Pemberton Heights, New Jersey

The Pemberton Rail-Trail is a rail trail in Pemberton, New Jersey. It occupies a 3.0-mile (4.8 km) abandoned rail corridor in Burlington County, New Jersey, that extends from Hanover Street in Pemberton to Birmingham Road in Juliustown, New Jersey. The trail surface is stone dust, typical of rail-trail construction. The Kinkora-Pemberton rail-trail is planned to extend the Pemberton rail-trail to Florence Township, New Jersey.

The Morris Mansion and Mill is located in Pemberton, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 13, 1977.

Pemberton Township School District is a comprehensive community public school district headquartered in Pemberton Township, New Jersey, United States, serving students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. The district is one of 31 former Abbott districts statewide that were established pursuant to the decision by the New Jersey Supreme Court in Abbott v. Burke which are now referred to as "SDA Districts" based on the requirement for the state to cover all costs for school building and renovation projects in these districts under the supervision of the New Jersey Schools Development Authority. The school district serves Pemberton Township (including the communities of Browns Mills, Country Lake Estates, Pemberton Heights and Presidential Lakes Estates and the Pemberton Township portion of Fort Dix) along with Pemberton Borough.As of the 2021–22 school year, the district, comprised of nine schools, had an enrollment of 4,443 students.The district is classified by the New Jersey Department of Education as being in District Factor Group "B", the second lowest of eight groupings. District Factor Groups organize districts statewide to allow comparison by common socioeconomic characteristics of the local districts. From lowest socioeconomic status to highest, the categories are A, B, CD, DE, FG, GH, I and J.

Pemberton is a borough in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the borough's population was 1,371, a decrease of 38 (−2.7%) from the 2010 census count of 1,409, which in turn reflected an increase of 199 (+16.4%) from the 1,210 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia–Reading–Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.Pemberton was incorporated as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on December 15, 1826, within portions of New Hanover Township and Northampton Township (now known as Mount Holly Township). Pemberton became an independent borough c. 1894. The borough is named for James Pemberton, a property owner in the area.It is a dry community, where alcohol is not permitted to be sold legally, as affirmed by the most recent referendum which was held in 1980.

North Pemberton is a disused railway station located in Pemberton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The station was built in 1892 by John S. Rogers and added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 23, 1978. The station became inactive in 1969 when rail service between Pemberton and Camden ended. The Township of Pemberton now owns the station and operates it as the North Pemberton Railroad Station Museum, a museum of regional history and a Welcome and Information Center for both the Pinelands and the Pemberton area.The North Pemberton Railroad Station Museum is currently in the process of reopening under the management of the Pemberton Township Historic Trust. Previously, former Pemberton Township Mayor David Patriarca, along with the town council were unable to negotiate a new lease for the site with the Pemberton Township Historic Trust in September 2012.

Comical Corner or Comical Corners is an unincorporated community located within Pemberton Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The site of the actual corners is at the intersection of Pemberton Road (County Route 630) and Arneys Mount Road (CR 668). The original name may have been "Conical Corner" based on the cone-like shape of the skewed intersection but had turned to "Comical Corner" based on a mishearing. The area, located just to the north of Pemberton Borough, is mostly rural and is surrounded by farmland on the two obtuse sides of the intersection.

DeMastro Vineyards is a winery in the Vincentown section of Southampton in Burlington County, New Jersey. DeMastro has 31 acres of grapes under cultivation, and produces 7,000 cases of wine per year. The winery was incorporated in 1990. The winery's name is an amalgamation of the owners' surnames.

Pemberton Township High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grade from Pemberton Township, in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey, operating as the lone secondary school of the Pemberton Township School District. The school has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 2012 as part of the first district in the state to receive accreditation for all of its schools.As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,029 students and – classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of †:1. There were 385 students (37.4% of enrollment) eligible for free lunch and 131 (12.7% of students) eligible for reduced-cost lunch.

Buddtown is an unincorporated community located within Southampton Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Located between Vincentown and Pemberton, it is named for Thomas Budd who owned farmland in the area in the 18th century. The area itself contains houses and churches in the community itself and farmland surrounding the settlement. The stream that runs through Buddtown is named Stop the Jade Run supposedly named for the cry made by the owners of a runaway horse, "jade" being an old name for a horse.

Birmingham is an unincorporated community located within Pemberton Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the ZIP Code Tabulation Area for ZIP Code 08011 had a population of 33. Though sparsely populated, it houses a post office and a Lanxess chemical facility.

New Lisbon is an unincorporated community located within Pemberton Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is a settlement along Four Mile Road (County Route 646) where it intersects Mount Misery Road (CR 645). The community is located along the Philadelphia and Long Branch Railway, later a part of the Pennsylvania Railroad, and featured a train station.

Greenwood Branch is a 9.3-mile-long (15.0 km) tributary of the North Branch Rancocas Creek in the southern New Jersey Pine Barrens in the United States.Greenwood Branch, born of the confluence of Mount Misery Brook and Pole Bridge Branch, ends at the North Branch Rancocas Creek just below New Lisbon.
