DeMastro Vineyards is a winery in the Vincentown section of Southampton in Burlington County, New Jersey. DeMastro has 31 acres of grapes under cultivation, and produces 7,000 cases of wine per year. The winery was incorporated in 1990. The winery's name is an amalgamation of the owners' surnames.

Retreat is an unincorporated community and former hamlet located within Southampton Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The area consists of some residential houses grouped together along Big Hill Road and Retreat Road. A large cranberry bog exists to the southeast of the community while Leisuretowne retirement community is located southwest of here. Most of the remaining area consists of forestland.The community was originally named New Retreat during the American Revolutionary War by a Continental Army soldier who used the site for a cannonball manufacturing. The site was concealed from the British army who at the time was occupying present-day Mount Holly. Retreat was later home to cotton mills which operated until the 1840s.

Southampton Township is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 10,317, a decrease of 147 (−1.4%) from the 10,464 recorded at the 2010 census, which in turn had reflected an increase of 76 (+0.7%) from the 10,388 counted at the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.What is now Southampton was originally incorporated as Coaxen Township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 10, 1845, from portions of Northampton Township (now known as Mount Holly Township). The name lasted for about three weeks when it was renamed Southampton Township on April 1, 1845. As the population increased, portions of the township were taken to form Pemberton Township (March 10, 1846), Shamong Township (February 19, 1852), Lumberton Township (March 14, 1860), Woodland Township (March 7, 1866) and Tabernacle Township (March 22, 1901).

The Pemberton Rail-Trail is a rail trail in Pemberton, New Jersey. It occupies a 3.0-mile (4.8 km) abandoned rail corridor in Burlington County, New Jersey, that extends from Hanover Street in Pemberton to Birmingham Road in Juliustown, New Jersey. The trail surface is stone dust, typical of rail-trail construction. The Kinkora-Pemberton rail-trail is planned to extend the Pemberton rail-trail to Florence Township, New Jersey.

The Bishop–Irick Farmstead is a historic farmhouse at 17 Pemberton Road in the Vincentown section of Southampton Township of Burlington County, New Jersey. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 4, 1992, for its significance in agriculture, architecture, and politics/government. It is now used as the headquarters of the Pinelands Preservation Alliance.

North Pemberton is a disused railway station located in Pemberton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The station was built in 1892 by John S. Rogers and added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 23, 1978. The station became inactive in 1969 when rail service between Pemberton and Camden ended. The Township of Pemberton now owns the station and operates it as the North Pemberton Railroad Station Museum, a museum of regional history and a Welcome and Information Center for both the Pinelands and the Pemberton area.The North Pemberton Railroad Station Museum is currently in the process of reopening under the management of the Pemberton Township Historic Trust. Previously, former Pemberton Township Mayor David Patriarca, along with the town council were unable to negotiate a new lease for the site with the Pemberton Township Historic Trust in September 2012.
