to 1964. It has also been known as Federal Building. The building, designed in the Neoclassical form by Oscar Wenderoth, now houses the offices of the Chicago Title Company.The two-story building's front facade features eight Greek Ionic columns. The reinforced concrete structure is finished with Wilkinson sandstone and granite quarried in Index.On August 6, 1975, the building, then home to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, was bombed by an unknown assailant at the same time as a federal building in Tacoma.The bureau turned the building over to the General Services Administration in the late 1990s, who prepared it for a possible sale. The city of Everett sought to acquire the building as the home to a museum, but faced competition from the Tulalip Tribes, who planned to house a post office in the building. Ultimately, the building was acquired in 2000 by the Henry Cogswell College for use as its main campus and renovated at a cost of $2 million. The college closed in 2006, selling the building to private developers in 2008 for $2.4 million. The Chicago Title Company moved into the building in 2009.

The Hewitt Avenue Historic District is a section of downtown Everett in Washington, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.It includes the Labor Temple, at 2812 Lombard Avenue, an "eclectic" building built in 1930 which was designed by architect C. Ferris White.: 13 It also includes works by architects Benjamin F. Turnbull, Morrison & Stimson, Clayton Wilson, and A.F. Heide and work built by Howard S. Wright, contractor.: 18  A pair of early 20th century buildings were demolished in 2002 to make way for the Everett Events Center, an indoor sports arena and convention center at the southwest side of Hewitt Avenue and Broadway. The Hewitt Avenue Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011 and commemorated with new street signs in 2013.

The Everett Carnegie Library is a Carnegie library building located in Everett, Washington, USA listed on the National Register of Historic Places and part of the Snohomish County Government campus. The building occupies the southeast corner of the intersection of Oakes Avenue and Wall Street in the city's central business district.

The Monte Cristo Hotel is a historic building located in Everett, Washington. It is a major feature of the city's downtown core. It ceased functioning as a hotel in 1972. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 3, 1976. In 1994 it was restored and redeveloped into low income housing.

Angel of the Winds Arena (originally known as Everett Events Center) is a multi-purpose sports arena complex in Everett, Washington, United States, designed and developed by the Everett Public Facilities District. It opened in October 2003 and primarily serves as the home of the Everett Silvertips of the Western Hockey League. The arena has 8,149 seats in its ice hockey configuration and 10,000 for concerts and other events. The naming rights to the venue were sold to Comcast in 2007 and subsequently to Angel of the Winds Casino Resort in 2017. The venue has hosted a variety of concerts and other performances, including the Ringling Brothers Circus, Disney on Ice, the Harlem Globetrotters, and Sesame Street Live. The venue also hosted 2008 Skate America, a three-day ice-skating championship featuring world-class skaters. The events were both nationally and internationally televised on NBC. It was the first event of six in the 2008-2009 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition. This was Skate America's largest attendance ever recorded in its history.

The Commerce Building is a building located in Everett, Washington, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and included in the Hewitt Avenue Historic District. The five-story structure was built in 1910 at a cost of $100,000. The building was designed by noted local architect Benjamin Franklin Turnbull who was responsible for several other commercial buildings in Everett as well as numerous residential structures. Turnbull's office was located in the building from 1910 until 1927, when his career in Everett drew to a close. Office spaces predominated on the building's second through fourth floors, while the top floor was occupied by the Everett Business School. The building was vacant at the time of its nomination to the National Register in 1992. Beginning in 1993, it became an affordable housing community with 48 assisted studio rental units. It is managed by the non-profit organization Housing Hope.

Trinity Lutheran College was a private Christian liberal arts college in Everett, Washington. It offered bachelor's degrees, associate degrees, and 1-year certificates. The college ceased instruction in 2016.

Key Bank Tower (also known as the Everett Mutual Tower) is a 203-foot (62 m) tall high-rise office building in downtown Everett, Washington. It has been the tallest building in Everett (measured to the architectural tip) since its completion in 1994. The building originally served as the headquarters of the Everett Mutual Bank until it was acquired by KeyBank in 1998. The tower is currently occupied by Farmers Insurance, First American Insurance, KeyBank, Merrill Lynch, and Skotdal Real Estate offices as well as multiple retail outlets.Key Bank Tower is located at 2707 Colby Avenue, adjacent to the Everett Performing Arts Center. The top floor is home to the studios of radio stations KRKO and KKXA.

Everett Fire Station No. 2 is a historic building located in Everett, Washington.

The Community Center and War Memorial Building is a building located in Everett, Washington listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built by the Knights of Columbus in 1921, it was designed by Tacoma architects Charles Lundberg and C. Frank Mahon.
